#2 There has to be more to this. I can't believe the AUSA or DS agents would seek an indictment based on a partially completed passport application from 2004. This guy must have used a false ID somewhere along the way or he is not a US cit.

#3 Let me get this right.

He started to fill out a passport application in 2004 did not complete it and presumably did not hand it in (They would not accept an incomplete form right?).

Then in '06 he filled out another application and said no to 'have you applied before'. How could he have applied if he did not complete the fucking form?

Sounds to me like some government bureaucrat wants to make a name for himself. Compensating for something.

Figures it was State - they can't find their with both hands and a map.
