DOJ Adviser Says 368,000 Fraudulent 'Excess Votes' Tipped Election to Joe Biden
[PJ] John Lott, who was hired by the Justice Department in October as senior adviser for Research and Statistics at the Office of Justice Programs, has published a study concluding that as many as 368,000 "excess votes" tipped the election outcome to favor Joe Biden in two consequential battleground states.

"Increased fraud can take many forms: higher rates of filling out absentee ballots for people who hadn’t voted, dead people voting, ineligible people voting, or even payments to legally registered people for their votes," reads the study’s summary. "The estimates here indicate that there were 70,000 to 79,000 ’excess’ votes in Georgia and Pennsylvania."
The best estimate shows an unusual 7.81% drop in Trump’s percentage of the absentee ballots for Fulton County alone of 11,350 votes, or over 80% of Biden’s vote lead in Georgia. The same approach is applied to Allegheny County in Pennsylvania for both absentee and provisional ballots. The estimated number of fraudulent votes from those two sources is about 55,270 votes.
The study aimed to quantify how large of a problem voter fraud and other election irregularities were in the 2020 election. "The process is applicable to other states where precinct-level data is available on voting by absentee and in-person voting," explains the study’s introduction.

Lott concludes that the discrepancies in absentee voting are not likely to have been caused by a shift by Democrats to vote absentee because of the pandemic, as the study controlled for in-person voting.

"In layman’s terms, in precincts with alleged fraud, Trump’s proportion of absentee votes was depressed — even when such precincts had similar in-person Trump vote shares to their surrounding countries," Lott explains. "The fact that the shift happens only in absentee ballots, and when a country line is crossed, is suspicious."

"The precinct level estimates for Georgia and Pennsylvania indicate that vote fraud may account for Biden’s win in both states," Lott concludes.

Lott also looked at voter turnout rates in Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, and Wisconsin, comparing counties where there was alleged fraud and those where there wasn’t. When those states are included, Lott estimates that as many 289,000 fraudulent votes in the 2020 election were counted.

The study, called "A Simple Test for the Extent of Vote Fraud with Absentee Ballots in the 2020 Presidential Election: Georgia and Pennsylvania Data" was published on Tuesday.

Lott is considered a controversial figure by the left-wing media. He is the founder of the Crime Prevention Research Center, a pro-Second Amendment nonprofit, which has published studies concluding that communities with higher rates of gun ownership have lower rates of crime. Lott left the organization to serve in the Trump administration. Andrew Pollack, the father of Meadow Pollack, who was killed during the Parkland shooting in 2018, has since taken over as president of the organization.

And that's just two states. Those in the Pub party who want a a smooth transition to a Biden phony admin. ought to be hopping, jumping-up and down pissed-off. This election was an abortion. Every American, Dem or Pub ought to be ashamed of this rigged election.

Vote-Integrity Legislation a Must for 2021

#1  This shit needs to be locked down and audited.

Votes should be counted within 1 day of when they were cast, and all counts should be published daily at 12 PM for the day before.

Vote in person should be the main way of voting: ONLY allow early voting every day of the week (Sun-Sun inclusive, then no monday voting while all absentee ena early votes received are counted, then on Tuesday election. This is to prevent the extended mess where votes are cast months before the election, and to prevent voters' remorse so that suppressed news will be taken into account (think the Hunter Biden problem), and it also cuts the window for opportunity for fraud.

Paper ballots only. They get created by the voting machine, which no longer counts the vote - it only prints your choices as follows: all MARKED ballots produced by the machine procude a cryptographic bar code on the front that contains the voting data, the ballot serial number, date, time, and place of the vote, and the ballot serial number at the bottom in plain text. This side is for the tabulator. On the back should be printed in human readable plain text: the serial number and the choices made, so the voter can verify. (Yes I know someone could make the barcode differ, but read on). Alternatively a marked paper form can be used, fed to the machine to produce a "marked ballot", returned to the voter along with the 'marked ballot" (bar code on front, printed data on back), and the process proceeds as below as well.

