Salafists exhume grave of Shiekh Ahmed Al-Saadawi in Misrata
Salafists so often do what they must to ensure no other Muslims can have any fun.
[Libya Observer] Sources from Libya's Misrata reported that "Salafi Madkhalists" in the city had exhumed the grave of Sheikh Ahmed al-Saadawi - the grandfather of the prominent figure of the Libyan independence in 1951, Basheer al-Saadawi.

One of Ahmed's grandson - Fathallah - said on Facebook that the grave of his grandfather in Zamoura had been exhumed, saying the grave dates back hundreds of years and is an iconic asset to their family and tribe.

"One person was incarcerated
Maw! They're comin' to get me, Maw!
and two other were identified as the ones who did this crime." He added.

He also called on Misrata's residents to unite against "the criminals and those three people in particular so they face the right punishment.

In January 2018, members of the same religious sect "Salafi Madkhalism" exhumed in Kufra city the grave of Imam al-Mahdi bin Mohammed bin Ali al-Senussi - the founder of Senussisim in Africa and the father of Libya's monarch Idriss al-Senussi.

Arabia
More on the Magic Kingdom revoking Hamza bin Laden’s citizenship
[AnNahar] There was no immediate explanation why the royal decree stripping his citizenship, signed in November, was only becoming public now. However,
you can observe a lot just by watching...
the announcement comes after the U.S. government on Thursday offered a $1 million reward for information leading to his capture as part of its "Rewards for Justice" program. He also was added Thursday to a United Nations
...an organization which on balance has done more bad than good, with the good not done well and the bad done thoroughly...
Security Council terrorism sanctions list.

The kingdom similarly stripped the late Osama bin Laden
... who is now beyond all cares and woe...
's citizenship in 1994 while he was living in exile in Sudan when Hamza bin Laden was just a child. Where he is now remains in question.

As leader of al-Qaeda, Osama bin Laden oversaw a series of attacks, including the 1998 bombings of the U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania, as well as the bombing of the USS Cole off Yemen. He and others plotted and executed the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks on New York and the Pentagon, which led to the U.S. invasion of Afghanistan. U.S. Navy SEALs ultimately killed bin Laden in a raid on a house in Abbottabad
... A pleasant city located only 30 convenient miles from Islamabad. The city is noted for its nice weather and good schools. It is the site of Pakistain's military academy, which was within comfortable walking distance of the residence of the late Osama bin Laden....
, Pakistain, in 2011.

For Hamza bin Laden, now believed to be around 30, his father initially worried for his safety and thought to send him away for study, but his son instead "wants to get into the fight," Joscelyn said. He's then sent away for explosives training in Pakistain.

Video released by the CIA in 2017 that was seized during the Abbottabad raid shows Hamza bin Laden with a trimmed mustache but no beard, at his wedding. Previous images have only shown him as a child. The State Department said in its announcement Thursday about the $1 million bounty on him that it believes he married the daughter of Mohammed Atta, the lead hijacker in the Sept. 11 attacks.

Hamza bin Laden began appearing in hard boy videos and recordings in 2015 as an al-Qaeda front man.

The U.N. Security Council committee in charge of al-Qaeda-related sanctions said Thursday that Hamza bin Laden's prominence has grown in recent years, calling him "the most probable successor" to lead a potential new version of the terror group.

His addition to the sanctions list subjects him to a travel ban, asset freeze and arms embargo that all U.N. member states are obligated to enforce.

A U.N. report published last year suggested both he and Ayman al-Zawahiri
... Formerly second in command of al-Qaeda, now the head cheese, occasionally described as the real brains of the outfit. Formerly the Mister Big of Egyptian Islamic Jihad. Bumped off Abdullah Azzam with a car boom in the course of one of their little disputes. Is thought to have composed bin Laden's fatwa entitled World Islamic Front Against Jews and Crusaders. Currently residing in the North Wazoo area assuming he's not dead like Mullah Omar. He lost major face when he ordered the nascent Islamic State to cease and desist and merge with the orthodx al-Qaeda spring, al-Nusra...
, who took over al-Qaeda after Osama bin Laden's death, "are reported to be in the Afghanistan-Pakistain border areas."

