#1 I think this is a brilliant idea. After, Damascus will have significantly less in the way of financial reserves, and a bunch of really modern looking, rusted out hulks that were deadly when they left the manufacturer. Look how well their brand new Russian radar worked when Israel decided to destroy that lovely nuclear warhead plant that North Korea had just put into operation for them.