The voter then takes the "marked ballot" to the vote tabulator machine, which then scans in their marked ballot, recording their voting choices into the database, then spits out the physical marked ballot into an attached locked ballot box. It also rints a printed receipt with only human readable text (no barcode so as to prevent being used fraudelently). This contains the serial number, date, time, and precinct identifier at the top, the complere list of their choices that were recorded, and the serial number, date, time, and precinct identifier repeated at the bottom. The clerk witnesses the voter takes this receipt from the machine, then the voter optionally inspects it, shows it to the precinct clerk who records the serial next to the name of the person, using it to cross them off on the "voted" list. If the voter reviews the voting recept and beleives it to be incorrect, then they can dispute the ballot immediately before their serial is recporded. The precinct clerk immediately has the proper precinct official and poll observers observe the clerk as they void all data from that serial number in the database. If possible they unlock the ballot box, witnesses in view of the voter to remove ONLY the serial number ballot from it and relock it immediately, and destroye the ballot in front of the witnesses and voter via shredder. They mark the "voting receipt" with name, signature, date and time as evidence of cancellation. and put the redeipt into storage for audit. The voter will then be able to recast their vote immediately afterward (with assistance if neccesary).

The same process applies to absentee ballots, with additional preparatory verification steps below before the marked ballot is run.

All remedy intervals end 72 hours after the polls are closed on election day, no matter when they were started.

Notification and remedy: This is for all ballots that fail to pass the receiving, verification and validation rpocess. The clerk will attempt to notify the voter by a postcard and an email iof available within 24 hours, and 2 attempts at telephone contact within 72 hours of the disqualification. This contact will instruct them how to remedy the issue (including a web site) or who to contact. The contactee has 1 week to respond or else the ballot will be held until 72 hours after the election, then destroyed unopened, and marked in the voter roll as "disqualified improper ballot - X", where X states what problem cased the disqualification based on what cause it.

Allow absentee ballot as long as they are applied for with proper ID, and the request is no more than 4 weeks in advance of election day, but OCONUS persons can request them up to 8 weeks in advance due to slow foreign and military mail service. Domestic absentee ballots cannot be post-marked more than 2 weeks prior to actual election day (prevent harvesting by not allowing a longer window to procure ballots and generate). OCONUS ballots will be accepted with postmarks up to 4 weeks prior to account for slow mail service in the military and overseas. Regardless of the request date, all marked absentee/mail ballots must be recieved by the end of the day on election day, not just postmarked. Any ballot arriving too late will simply be marked as "disqualified - late ballot" and held until 72 hours after the election, then destroyed unopened. Any ballot arriving too soon will be returned to sender and the voter put into the notification and remedy process. This process must occur the same day the ballot is initially delivered to the precinct or voting center.

After a ballot is verified to pass this, it is considered "properly recieved" and proceeds to the next step.

Once a mailed ballot is properly received, it must be further processed within 24 hours. The first step is a physical integrity check - the ballot privavy envelope must be sealed, intact and have a signature. If it fails this qualification on any of those grounds, it is recorded as an improper ballot for that serial number and held for notification and remedy. Next step is to match against the database of absentee ballot requests. If it was not on the requested list, then the ballot should be held for notification and remedy, with a specific remedy process to refer this ballot to law enforcement for fraud if ther person is contacted and denies requesting it, or was unable to be contacted. The next step for the unopened properly received ballot is to verify the voter against rolls to confirm eligibility to vote, then match the address on the privavy envelope vs voter registration record to validate the proper place of voting (precinct). Finally, the signature on the envelope vs the signature on the voter registration record to validate that the actual voter is the one casting the ballot. If it fails any of those, the ballot is not opened but held for 96 hours to allow for Notification and Remedy to allow them to remedy the failed part of the verification. The last step of validation is a fraud prevention check. Once the ballot is validated and the voter is verified as above, the envelope is opened, and the serial on the envelope must match the serial on the ballot within the envelope, to prevent someone from switching the ballot out. This will be marked on the envelope, and then the envelope will be retained for verification during recounts (to match with ballots by serial number) until 96 hours after the election (barring legal action), and then destroyed. If it fails the fraud check, then the ballot is put into Notification and Remedy, with the extra step of referral to law enforcement for fraud if the N&R fails to produce a contct with the voter (deliberately putting someone elses serial number ballot in your envelope is prima facia evidence of voter fruad which needs to be inverstigated).

