#1 It is not clear what else CNN needs to evaluate. Given the evidence, outright dismissal would be appropriate.

Is it possible that CNN's intelligence community talking heads and silent partners should be queried regarding their potential assistance to Chris Cuomo?

Or perhaps no one wishes to go there.
