The controversial weekend host’s time at the left-wing cable network officially came to an end when her "bad judgment" finally caught up with her after a lewd remark that Florida is the "d*ck of the country," which was apparently the last straw for NBC Universal executives who were already growing tired of her act.
At the end of Friday’s edition of "The Reid Out," MSNBC’s surviving racist stood up for her dearly departed counterpart, making a short statement at the end of the show in which she lashed out at conservatives who celebrated Cross’s ouster on Twitter.
"Before I go, I really do want to say one quick thing about my friend, colleague, and sister Tiffany Cross," the "race lady" said. "She’s not just my friend, she is my sister. I love her. I support her. I was boosting for her to get the show that she created, ’The Cross Connection’ which she put her heart and soul into every day." "But not her bitty lil brain"

Never heard of Cross before this. She has now been dropped down the ladder of relevance into a place below MSNBC weekend. She may climb back up the ladder to wherever Chris Cuomo has emerged. I don’t think this is a part of a grand sweep. She was well below Lemon, Stelter and Tapper. She was just a dummy making too much money who wouldn’t stop doing stuff that she had been told not to do. Her audience can catch her podcast.

made an on-air reference to the Clinton family's alleged tendency toward killing their political opponents following a public Twitter spat between the Republican and former first lady Hillary Clinton.
"I'm in perfect health, my brakes on my car are in good shape, and I'm not suicidal," Lake said in a Fox appearance.

Right-wing conspiracy theorists and unserious memers, among others, have long attributed suspicious deaths to the Clinton family, including convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, former Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich, and even Harambe the gorilla.
None of these claims have been substantiated. Epstein's death was ruled a suicide while Rich's killer remains at large. Harambe died at the hands of Cincinnati zoo staff who intervened to rescue a three-year-old child who fell into the gorilla's habitat.
Not substantiated is not the same as proved untrue.
Lake shared the moment on Twitter and and tagged Clinton in the post. Her comments appear to represent an attempt to publicly discount any natural or accidental causes of her would-be untimely death.
I would have described her comments as gentle mockery of Mrs. Clinton and her admirers, but I am no expert.
Clinton had previously criticized Lake on CNN over her reaction to the home invasion at House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's home which saw her husband Paul sustain a hammer strike to the head, per the Washington Examiner. Lake insists she did not make light of the attack with her comments.
Bullies latch onto anything at all that will get a reaction — actual truth or meaningfulness are unimportant.
The Republican seeks to enter the Arizona governor's mansion and is running against Democratic Secretary of State Katie Hobbs. RealClearPolitics currently assigns Lake an average 1.8% advantage in the race.
It sounds like the voters are able to differentiate humour. So that’s ok.
[Canada Free Press] A team of researchers from the Florida Republican Assembly have revealed some incredible "coincidences" in the relationships of Florida officials to the printing companies which print the ballots for Florida voters.
This investigation into Florida election systems began when analysts now working with the FRA went to learn just how and why the fraud occurred in 2020. As mail-in ballots have long been a vehicle for questionable voting accuracy, (Judicial Watch has found that there are over 28 million still floating around the nation from different elections!) the team from FRA chose to begin with them. They surveyed the state to see where those ballots were being sent. They learned that Pinellas County (Tampa/St. Pete) had the most mail-in ballot voters per sq. mi. in the state. By far. In Pinellas, 80- 90% of the residents of high-rise apartment buildings in the county were registered to vote by mail. Only 1 in ten residents living in high rises voted in person or early? This smelled a bit odd, so they dug further.
The printing company, Runbeck, was found to be the one printing all ballots for Pinellas (and Hillsborough) County. So? Well, Runbeck is the same printer connected to allegations of election fraud in both Georgia and Arizona in the 2020 election.
Checking further, the FRA team found a printing company that prints election supplies and ballots for 42 of the other 65 Florida counties. Its name is Fidlar Elections, once a Florida-based company. In 2017, Fidlar was purchased by a big national printer, Cathedral Printing, based in Rome NY. Cathedral provides services to municipalities and election authorities which include voter id cards, sample and actual ballots.

The system in that section of Florida matches the template that most worries me. A guy voting for his dead aunt is illegal and unethical but it is small scale and not coordinated. A ballot harvesting organization is a much bigger problem, but it is tied to actual voters and real ballots. Coordination with the voter rolls to match boiler room prepared fake ballots to fake voters or non-voters is what needs to be broken up for good. All levels of these frauds are tied to absentee voting. Paper ballots ruin the machine scams which fall apart with a hand recount.

She also stated "the data is not showing that" bail reform is causing increased crime, "There are individual cases, but compared to pre-pandemic and when this was passed, I don’t think there’s a real disparity."
Co-host Poppy Harlow asked, "As someone who takes my kids every day on the subway in New York City, very close to where you are this morning, look, yeah, homicides are down, but rapes are up, robberies are up, felony assault is up. And you talked about your opponent not having solutions, one thing that Lee Zeldin has said he would definitely do if he becomes governor is that he would, through an executive order, repeal, immediately, the bail reform law that was passed. You don’t love that law the way it stands, you’ve wanted changes to it. Would you do the same as he is saying he would? Would you repeal it through executive order?"
Hochul responded, "Again, that is such a simplistic approach. It negates the fact that it’s about how we support law enforcement. And he voted against — he wouldn’t support funding for the police. I tripled the amount of money for law enforcement. We’re supporting violence disrupter programs. To say that you’re just going to change one part of the system shows a naivete that is not going to be a real solution. So, we did make targeted changes to the bail laws covering gun cases and repeat offenders. That has all just been in effect for a few months now because of what I was able to accomplish in the budget. I’m always willing to look at it again, but the data is not showing that that is the cause of this. There are individual cases, but compared to pre-pandemic and when this was passed, I don’t think there’s a real disparity."

That Hochul will lose the governorship of NY for the Dems is incredible to me. All that was needed was for her to address people’s needs in an effective way. None of the Dems in any state have done anything substantive to address violence, inflation or energy costs in particular. The lockstep nature indicates that this is mandatory for them. If she had removed the Soros-backed NYC DA, she would have won. They have named their Staypuff Marshmallow Man. They have refused to cross the streams. It is their red wave.
