#1 Call it self preservation or suvival. She was a contractor, she knows full well she won't be 'driving' the bus.

#3 I'm sure an unemployable cop will enjoy the six figure legal bills. You go, girl!

#4 Gives new meaning to the term 'chutzpah.'

Recalls the joke about the defendant who, having murdered his parents, asks the Judge to take mercy on a poor orphan.

#5 We’re the texts & e-mails done on company (government) equipment, accounts or time?

#6 Good point Glen. She's got nothing.

#7 I presume her employment contract included a release of privacy on said time, accounts, or equipment.

So she knows she's got nothing.

#8 Of course she knows. This is yet another ridiculous redirect.

The Redirect is a key prop in The Shitshow.

#13 Wonder who is paying her upcoming legal bills, can't be on contingency. Maybe George is.

#14 If the text were on a government phone they are fair game.

#15 I used my personal cell as both personal/business cell because I didn't want to carry two (and most of my contacts knew not to abuse it). The rules allowed reimbursement but also required my acceptance of their ability to DL and review my files. As most who know me know....that could be PC problematic. I never took the stipend ;-)
