If liberal judges interpreted "shall not" in the constitution the same as they did in rape laws then there'd not be a problem.

Mind you with the recent un-ban on FGM it seems they are trying to follow the Feelzitution.

#6 I agree with Roberts, sort of. Hold on.

I dug into the recent SC decision on the 'Trump Travel Ban'. The majority said, 'of course the pres has the power to do it'.

The minority said, 'of course the POTUS has the power to do it, but Trump doesn't like Moslems, so the ban is unfair'. [read it and weep]

So, both trying to do their best. One group follows the Constitution, the other does what feels good. What names you assign to the two groups is trivial.
