#10 Never? I'm not so sure. Especially if/when/eventually Britain goes, I would expect to see a preference cascade for leaving. A number of the lesser EU states seem a bit upset over the migration thing, the ones with the large populations that keep getting smeared as right-wing populists.

If not actual leaving, expect a re-negotiation of terms.