"Al-Qaeda's leadership demonstrates strategic patience and its regional affiliates exercise good tactical judgment, embedding themselves in local issues and becoming players," the U.N. report warned. "While there is as yet little evidence of a re-emerging direct global threat from al-Qaeda, improved leadership and enhanced communication will probably increase the threat over time."

Britain
Lord Ahmed charged with attempted rape of girl
[BBC] A member of the House of Lords has been charged with two counts of attempting to rape a girl.

Former Labour peer Lord Ahmed of Rotherham, 61, is also charged with indecent assault of a boy under 13.
Rotherham? That does seem to match the culture that’s been revealed there. What odds those two youngsters were not his only adventures over the years....
Prosecutors allege the offences took place between 1971 and 1974, when Lord Ahmed would have been aged between 14 and 17.

Two other men, Mohammed Farouq, 68, and Mohammed Tariq, 63, both from Rotherham, have also been charged.

All three men are due to appear at Sheffield Magistrates' Court on 19 March.

Mr Farouq of Worrygoose Lane, Rotherham, is charged with four counts of indecently assaulting a boy under 13 between 1968 and 1972.

Mr Tariq of Gerard Road, Rotherham is charged with two counts of indecently assaulting a boy under 13 between 1970 and 1972.

Nazir Ahmed was born in Pakistain and moved to the UK in 1969 with his family to join his father who was working in steel factories in Rotherham.

He joined the Labour Party in 1975 aged 18 and became a councillor in Rotherham in 1990.

In 1998 he became one of the first Moslem peers when he was appointed to the House of Lords by then-Prime Minister Tony Blair.

Mexico Frets Over U.S. Plans To Take Divisive Asylum Policy To New Cities
I realize the image does not quite match the story, but I simply couldn’t resist when I came across it filed under Mexico. Thank you for providing it, Fred!
[Jpost] The United States is aiming to ramp up in coming weeks a program to send Central American asylum seekers to Mexico to await U.S. court dates, an experimental policy that Mexican officials and migrant shelters say risks overwhelming an underfunded system.

In late January, the United States began sending Central American migrants colonists who crossed at the Tijuana-San Diego border back to Mexico to wait as their asylum requests were processed, a program called Migrant Protection Protocols, or MPP.

On Friday, a U.S. official said several government agencies met this week to discuss implementing the policy in more border cities. Rights groups are simultaneously suing the U.S. government to try to close down the program, which plaintiffs says breaks the law and endangers refugees.

#4  This comes down to a statistical issue in immigration policy – how do you separate the largely Western civilized types with some Asians and Latin American types thrown in, from the many malevolent cultures that are prevalent in Asia, Latin America and elsewhere, where the one's that want to get out are stuck in an uncivilized situation of corruption and poverty?

Is it the responsibility of the USA take in any and everyone in?

The socialist push here goes beyond racism, which is being promoted with great success; it goes to the communist (Global Order) desire of overthrow of the West, our civilization.

US-Somali Cop Who Shot Dead An Australian Woman Faces Another Charge
I find it fascinating that in such faraway countries they keep such careful track of what happens to their emigrants.
[RadioShabelle] The US-Somali cop accused of fatally shooting an Australian woman outside her home had brandished his gun on a driver during a traffic stop months earlier, it has been revealed.

Dashcam footage has emerged showing former Minneapolis police officer Mohammed Noor, 33, pointing his weapon at a driver after he had stopped him for allegedly not using his turn signal in May 2017.
It’s odd that Mr. Noor chose this particular line of work. According to his neighbours, he is by nature ill tempered and jumpy, and dislikes women, children at play, and African-Americans.
Noor has been charged with second-degree intentional murder, third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter for allegedly gunning down life coach Justine Ruszczyk Damond, 40, after she called 911 to report a possible sexual assault behind her home in July 2017. Ms Damond, who was originally from Sydney, rushed outside in her pyjamas to meet officers when Noor opened fire.

