This is basically the BBC version of the newswire story posted by a different Rantburger: Chinese go online to torture, kill corrupt officials.

#3 This isn't subversive at all. After all, these are historical figures long vilified in Chinese history. Whether they were actually corrupt or merely losers in factional court battles is another story. Everyone agrees that corruption is bad. But it is Chinese tradition to impute corruption to disfavored figures.
