#4 The judge was a Reagan appointee, according to Wikipedia.. He is apparently a senior judge. About this ruling, Wikipedia says:

On June 20, Lamberth issued a ruling declining to enjoin the publication, but leaving the case open for other remedies.

#5 ....All it's going to take is a single line or reference that can be connected to a classified operation, document, or meeting, and Ambassador Bolton will be toast whether he knew about it or not. He won't see jail time, but it will be expensive enough - for him and his publisher - that they'll both wish he'd kept his mouth shut. See also Matt Bissonnette and No Easy Day.
