OT: does anybody know why Charles Johnson at LGF suddenly moved to the Left? He hates conservatives now and has rejected everything he once believed.... why?

#6 actually i've had another look at LGF. His conversion seems to revolve around 2 issues: racism and climate change.

On racism he might have a point. I don't doubt there is a significant problem with racism in the US just like there is in Australia.

He seems to think the Tea Party is racist.

I don't know enough about them to know

But on Climate Change, I am sorry he seems to have got sucked on in by the people who pretend that carbon is a pollutant.

Because the rooster crows at dawn does not mean the rooster makes the sun come up

Because there is high carbon amounts in warm times does not mean the carbon causes global warming

But Charles has been sucked in

Other than that I think he is unaffected.

I'm pretty sure that if the world were populated by Tea Party approved candidates that it would be more equitable than it is now. See the Black Panthers voter intimidation lawsuit and accompanying policy for example. Or maybe check out the NAACP vote. Or the fact that the NAACP is allowed to exist in the first place. Why do conservatives leave it there? Why do liberals?
