#2 It seems to be a good idea to have some target drones that both have a big radar signature, and a hull made of advanced materials making it pretty impervious to typical ground attack. And extra maneuverable.

And where it goes, HARMs follow. So their radars light up light an Xmas tree, and their SAMs plink it relatively harmlessly. And then all their radars are blown to smithereens.

#5 Just send one of the old Firebee drones in, with it broadcasting jamming signals on all of the major Iranian radar frequencies. When they dial up the power on the individual radars to burn through the interference, catalog all of the radar sites and then hit them.