After this, the process is essentially identical an in-person vote - the absentee ballot is run through a marking machine to produce the marked voting ballot exactly like the one would do for a marked paper ballot for in-person voting to procude the marked ballot. That marked ballot is then run through the tabulator identical to the live-vote, including the receipt. The receipt produced is used to record the person as having voted, and then mailed to the voter at their address on record.

As an option. given the serial number and precinct and their ID validated, a person could request their vote be looked up in the database and the human results given to them - perhaps a web site - so they can check for any alterations versus their voting receipt.

#3  Is there a way to make the ballot private? Maybe like the crypto cash?

The serial number sound nice but I dont want anyone to be able to buy votes - as in come back with your reciept for Biden, and we give you $20 and a bottle. That would buy a lot of votes in Philthadelphia.

Can you just leave out that last bit about public retrieval? I get the reason for the result is so the voters have confidence. But is there a way to anonymize it?

#4  no 'exactly' perfect method

The legislation will be done at the State level.

California will continue to have vote harvesting and other 'Democrat advantage' laws.

Florida already has pretty good laws.

PA had some decent laws but the courts overruled the laws and this will have to be challenged.

GA needs much tighter laws.

and most important

we need some prosecutions of people who voted twice or voted from a phony address or who claimed to witness something they didn't witness, etc.

#9  OS is spot on. The solution is straightforward:

1. Paper ballots only

2A. Voters must present photo ID, are then fingerprinted, and finally sign a ledger, with signatures matched to identifying info by a physically present human election official before voter is given a paper ballot and directed to a voting booth in which he marks his preference in private using a physical pen
2B. Witnessing of above by two independent officials representing the two parties

3A. Manual casting of ballots and placement of ballots in a secure box, with no electronic machines involved
3B. Witnessing of above by two independent officials representing the two parties

4A. Manual count of votes after polls close
4B. Witnessing of above by two independent officials representing the two parties

Trump Campaign Files Second Petition with SCOTUS Over the Election
[Townhall] The Trump campaign on Tuesday filed a petition for a writ of certiorari with the United States Supreme Court. The campaign is effectively asking the high court to review lower court decisions in the Donald J. Trump, et al vs. Joseph R. Biden, et al. case where the Wisconsin State Supreme Court allowed allegedly illegal absentee ballots to be counted. Trump's team claims those ballots were illegally counted.

The president's campaign said the case originally brought to light a number of issues including:

  • More than 28,000 votes were counted from people who failed to provide identification by abusing the state’s "indefinitely confined" status, including two Biden electors.

  • Nearly 6,000 absentee ballots were counted that were contained in incomplete and altered ballot envelopes that the Wisconsin statutes expressly forbid.

  • More than 17,000 ballots were collected by hand, in direct contravention of the statutes, in Democrat-sponsored events in Madison in September and October.

The petition cites the Wisconsin State Legislature's concerns about voter fraud arising from absentee ballots.

"The legislature finds that voting is a constitutional right, the vigorous exercise of which should be strongly encouraged. In contrast, voting by absentee ballot is a privilege exercised wholly outside the traditional safeguards of the polling place," the petition states. "The legislature finds that the privilege of voting by absentee ballot must be carefully regulated to prevent the potential for fraud or abuse; to prevent overzealous solicitation of absent electors who may prefer not to participate in an election; to prevent undue influence on an absent elector to vote for or against a candidate or to cast a particular vote in a referendum; or other similar abuses."

One of the other issues at hand, according to the petition, is whether or not voters had to provide photo identification, as required by state law. Under state law, a voter has to be considered disabled in order to certify their identity for the purpose of voting.

Drop boxes were allegedly used to collect absentee ballots and ballots were allowed to be curated without witness information, both of which are violations of Wisconsin law.

"Regrettably, the Wisconsin Supreme Court, in their 4-3 decision, refused to address the merits of our claim. This ’Cert Petition’ asks them to address our claims, which, if allowed, would change the outcome of the election in Wisconsin," the campaign's lead attorney in Wisconsin, Jim Troupis, said in a statement. "Three members of the Wisconsin State Supreme Court, including the Chief Justice, agreed with many of the President’s claims in written dissents from that court’s December 14 order."

The Trump campaign filed a similar petition against Pennsylvania earlier this month.

