#1 As said before, EFFECTIVE LT INTER-KOREAN REUNIFICATION may actually premise the support of the US + SOKOR, etal. for NOKOR DEV + POSSESSING NUCLEAR WEAPONS.

IMO its either the above, or the US-ROK-Allies accept an eventual formal Chinese takeover of the DPRK.
