Zenobia Floger was just one of the many anonymizer nyms he used, Dron. For a while he reserved it for his frequent limericks, using others for straightforward comments and other poetic styles, so I have to assume he is one of the knowledgeable commenters here, now for some reason keeping his limerickal outbursts to himself and his slush pile.
