[WCPO] More than 8,000 people have died of COVID-19 in long-term care facilities in Ohio since the pandemic began.
But where they died is still a secret in the state of Ohio.
After fighting the Ohio Department of Health for more than a year in court, WCPO and several others are now taking their cases to the 10th District Court of Appeals in Columbus.
"They’re just asking for the reliable, true statistics of the pandemic and the deaths that it has caused, or hasn’t caused. It’s that simple," said Cincinnati attorney Matt Miller-Novak.

AFAICT, death certificates are public information in the state of Ohio. Cause of death is typically part of the information listed, along with address of the deceased. Am I wrong in this?

[Breitbart] Americans should not have a secure border until they also provide justice for migrants, according to Alejandro Mayorkas, the pro-migration secretary of the Department of Homeland Security.
Mayorkas made the claim after being asked Tuesday by Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR): "What should be a higher priority of the United States Government? Securing our border or giving amnesty to illegal aliens who are already here?"
"Justice is our priority," Mayorkas declared at a Senate hearing, adding "That includes securing our border and providing relief to those [migrants] who qualify for it under our laws."
In 2021, Mayorkas has allowed roughly one million illegal and conditionally-legal migrants from many foreign nations across the southern border with Mexico. He has also sought to bring in roughly one million migrants and several hundred thousand foreign contract workers. These legal and illegal migrants compete for the jobs and houses needed by Americans, including the roughly four million Americans who join the workforce each year.
Mayorkas "doesn’t even consider the possibility that there are competing [justice] interests here," said Mark Krikorian, the director of the Center for Immigration Studies. By not recognizing the damage caused to Americans by loose migration, Mayorkas subordinates the enforcement of Americans’ immigration laws to his own vision of justice for migrants, said Krikorian:
Once upon a time we had an informal agreement between the Democrats and the Republicans that whichever one had the temporary hand of power would keep the game more or less status quo. The Dems would float a pet project or two when they had power, and usually get it. The Republicans might cut taxes a time or two when it was there turn.
All the while our education system, and with it, our government ranks, were swelling with marxist-influenced brain rot.
And thus we've now reached the point where "keeping the status quo" is off the table. The Dems took the White House (literally took it--by theft) and they're doing everything they can to destroy the game before time allows the pendulum to swing the other way.
I read article after article about what the alleged conservatives are going to do when they retake power in 2022 or 2024. I'd postulate that if conservatives of all stripes and positions (including regular Joes like us) don't learn to fight this insurgency, 2024 may be far too late.

Question: Since a vast majority of EV's can't do a 250 mile round trip without a recharge. How is just a few 1,000 EV's in DC at one time, going to get recharged to get home? Because there are only 746 electric vehicle charging stations within a 30 mile radius of Washington, DC 20260.
So how many portable fossil fuel Generators will be needed to pull this 1,000,000 March off in DC.

Saw some Kenyans on tv swapping motorbike batteries, Chinese doing cars, and Bolivians (or whatever) doing paleta trikes or something. All earnestly presented as viable businesses. Exhausted sigh. [Just The News] U.S. airline passengers are facing unnecessary security risks as they head into the busy holiday travel season because federal efforts to resettle illegal migrants around the country are bypassing well-established security tactics, a Texas congressman says.
Rep. Lance Gooden (R-Texas) says illegal migrants are being provided letters asking the Transportation Security Agency to allow them to skip normal ID verification requirements because they lack official documents, instead being put through an alternate security screening process that checks luggage and ensures they aren't carrying dangerous objects.
Gooden provided Just the News one such letter provided a 46-year-old Honduran migrant who was allowed to travel from San Diego, where he had been detained, to Louisiana earlier this year.
"The individual(s) standing in front of you have recently been discharged from a U.S. immigration detention facility and must cross the country to present themselves for an ICE check-in approximately two weeks from now," the letter read. "They are currently showing you all of their identifications in their possession, which should be adequate for them to be able to be searched in Secure Flight."
The congressman added some U.S. air marshals have told his office they have arrived on what are supposed to be empty planes for a preboarding security sweep, only to find a migrant already pre-boarded.
"We've had several reports of some air marshals, you know, air marshals, when they board a flight, they have to go and identify themselves to the pilot and the crew, 'Hey, I'm armed, I'm going to be on your flight,'" he said. "Typically, that happens before anyone boards, in some cases they've boarded. And ... these packet holders, I'll call them, are already seated in their seats.

President Joe Biden will transfer power to Vice President Kamala Harris while he undergoes a colonoscopy, the White House announced Friday morning.
"President Biden will transfer power to the Vice President for the brief period of time when he is under anesthesia," Psaki announced to reporters.
The president is currently at Walter Reed hospital for the procedure where he will go under anesthesia and will also undergo a physical examination.
White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Harris would work from her office in the West Wing during Biden’s colonoscopy, while temporarily assuming the power of the presidency.
Harris will assume the official title of Acting President Kamala Harris during the procedure, allowing her to issue an executive order or sign legislation. She will also serve as the Commander in Chief until Biden reassumes power.
Psaki cited Biden’s colonoscopy as "routine" and that the White House would release further details of his physical examination on Friday afternoon.
The White House noted that former President George W. Bush had also transferred power twice to then-vice President Dick Cheney for colonoscopy procedures in 2003 and 2007.
Former White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham claimed in a book that former President Donald Trump opted not to transfer power to then-vice President Mike Pence during his colonoscopy in 2019.

[BREITBART] Montana Democrat Caucus Chair, state Rep. Laurie Bishop (D-Livingston), announced Wednesday she is suspending her campaign for the state’s new congressional seat due to redistricting to run for reelection in her seat in the state House.
Bishop’s announcement comes roughly one week after the states’ redistricting commission submitted their final congressional map outlining the state’s two U.S. House districts to the secretary of state’s office last Friday.
The new district Bishop was planning to run for was reportedly not as friendly to a Democrat campaign as she had hoped when announcing her congressional bid, in addition to leaving her hometown of Livingston outside of the district.
Bishop was the first Democrat that announced she was running for the seat back in July. However, there is a theory which states that if ever anybody discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another theory which states that this has already happened... at the time of her, announcement, Bishop said she "would run in the district that includes liberal college town Missoula even if Livingston was not placed in the same district."
"Public service has always been at the heart of my decision to run for Congress, and at this moment, the most important way for me to be of service is by continuing to lead our caucus at the state level," Bishop said in a statement.
"I am so thankful to have this opportunity and grateful for everyone who joined us. We ran a campaign focused on people, and I’m so proud of the work we were able to accomplish in just a few months," she added. In the last quarter, Bishop had raised roughly $116,000 and saw contributions from over 1,300 people.

Actually the Dems tend to segregate themselves more than Republicans by refusing to live anywhere near "deplorables" or "bitter clingers".
People that look at the data wrote that districting shenanigans account for maybe 6 districts nation-wide. The fact that democrats self-segregate into 80% dem districts account for the rest.
