#2 While speaking with the man, 39-year-old Worldy Armand, police discovered that he had an active warrant out of Ipswich District Court for receiving stolen property and took him into custody.

While he was in police custody, members of the fire investigation unit were able to identify Armand as the suspect in the ballot box fire and charged him with willful and malicious burning.

Armand was arraigned Monday in Boston Municipal Court, where he underwent a mental health evaluation. "I do not believe that this individual is plotting against our democracy. I think that he is emotionally disturbed," said Suffolk County District Attorney Rachael Rollins.

#4 This dude looks a lot like the bum I gave a few cigarettes to last month. He was standing outside the Bank of America ATM on Boylston Street (a few blocks away from the torched ballot box) and I went in to get some $. On the way out I told him 'you're not getting this $20 but I'll give you two smokes.'

#5 I do not believe that this individual is plotting against our democracy. I think that he is emotionally disturbed These two possibilities are not mutually exclusive. A great many of the plotters against our republic ARE emotionally disturbed. Some of these disturbed people are consider "experts" by other disturbed people.
