#7 Good. Poland actually wants them there and will help pay for them. If we are going to have troops in Europe, Poland is better than Germany.

#9 We've been hearing about troops moving from Germany to Poland for years & years as the Germans were making training more restrictive (e.g., night training/noise). Maybe the Poles finally got all of the toxic crap cleaned up ... just a guess. But all in all, good. Amis raus!
