#1 Navajo Nation stretches across both northern AZ and NM. Area of the federal reservation is about 25,000 square miles (Rhode Island is about 1,200 square miles). IIRC, federal rulings already give the native tribes hunting and fishing rights. One tribe in the Northwest can hunt one whale a season. It probably is better for wildlife management to deliver material from the already dead than have the tribe take down live ones where they'd have far less control.

#5 What about storing road killed illegals there after they hire merc squads to go out at night and run them down ? Just tell them big oil wants pumping stations and pipelines run then it is legal to kill men women and children just like in the middle east! Or better yet have our elite combat drivers train children like in Yemen to run the bugs over cuz why it will be legal just add oil and gas!
