2007: -$1.7B
2008: +$1.8B
2009: +$6.1B

The trade balance was pulling into US favor.

#6 The 2 Billion we gave Petrobras was for George Soros.He had increased his position to 49% before the loan. Stock went up,he sold to get his cash back, and still has a 22% holding.
