#2 From the man who used the appeal system to get around the unconstitutional act of the executive and judiciary of Pennsylvania dictating the means of selecting electors rather than as explicitly stated in the document to be done by the legislature. Workaround, right.

#5 I don't see how the Biden administration can force vaccine mandates on the American people when at the same time, they are allowing un-vaccinated invaders to flood through our borders. This is not only illegal, it's insane.

#7 Watch the hand you cant see. How this will work is vanguard corporations are submitting a CONFIRMATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH OSHA COVID-19 ETS document. These large national and Intl corps will require anyone doing business with them be in compliance as a condition of business. Consequently, Co's, whose legal dept's are awaiting the outcome, will be forced to establish protocols to fulfill compliance. State governing bodies, which are always equal to or more stringent than OSHA, will then require it. So you will not be forced to vaccinate, you will be forced to comply or quit your job and leave the state if you want to work. As an aside I think one reason for the illegal surge is to supplant the flight from blue states, to prevent losing electorals and red state electoral gains due to population shift.