#1  The original and basic Constitution was a contract among states and ratified by states. Now at least four states have engaged in demonstrative fraud for their own gain at the expense of the standing in the agreement with the other parties. Under contract law, does that not give the other members of the contract the right to dissolve it?
Posted by: Procopius2k || 12/31/2020 5:14 Comments || Top||

#2  That was long held to be the original premise, though it was decided otherwise by force. They seem to be moving the goal posts even farther in this instance to say that other states have no standing.

Superficially perhaps, but this is not about who the next dog catcher will be in Erie. This is about the chief executive. I was correct in calling it the Alamo election, little did I understand just what that was going to entail.

Austin Mayor Adler Orders Another Partial COVID Shutdown. Texas Gov. Abbott Says He Can't.
Guns spiked.
[PJMedia] With COVID-related hospitalizations on the rise, but with little to no data demonstrating that shutdowns actually help slow the spread of the virus, Austin Mayor Steve Adler (D) has ordered a partial restaurant and bar shutdown across the New Year’s holiday in the city.

Restaurants don’t appear to be major COVID spread vectors, yet they’re being shuttered (again).

Texas Gov. Gregg Abbott (R) took to social media to countermand Adler’s order.

Mayor Adler has yet to comply, or even react, to that.

Making violations a "criminal offense" is an ironic touch. Adler led the defunding of Austin’s police back in August. That led to a demoralization of the police force and a very high rate of attrition from it. More are expected to leave once Adler’s cuts take force in January.

Also, recall that around Thanksgiving, Adler encouraged Austin to just stay home — while he was lounging in luxury in Cabo. Whatever was left of his credibility stayed in Cabo.

The Texas Legislature convenes in its 87th session in January. There’s a bill in the works to take the Austin Police Department away from Adler and the city council, and transfer it to the state.

There’s rumbling all over Austin that Adler and the left-wing city council had ruined the city even before the pandemic. Republican Mackenzie Kelly just defeated Democrat and anti-police incumbent Jimmy Flannigan in a city council runoff, indicating danger in the air for other Democrats in the deep blue city.

Walmart Calls Republicans ‘Sore Losers’
[NYPost] Walmart apologized to GOP Sen. Josh Hawley on Wednesday after a tweet from its official account called the Missouri lawmaker a "sore loser."
How rude. Old Sam Walton would never have countenanced such behaviour.
The retailer lied blamed a member of its social media team for the since-deleted snarky tweet, saying the employee had intended to send it from their personal account.

Earlier Wednesday, Hawley tweeted a statement announcing he would object to President-elect Joe Biden's victory at the Electoral College certification process in the Senate on Jan. 6.

Walmart responded to the tweet, writing: "Go ahead. Get your 2 hour debate. #SoreLoser."

Hawley, a rising star in the GOP, fired back, attacking the company's labor practices.

"Thanks ⁦@Walmart⁩ for your insulting condescension. Now that you've insulted 75 million Americans, will you at least apologize for using slave labor?" he wrote.
Oh snap!
"Or maybe you'd like to apologize for the pathetic wages you pay your workers as you drive mom and pop stores out of business."

Walmart issued a swift mea culpa in response to Hawley, tweeting, "The tweet published earlier was mistakenly posted by a member of our social media team. We deleted the post and have no intention of commenting on the subject of certifying the electoral college. We apologize to Senator Hawley for this error and any confusion about our position."
That’s nice. What consequences will the posting idiot suffer?

#16  Wal-Mart made a mistake years ago when they moved away from "buy American" to "buy Chinese." Americans didn't like the move then and they don't like it now. Walmart has wiped out mom and pop stores in towns across America. You can see the devastation in small towns across America that are dying.

#17  Mom and Pop stores died eons ago with the advent of shopping centers and malls.

That’s nice. What consequences will the posting idiot suffer?

Michigan Governor vetoes bill extending unemployment benefits, refuses to lift lockdowns
She's a speshul kind of tyrant stoopid, isn't she?
[Post Millenium] Democratic Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer vetoed a bill on Tuesday which would have extended unemployment benefits for workers affected by the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, MLive reports.
I sure hope the good citizens of Michigan are proud of this SOB.

The bill would have provided $220 million in funding to the Unemployment Insurance Trust Fund, which would have pooled funds to help businesses provide financial support for laid-off workers. The trust fund had $4.6 billion to support workers at the beginning of the pandemic, but has since been depleted to $864 million.