Local boy makes good, and all that. Otherwise, the news is just a depressing bunch of people were killed, a bomb or two went off and a touch of disease/famine.

Back when Officer Twitchy joined the force, Mrs Mayor made quite a big deal out it - enough whoop-de-doo that one could be reasonably suspicious of Yet Another Affirmative Action hire. It was also regarded as a sign that the Somali community was successfully integrating. A lot of warning signs that would have disqualified a normal candidate were ignored. Viva Diversity!

How a Private Israeli Intelligence Firm Spied on Pro-Palestinian Activists in the U.S.
Long, the most recent of several articles on the subject, and containg links. Herewith the first and last few paragraphs:
[NewYorker] Hatem Bazian, a veteran pro-Paleostinian activist in his fifties, lives with his family on a quiet street in North Berkeley, near the campus of the University of Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party,, where he lectures. Early on the morning of May 10, 2017, as Bazian was about to drive his teen-age daughter to school, he noticed fliers on the windshields of cars parked on his block. At first, Bazian assumed that they were advertisements for a new movie or restaurant. When he looked more closely at the flier that had been left on his BMW sedan, he realized that it featured a photograph of his face, below a tagline that read, "He supports terror." Bazian quickly folded up the flier so his daughter wouldn’t see it.
Psy Group web site found here.
Born in Jordan to a father from the West Bank city of Nablus and a mother from Jerusalem, Bazian has long been an outspoken champion of Paleostinian causes. For decades, staunch supporters of Israel have criticized Bazian’s activism. The incident with the fliers, though, was particularly unnerving, he told me. He rented his house and did not publicize the address. His opponents, he thought, must be following him. Later that day, Bazian, who describes himself as a proponent of nonviolent protest, reported what happened to the Berkeley police. He said that officers told him they could do nothing about the harassment.

Although it is unclear who left the fliers, internal documents from a private Israeli intelligence firm called Psy-Group show that, at the time of the incident, the company, and possibly other private Sherlocks, were targeting Bazian because of his leadership role in promoting the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions movement, known as B.D.S. Supporters of B.D.S. urge corporations, universities, and local governments to impose economic, academic, and cultural boycotts on Israel to protest its treatment of the Paleostinians. Opponents say that the B.D.S. movement aims to delegitimize Israel and hobble its economy. On its Web site, the movement states that it does not advocate for or against a resolution in which Israel continues to exist.

Banning JeI will only drive their activities underground: Omar
[Daily Excelsior] National Conference vice-president Omar Abdullah on Saturday said the Centre should reconsider its decision of banning the Jamaat-e-Islami
...The Islamic Society, founded in 1941 in Lahore by Maulana Sayyid Abul Ala Maududi, aka The Great Apostosizer. The Jamaat opposed the independence of Bangladesh but has operated an independent branch there since 1975. It maintains close ties with international Mohammedan groups such as the Moslem Brotherhood. the Taliban, and al-Qaeda. The Jamaat's objectives are the establishment of a pure Islamic state, governed by Sharia law. It is distinguished by its xenophobia, and its opposition to Westernization, capitalism, socialism, secularism, and liberalist social mores...
(JeI) as the move would serve no purpose except "to drive their activities underground".

"The centre should reconsider its recent decision. The situation in J&K had improved drastically between 1996 and 2014/15 without having to resort to such bans. There is nothing to suggest that this ban will in any way contribute to any improvement on the ground," he wrote on Twitter.

The former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmire said after the outbreak of turmoil in the State, the organization was banned for more than five years in 1990, but such a ban "served no purpose and achieved nothing".
Banning is certainly ineffective when the membership remains on the ISI payroll, and continues to be invited to training camps.

