#9 Dream on. Of course Taiwan will come under the control of mainland China. That’s been the obsession of every Chinese leader from Mao onward. When Kissinger and Nixon met Mao, Kissinger reported that “Taiwan was all Mao wanted to talk about. Nothing else.”

As Trump famously and correctly said, “The Chinese will take over Taiwan and we won’t do a fucking thing about it. We’re 8,000 miles away, and they’re just across the Straits. Of course we’re not going to defend Taiwan.”

Seriously, Mr. B, the Muslim nations have obsessed about reconquering Israel since its future independence was announced in 1947, the Soviet Union obsessed about conquering America, the CCP has worked to undermine and conquer America since they started to become America’s shop floor, Pakistan has obsessed about conquering India while seducing Afghanistan, and so forth.
