#1 Nah, blame Dahlan. Get all the factions to shoot each other up, that's the only chance to let the rational ones take over (c'mon, they can't ALL be Arafat fans in Palestine, can they?)

#2 actually Dahlan's starting to sound like the voice of reason, saying the "armed struggle has been a mistake", which is why Arafat's left him out.

#3 Palestinian militant groups are concerned that if they launch an attack they could be blamed for Israeli action against Arafat; at the same time, the groups have spawned small cells that could act independently, Palestinian officials said.

The IDF needs to keep working on the bad leadership removal program, and the US needs to dry up the money. These guys cannot run on nothing, they need that back pocket money to keep booming.