ATC extends judicial remand of TLP chief Khadim Hussain Rizvi, others till March 16
[DAWN] A special anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Lahore on Saturday extended the judicial remand of Tehrik-e-Labbaik Pakistain (TLP) chief Khadim Hussain Rizvi and other accused till March 16.

The decision was made while the court heard a case registered against the accused on charges of sedition and terrorism for delivering anti-state speeches and inciting violence during their three-day protests against Christian woman Aasia Bibi’s acquittal in a blasphemy case.

While distributing copies of the 'challan' registered against them, ATC-IV extended the remand for the seven suspects, including the TLP chief, Pir Afzal Qadri, Pir Ejaz Ashrafi, Farooqul Hasan, Shafqat Jamil, Waheed Noor and Syed Zaheer ul Hassan Shah.

On Nov 23, 2018, Rizvi was taken into 'protective custody' by police from Lahore as law enforcement agencies launched a massive crackdown against workers of TLP.

The crackdown had come two days before the TLP was going to resume its protest against the Supreme Court's verdict acquitting Aasia Bibi.

Violent protests had erupted in different parts of the country as activists of TLP and other religious parties erupted into the streets and blocked major roads and intersections through sit-ins and by putting barricades in protest against the SC verdict.

OIC reaffirms unwavering support for Kashmiris, their just cause: FO
[DAWN] The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation's Council of Foreign Ministers on Saturday reaffirmed its "unwavering support for the Kashmiri people in their just cause" and condemned in the strongest terms the recent wave of Indian terrorism in occupied Jammu and Kashmire, according to a blurbd issued by the Foreign Office (FO).

In a resolution adopted by the 46th session of Council of Foreign Ministers (CFM), the OIC member states reiterated that Jammu and Kashmire remains the core dispute between Pakistain and India and its resolution is indispensable for the dream for peace in South Asia, the FO said.

The OIC resolution expressed deep concern over the atrocities and human rights
...not to be confused with individual rights, mind you...
violations in Indian-occupied Kashmire.

The resolution, as per the FO, also reminded the international community of its obligation to ensure implementation of UN Security Council resolutions on the Jammu and Kashmire dispute.

US to merge Jerusalem consulate with embassy ‘on Monday’ in blow to Palestinians
[IsraelTimes] Ramallah sees move as further strain on relationship with Washington; Paleostinian affairs unit will be established within the new compound.

The United States is expected to move ahead with the downgrade of its mission to the Paleostinians on Monday by merging its Jerusalem consulate with the embassy in Israel, a US official said Saturday.

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said when announcing the merger in October that it was intended to improve "efficiency and effectiveness" and did not constitute a change in policy.

But Paleostinian leaders have seen the decision as another move against them by the Trump administration, which they froze contact with after US President Donald Trump
...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States...
recognized Jerusalem as Israel’s capital in 2017.

A date for the merger of the consulate into the embassy had not been announced, but a State Department official told AFP on condition of anonymity that it "is expected to take place on March 4."

The Jerusalem consulate general, which has acted independently as a de facto embassy to the Paleostinians since the Oslo Accords of the 1990s, will be replaced by a new Paleostinian affairs unit within the embassy.

The closure of the consulate general means that Paleostinian affairs will come under the direction of US ambassador to Israel David Friedman, who has been a supporter of Israeli settlement building in the West Bank. Some Paleostinians view Friedman as biased in favor of Israel.

The State Department official could not confirm reports that the consul general’s residence in Jerusalem would eventually become the home for the US ambassador as part of the embassy’s move to the city, which began last May.

Located near Jerusalem’s Old City, it has been the home of the consul general since 1912, while the US permanent diplomatic presence in the city was established in 1844.

Trump, who is expected to release his long-awaited peace plan in the coming months, has also cut more than $500 million in Paleostinian aid in a bid to force Paleostinian leaders to negotiate.

Paleostinian leaders call it an attempt to blackmail them into accepting a plan aimed at wiping out their cause.

