[ToloNews] A convoy with Hafiz Abdul Qayyum, Nuristan's governor, was attacked by unknown button men in Kabul on Sunday morning and one of his bodyguards was killed and another was maimed, Abdul Qayyum confirmed.
The incident happened in the Mahipar area in the east of Kabul city around 7:00 am.
Qayyum said that his bodyguard waa killed in the attack and another one if his bodyguards--who was also his nephew-- was maimed.
He left Nuristan at 2:00 am to come to Kabul for official work.
No group including the Taliban ...the Pashtun equivalent of men... has grabbed credit for the attack.
[ToloNews] Residents of Arezo, a village in the southern Afghan province of Ghazni, have accused members of the Afghan Special Forces ...established in 2007 with the intent of taking one conventional infantry kandak (battalion) from each of the regional ANA corps, giving them special training and equipment, and reorganizing based on the U.S. Army Rangers. Each battalion is assigned to one of the six regional corps. The commandos comprise 7% of the Afghan National Security Forces but conduct 70% to 80% of the fighting... of extralegal arrests, insults and beating.
The residents on Thursday gathered in the lovely provincial capital Ghazni city to protest their treatment by the Special Forces.
Footage released by a private TV station in Ghazni shows around 100 people from Arezo, a village on the outskirts of Ghazni city gathered in front of the office of the governor where they raised concerns their mistreatment.
"They entered our house at 3:00am, they broke the door, they took our people and tied their hands and took them with them," said a resident of Arezo village of Ghazni.
"They asked us to walk, but we said there is a mine there, then they (forces) ordered us to walk on the mine, they were also using bad words against our mothers and sisters," said Saeedullah, a resident in Arezo village.
"We have no trust in this government, we don’t have trust in the Taliban ...Arabic for students... , both of them destroyed us," said a resident in Arezo village.
Arezo village is located on the Ghazni-Paktika ...which coincidentally borders South Wazoo... border. The area has been under Taliban threat for years.
"Most of the armed opponents fight against the government security forces using the people’s homes and then the security forces are compelled to attack those areas under attack or enter there," said Wahidullah Jumazada, a front man for the Ghazni governor.
#Algeria- ANP soldier killed in clashes with militants near Tarik Ibn Ziad, Ain Defla Province
Despite the known presence of militants in the area, they generally avoid contact, so this is a pretty uncommon event, *possibly* related to recent killing of #AQIM leader Droukdel pic.twitter.com/JA87o0D8er
^ Wouldn't want the US involved in either of these wars but wouldn't mind if Trump was to slip a few billion dollars worth of aid and comfort to India and Egypt. Would love to see both Xi and Yippy with bloody noses.
It's hard for me to believe that China is doing any more than posturing in the Himalayas but Egypt might be serious. They can't be happy about a resurrected Ottomon Empire nextdoor.

Extended Ottoman-claimed energy areas directly affects the eastern Med nations. If Tunisia and Algeria come under the Caliphate, the MB will rise again at home. Sisi is right to stress national security

Greece will fall to Turkey when they get pushed out of Libya by Egypt. Germany's influence will turn inward as they fortify Italy against the Turks and North Africans.
Iran will push north and east in a unification effort of Russia's abandoned tribes during the churning of Turkey's forces.
The threat of a nuclear US, Russian coalition (see REACT exercises) will cause China to back away from India and flow into SEA and the Pacific island nations. India will abandon Burma as they turn northeast to the Iran front.
My magic 8 ball is undecided about Australia's role.
Greece will fall to Turkey when they get pushed out of Libya by Egypt.
NATO should expel Turkey and defend Greece. Turks have always been an enemy of Western Civilization. Not saying NATO members would have the guts to do so but they should if they know what's good for them.

GNA deposited $4 billion in the Central Bank of Turkey with another $8 billion deposited for Turkey’s military intervention in Libya. (Worth noting that most of the 10k+ Syrian mercenaries received a mere fraction of the ~$2000/month they were promised.) https://t.co/nxpz3XUPSy
[LIBYAREVIEW] Leaked documents show millions of Euros are being transferred from Libya’s Central Bank to a Ottoman Turkish company named SSTEK. SSTEK Defense Industry Technologies Inc. was established in 2016 as a 100% subsidiary of the Ottoman Turkish Defense Industry. The company established modern companies or partnerships with existing companies to support military development.
The documents showed that the GNA Minister of Interior, Fathi Bashagha, asked the Central Bank Governor Al Sadeeq al-Kabeer to transfer approximately 169 million euros to the SSTEK account.
The Interior Ministry also addressed the Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, asking him to cancel a previous letter stating the issuance of a letter of credit. Instead, the governor was requested to transfer 169 million euros directly to the SSTEK account.
The documents also show that the head of the MoI’s financial department, Colonel Mohammed Frada, addressed the head of the CBL’s banking operations, asking him to complete the transfer of the amount to the SSTEK account.
The Head of Libya’s Audit Bureau, Khaled Shakshak, addressed the Interior Minister, stressing that due to the state of emergency in the country, exceptions will be given and imports from SSTEK will be exempted from regular measures.
It is worth mentioning that the Defence Industry Executive Committee of the Ottoman Turkish Defense Industry is headed by Ottoman Turkish President His Enormity, Sultan Recep Tayyip Erdogan the First ...Turkey's version of Mohammed Morsi but they voted him back in so they deserve him. It's a sin, a shame, and a felony to insult the president of Turkey. In Anatolia did Recep Bey a stately Presidential Palace decree, that has 1100 rooms. That's 968 more than in the White House, 400 more than in Versailles, and 325 more than Buckingham Palace, so you know who's really more important... , which is BMC, which owns 55% of the shares of SSTEK.
BMC was established in 1964, it has manufactured more than 300.000 vehicles to date and provided a 10 billion dollar added value to the Ottoman Turkish economy with export operations to more than 80 countries.
BMC also manufactures the "Kirpi" multi-purpose armoured vehicle which was seen arriving in the dozens in the Libyan capital Tripoli ...a confusing city, one end of which is located in Lebanon and the other end of which is the capital of Libya. Its chief distinction is being mentioned in the Marine Hymn... months ago.

