#1 Appears it may have been a passenger compartment blast. If so, I issue preliminary blame to improper explosives handling.

Haven't seen any other photos of this event, so really can't tell if the underside of the vehicle is deformed down or up. The rear passenger door is bowed out, as is the trunk lid, so most likely an internal blast.
