#9 In the video, he says the IRS is demanding a "ridiculously long list" of documents, including "a detailed description of all transactions related to all prior year returns and supporting documentation."

Beyond bank statements and cancelled checks, the IRS has little reason to request a) other records and b) audit past the three year mark. Per the IRS Manual (4.10.3.2.6), he has (and should exercise) the right to record all interviews.
