#5 Have a seat, said the Devil.
Mr Kim Jong Il, I suppose?
We may start with a tree bark diet for you, for preparation.
In ten million years, we'll see what's next.
As a bonus, your tree bark will already have been eaten once by your dad.

#9 At times like these, I am reminded of the words of Moms Mabley:

"Can't you say anything good about the dead?"

"He's dead; that's good!"

#16 You have to understand that Pyongyang is only for the cream-of-the-party. Those who are absolute loyal and dedicated to the Kimmies. The real kimmie-worshipers. They get food and some support.
Saw a national Geographic once where a group of surgeons went there to perform eye surgeries on about 1000 people. To a man the people did not thank the surgeon or nurse or organization - not at all -- but they gave profuse thanks to Kim. These people are seriously disturbed.
Good riddance. Perhaps he'll spend eterenty in his own prison camp.

Stalin liked trains. Plus you gotta figure the roads in North Korea aren't all that great being as how nobody can afford a car. And if you were Kimmie, would you trust your airplane mechanics?

#21 From what I've read, can't remember where, there were people who sincerely believed that Stalin was a god. He'd been in power for so long there must have been a lot of them who couldn't remember any other boss. They lined up for blocks to see him lying in state because they wanted to see the dead god. Maybe they'll pay the same tribute to Kimmie.

#24 A friend was teaching in South Korean when Roh Moo-hyun committed suicide. There were long lines of South Koreans mourning his passing. There was much wailing and many tears. It seems to be a Korean thing.

Not necessarily. Non-zero odds that Kim said he had spent mucho dinero getting Western experts to heal the sick.
