#1 Good thing the Lords didn't start a precedent. Such a law might have spread across the pond to the U.S. Just think how the courts would be jammed up with "annoying people" cases. Even our Lords of Congress might be subject to the Annoying Person law.

#3 I was watching the Heat - Knicks game last night. Spike Lee, wearing a fluorescent orange jacket, stupid looking Knicks pom-pom hat and the dorkiest pair of glasses I've seen since Elton John's last tour, was jumping up & down in his front row seat and yelling towards / at the referees every freakin' trip up the court. I would love to see something like this just for self-important attention whores like him, and horse whip him for the halftime show.
