#5 IIRC, FBI claimed at the time of Seth Rich's murder that Washington DC police had the laptop and DC police claimed the FBI had it. That's what you call the run around and it means that somebody is lying. So, at least now FBI admits they have possession of it. But then, if the murder took place in the jurisdiction of the DC police, why is the FBI holding evidence related to that murder? Is it because they don't trust the DC police not to spill the beans? Hey, I'm just asking questions.

#9 Perhaps the laptop, like Hunters, is still marinating in the unpowered, Faraday cage with a certain low-level magnetic state. No one has ever actually done a cloning or CART recovery. Years may make recover a problem, but no one did anything illegal? ( Computer Analysis Response Team)