Syria-Lebanon-Iran
Iran, Hezbollah Command Forces Located Along Golan Border - Report
[Jpost] The 112th brigade, together with the 90th brigade, captured the entire length of the Golan border with Israel and are used as eyes and ears for the Iranian High Command.

Forces commanded by Hezbollah and Iran are located on the Golan border facing Israel, according to a report by Nziv.net. These forces are used for as sources of tactical information by Iranian officials.

After about 8 years being involved in the Syrian Civil War, Hezbollah began returning to Leb and put Leb at the top of its priorities, according to Nziv.net. Hezbollah received large forces on its way home.

Most of the Hezbollah fighters who were worn down after years of fighting in Syria asked to return home, but the Iranians refused to permit this. Hezbollah was forced to threaten some of the fighters, telling them that if they did not agree to fight in Syria and instead returned home, they would be fired from the organization.

Therefore, Hezbollah, together with the Iranians, decided to establish a brigade of fighters from the Shiites who came from Hezbollah, the Iraqi al-Hashd al-Shaabi, Afghani forces and Shiite villagers from north Syria within the framework of Division 5 which is situated in the Jezreel Valley north-east of the southern Syrian capital Daraa, according to Nziv.net. These fighters will remain in Syria as Hezbollah begins bringing back some forces to Leb.

Iranian and Hezbollah commanders were also in the Jezreel Valley in southern Syria. Recently, the 112th brigade was sent, by Iranian command, to Division 5 in order to capture Golan border across from Israel, after the 61st brigade, which had captured the border area, was defeated by rebel and ISIS fighters.

The 112th brigade, together with the 90th brigade, captured the entire length of the Golan border with Israel and are used as eyes and ears for the Iranian High Command under the leadership of General Soleimani, and bring him tactical intelligence about what’s happening on the border in Israel, reported Nziv.net.

A Lebanese news site, Aya News, reported that Division 5 contains a brigade of Shiite fighters loyal to Iran and the command of the whole division is in the hands of Hezbollah and not under Syrian control as it always was.

The Iranians legitimized their presence in Syria by having the foreign Shiite fighters wear Syrian Army uniforms and carry Syrian IDs.

Hezbollah was commanded not to leave Syria since doing so would damage Iran’s interests in controlling Damascus and southern Syria which face the Israeli Golan Heights, according to Nziv.net.

Earlier this month, al-Masdar News, a Lebanese news site close to Assad’s forces, reported that the "Syrian army sent reinforcements to the Golan border." This was the first time Syrian reinforcements were sent to the border since they began operations in the Quneitra area near the border.

The news site reported that the Syrian army sent units from Division 5 as reinforcements for areas under the control of the 90th brigade in Quneitra.

Fighters from the pro-Assad National Defense Forces militia joined the reinforcements on the border.

This decision to send reinforcements came only 24 hours after Syria had placed it air defenses on high alert. The day before the report was released, IDF tanks attacked 3 sites in Quneitra which resulted in the destruction of two Syrian Army garrisons and a hospital.

Iran merges military financial institutions with bank under US sanctions
[IsraelTimes] Move to reform the country’s banking system and financial markets comes as Tehran seeks to ease economic crisis.

Iran’s official IRNA news agency said Saturday the country’s Central Bank has merged four banks and a credit union to reform the country’s banking system and financial markets.

The report announced the merger of Ansar, Mehr-e Eghtesad, affiliated with powerful Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Ghavvamin, affiliated with the police, Hekmat-e Iranian Bank and the Kosar Credit Institute, affiliated with the defense ministry, with Bank Sepah, Iran’s first bank that is also affiliated with the army.

Bank Sepah has 1800 branches in Iran and others in Britannia, La Belle France, Germany and Italia. The United States imposed sanctions on Bank Sepah in November after it withdrew from Iran’s 2015 nuclear deal with world powers.

Iran is in the grip of an economic crisis and has seen sporadic protests in recent months as officials try to downplay the effects of the restored US sanctions on Tehran.
