#3 This is severely one side of the story. Like news of the day, what do you believe. Soon people will no longer have a choice. This is a sign of things to come. Well many things are here now. Similar to the weather. Studies slanted for certain outcomes. I guarantee you politically connected will be in on the gravy train with the politicians. Opposition will be stifled.

#6 Sorry but the various government agencies are getting into pet ownership regulations. "Fill out this form , do you have a sufficient sized fenced yard, do you have enough savings or insurance to cover the pets medical expenses. Yada, Yada, Yada."