The reason for the clashes in the city of Misrata is because #GNA militias have kidnapped lawyer Yasmin Ahmed Saleh a supporter of the armed forces #LNA, And clashes are continuing until now between the hir family and the militia

This would be the young gentleman described yesterday as 25-year-old Libyan national Khairi Saadallah, who arrived in England as an asylum seeker some years ago. MI-5 took an interest last year when it looked like he planned to go a-jihading abroad, but they concluded he was not serious. The BBC adds:
Counter Terrorism Policing South East (CTSPE) said a 25-year-old man from Reading, who was arrested initially on suspicion of murder on Saturday, has now been re-arrested under Section 41 of the Terrorism Act 2000.
"It’s no coincidence that the riots here escalated in Fairfax, the icon of the Jewish community. I saw the Watts and the Rodney King riots. They never touched a synagogue or house of prayer. The graffiti showed blatant antisemitism. It’s Kristallnacht all over again," Rabbi Shimon Raichik, a Chabad Rabbi in Los Angeles, wrote.
These scenes from what the media has falsely called peaceful protests and the Jewish community in the Fairfax neighborhood of Los Angeles has called the Shavuot Riots, after the biblical holiday during which the worst of the attacks on the community occurred, has fundamentally divided Los Angeles Jews.

Indian forces kill 3 militants in Kashmir's main city: police
[AlAhram] Three Death Eaters were killed in a shootout with Indian government forces in the heart of Kashmir ...a disputed territory lying between India and Pakistain. After partition, the Paks grabbed half of it and call it Azad (Free) Kashmir. The remainder they refer to as "Indian Occupied Kashmir". They have fought four wars with India over it, the score currently 4-0 in New Delhi's favor. After 72 years of this nonsense, India cut the Gordian knot in 2019, removing the area's special status, breaking off Ladakh as a separate state, and allowing people from other areas to settle (or in the case of the Pandits, to resettle) there.... 's main city Srinagar, police said Sunday, two days after eight rebels died in another shootout.
New Delhi has been stepping up counter-insurgency efforts in the disputed territory since the nationwide coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague) ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... lockdown was imposed in late March.
The Death Eaters were killed in a firefight in the Zoonimar area of the densely populated old city of Srinagar, a police officer who asked to remain anonymous told AFP.
One home was destroyed during the clash.
Indian-administered Kashmir has been in turmoil since last August, when New Delhi revoked its semi-autonomous status and imposed a communications blackout that has not been fully lifted.
The clash in Srinagar was the second such encounter in the old city and brought the corpse count of alleged Death Eaters to more than 100 this year.
Just over a month ago, the son of a top separatist leader and his associate were killed in the city.
The May incident -- a day-long firefight that saw 15 homes blown up by police and soldiers -- was the first armed encounter between rebels and government forces in Srinagar in two years.
The fighting has left tens of thousands dead, mostly civilians, since 1989.
India has more than 500,000 troops stationed in Kashmir, a Himalayan territory also claimed by Pakistain.
[Rudaw] The US-led coalition against the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems.... (ISIS) announced on Saturday that it destroyed three ISIS camps south of Kirkuk province in coordination with the Iraqi Security Forces (ISF).
The Friday Arclight airstrike ...KABOOM!... s specifically targeted murderous Moslem hideouts in the Wadi al-Shai region of Kirkuk province.
"The camps were in densely-vegetated austere terrain," the US-led Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) said in a Saturday statement.
"The Iraqi Security Forces have tactical overmatch against ISIS; airstrikes help destroy ISIS targets in terrain difficult to reach by standard vehicles," said Coalition Spokesperson Col. Myles B. Caggins III.
"Blowing up ISIS hideouts in bucolic locations ultimately results in security in cities and villages," Caggins added.
The coalition spokesperson detailed that each airstrike is conducted "at the request of the Government of Iraq to help achieve a permanent defeat of ISIS," using the Arabic acronym for ISIS.
The coalition stressed that it would continue to "maintain relentless pressure on the terrorist organization."
The alliance was established in 2014 after ISIS faceless myrmidons seized vast swathes of northern Iraq, including Iraq’s second largest city of djinn-infested Mosul ... the home of a particularly ferocious and hairy djinn... , and threatened to march on Baghdad and Erbil. It has conducted tens of thousands of strikes against ISIS since 2014.
Since the appointment of Mustafa al-Kadhimi as Prime Minister of Iraq, efforts to combat terrorism have seen "increased coordination" between Iraqi security forces and the US-led coalition, Caggins told Rudaw earlier this month.
Earlier this week, The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire... announced Operation Claw-Tiger against the PKK in Kurdistan Region border areas. However, some people are alive only because it's illegal to kill them... its Arclight airstrike ...KABOOM!... s have so far killed five civilians in Erbil and Duhok provinces.
