#2 Interesting, tw. US rate appears to be about 6%. Given the nature of ChiCom society, I wonder if 12% is the actual rate or more of an 'administrative' convenience available for a reasonable gratuity.

Who's actually infertile in most cases, the men or the women? If the women, could it be the result of too many ~~state-forced~~ abortions?