Michigan Republican Party Chairwoman Laura Cox criticized the veto. "First, Governor Whitmer put people out of work with her shutdown orders," Cox said. "Then, through her administration's incompetence, it became almost impossible for out-of-work Michiganders to receive unemployment benefits."

"Now, Whitmer has vetoed extending aid to workers even though her draconian shutdowns continue. Clearly, the 'science' Whitmer is following doesn't include basic economics, and Michigan families are paying the price," Cox finished.

#1  She needs a mental health exam mandated by the legislature hopefully finding a clear reason to remove her from office due to mental health issues. This goes for the rest of the lockdown governors, as soon as possible, start an online petition every state. Make it a new years revolution.

#2  This bitch is NUTS! You want an armed rebellion? This is how you get one. What possible constitutional bases does she have for these actions?

The legislature needs to take this to court for an immediate injunction, and requisition the national guard to take her into custody article 31 mobilization (allows the guard to enforce civilian laws overriding posse comatatus).

#5  "no longer sane" assumes she was sane to begin with.

But congratulations to the people of Michigan for electing Whitmer. You get the government you deserve.

#6  (allows the guard to enforce civilian laws overriding posse comatatus)

Actually posse comitatus only applies to federal military not the states. As long as state troops are under state control and pay, they are not subject to the restrictions.

#9  OberGovernor Gretchen has been wearing a lot of leather and snakeskin lately in her publicity stills. She reminds me of Jane Badler in that TV miniseries "V" about an invasion of lizard-like aliens with a taste for live food.

She has also been rather pissy since the courts said she can't use a WWII era law to grant herself the Ring of Ultimate Power.

Seems Legit: Chinese State-Run Media Steps Up and Defends Swalwell
[PJ Media] There are two kinds of Chinese media: the actual, state-run media that answers to the Chinese Communist Party, and the U.S. and other Western media that rent themselves out to the CCP’s interests. This story focuses on the former.

Axios reported earlier this month that Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) had a relationship with a woman who turned out to be a spy for China’s communist government. The full nature of the relationship with Swalwell has not been confirmed, but Fang Fang (or Christine Fang, as she called herself) slept with at least two U.S. mayors and engaged in fundraising and campaign staffing for Swalwell. She established relationships with many California officials as they were on the political rise, according to the Axios report. In 2015, the FBI caught onto her and warned Swalwell about her. This was the same year the House Democrats under Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who had been briefed on the spy and her relationship with Swalwell, elevated him to the House Intelligence Committee.

Swalwell spent the entire Trump presidency blaming Russia for all manner of ills, but never blaming China for anything, even after the CCP attempted to cover up the coronavirus outbreak. This attempted coverup cost the world valuable time and allowed the virus to spread around the globe. More than 200,000 Americans have reportedly died due to the virus.

The Global Times (masthead motto: "Discover China, Discover the World") is a bona fide mouthpiece of the Chinese Communist Party. It has published this anonymously-sourced article that Swalwell probably does not find helpful at all.

A tale cooked up by US news website Axios earlier this month which alleged that a suspected Chinese spy got access to California politicians and a congressman in a political intelligence operation run by China many years ago was complete fiction, and such fabrication shows that some US personnel deliberately use the Cold War mentality to poison China-US relations, a source told the Global Times on Monday.

The alleged Chinese woman was an international student, Axios claimed, and citing FBI agents and her acquaintances, it accused her of trying to gain access to and influence US political circles.

One California politician Axios named was California Congressman Eric Swalwell, who denied the accusations and noted the report was political retaliation for his criticism and impeachment of the incumbent president.

Right. The FBI had a time machine and went back to 2015 to brief Swalwell, Pelosi and others, and by the way caused a sufficient stir to cause Fang to flee back to China. Because those briefings and her swift departure all happened before Trump was president.

The Global Times story reads like a parody of a mainstream media story, complete with an anonymous source who just happens to confirm everything the CCP wanted to say.

#3  Are we dumb enough to think they aren't? Lots of people read the content and don't question the source. PT Barnum quote comes to mind....

#4  Swalwell is a dipwad without the support of the CCP media. One has to ask, in light of recent widespread election fraud, "Who the hell elected him or was he even elected?"
