Well, it's certainly not THEIR fault. If the Americans would just go back to assuming the position and letting people stay there, the Canadian government (I want to be careful about specifying that) could go back to making great pronouncements about how important it is to take care of these poor downtrodden refugees without, you know, having to actually DO anything about it.
