On the other hand, recent Akron news told of a nurse who became ill on duty during recent severe cold. She left work early and passed out in the parking lot before she could get into the car. She lay outside for quite a while and almost died of hypothermia. She did not call her husband at home to tell him she was leaving work early because she was ill. A simply phone call on her part would have prevented all that.
