Hildebeast Fired From Watergate Committee for Fraud, Ethics Violations
Article dated 2 April 2008
The former general counsel and chief of staff of the House Judiciary Committee, who supervised The Hildebeast during the Watergate investigation, says her history of lies and unethical behavior goes back farther -- and goes much deeper -- than anyone realizes.

The Hildebeast has been taking a lot of heat lately over the Bosnia sniper misfire, for which she has been derided and ridiculed by all but the most staunch of her supporters. It has even inspired the above YouTube video, which recently surpassed 1,500,000 views.

Now comes this bombshell from Jerry Zeifman, who supervised a much younger
but still a Hildebeast
when she worked as a staffer for the Watergate committee:

'A lifelong Democrat, Mr. Zeifman supervised the work of 27-year-old Hildebeast on the committee. The Beast got a job working on the investigation at the behest of her former law professor, Burke Marshall, who was also Sen. Ted Kennedy's chief counsel in the Chappaquiddick affair. When the investigation was over, Zeifman fired Hillary from the committee staff and refused to give her a letter of recommendation -- one of only three people who earned that dubious distinction in Zeifman's 17-year career.'

Why?

"Because she was a liar," Zeifman said in an interview last week. "She was an unethical, dishonest lawyer. She conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee and the rules of confidentiality.'

Mr. Zeifman also had this to say about a Hillary campaign rally in Connecticut in early February of this year:

'I have just seen The Hildebeast and her former Yale law professor both in tears at a campaign rally here in my home state of Connecticut. Her tearful professor said how proud he was that his former student was likely to become our next President. Hillary responded in tears.'

Lew taps government retiree pension fund - Social Insecurity Fund Deux
Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew said late Monday he will begin tapping into two government employee retirement funds to buy more time before the U.S. Treasury is faced with the prospect of defaulting on the national debt.

In a letter to congressional leaders, Lew said that he would tap the civil service retirement and disability fund and a similar fund that covers retired postal workers. The law allows him to remove investments from these funds to clear room for more borrowing until Congress votes to raise the debt limit

Rand Paul Goes Nuclear on "Spectacle" Hearing on Apple's Taxes

#1  ..again I'll make the point about hording financial resources that should have distributed to the shareholders. The usual hypocrisy of pols that wrote and passed favorable legislation that permitted this but now want a front stage position to denounce Apple is just showbiz [which is what Washington is for ugly people].

#4  Consumption tax (pay when you buy, rich spend more so will pay more, and that includes illegal or illicit income being spent). Flat tax (pay when you have over the poverty limit - no withholding, you have to write a check every quarter, just like businesses do). End of problem.

#5  let me amend that - end of problem for citizens. start of employment problem for tax lawyers, IRS agents/bureaucrats, and CPAs,

#6  Retained earnings (hording financial resources) are in fact tightly regulated by the IRS code. Apple Inc. retained earnings statement proves Apple is well within current IRS upper and lower limits. An endless argument (beyond the scope of this article) could, and has been had, as to the costs and benifits of what those limits should be. Which ever side of the argument each investor falls will depend on his own personal time-value-of-money.

Rand Paul's most valid point is that instead of castigating corporations simply because they are profitable, an actual win - win tax solution needs to be implemented which actually gives corporations incentive to grow and invest profits inside U.S. borders instead of in foreign countrys with lower corporation taxes.

More Benghazi whistleblowers coming - PJ Media
More whistleblowers will emerge shortly in the escalating Benghazi scandal, according to two former U.S. diplomats who spoke with PJ Media Monday afternoon.

These whistleblowers, colleagues of the former diplomats, are currently securing legal counsel because they work in areas not fully protected by the Whistleblower law.

According to the diplomats, what these whistleblowers will say will be at least as explosive as what we have already learned about the scandal, including details about what really transpired in Benghazi that are potentially devastating to both Champ and The Hildebeast.

The former diplomats inform PJM the new revelations concentrate in two areas -- what Ambassador Chris Stevens was actually doing in Benghazi and the pressure put on General Carter Ham, then in command of U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM) and therefore responsible for Libya, not to act to protect jeopardized U.S. personnel.

Stevens' mission in Benghazi, they will say, was to buy back Stinger missiles from al-Qaeda groups issued to them by the State Department, not by the CIA. Such a mission would usually be a CIA effort, but the intelligence agency had opposed the idea because of the high risk involved in arming "insurgents" with powerful weapons that endanger civilian aircraft.
Stinger missiles to al-Qaeda, a few thousand assault weapons via BATF to Mesican Cartels, what's the big deal.
The Hildebeast still wanted to proceed because, in part, as one of the diplomats said, she wanted "to overthrow Gaddafi on the cheap."
Hildebeast running guns and missiles, an entirely new venue.
This left Stevens in the position of having to clean up the scandalous enterprise when it became clear that the "insurgents" actually were al-Qaeda -- indeed, in the view of one of the diplomats, the same group that attacked the consulate and ended up killing Stevens.
Not another dead Hildebeast "clean up" man !
The former diplomat who spoke with PJ Media regarded the whole enterprise as totally amateurish and likened it to the Mike Nichols film Charlie Wilson's War about a clueless congressman who supplies Stingers to the Afghan guerrillas. "It's as if The Hildebeast and the others just watched that movie and said 'Hey, let's do that!'" the diplomat said.

He added that he and his colleagues think the leaking of General David Petraeus' affair with his biographer Paula Broadwell was timed to silence the former CIA chief on these matters.
Sort of looks that way now does it not ?
Regarding General Ham, military contacts of the diplomats tell them that AFRICOM had Special Ops "assets in place that could have come to the aid of the Benghazi consulate immediately (not in six hours)."
Which is becoming more and more obvious.
Ham was told by the White House not to send the aid to the trapped men, but Ham decided to disobey and did so anyway, whereupon the White House "called his deputy and had the deputy threaten to relieve Ham of his command."
My take on the sudden change of command as well.
The White House motivation in all this is as yet unclear, but it is known the Ham retired quietly in April 2013 as head of AFRICOM.

PJ Media recognizes this is largely hearsay, but the two diplomats sounded quite credible. One of them was in a position of responsibility in a dangerous area of Iraq in 2004.
We will report more as we learn it.

Tax-exempt Champ Foundation doesn’t exist at listed addresses
The “charity” run by The Champ's half-brother that was fast-tracked for IRS tax-exempt status is based at a Virginia UPS store, according to its website.
Essentially an Accommodation Address.
The organization’s IRS filings list another Virginia address that is actually a drug rehab center where the foundation does not appear ever to have been based.

The Champ Foundation is run by Abon’go “Roy” Malik Obama, the half-brother of The Champ.

As first reported by The Daily Caller, the foundation was speedily approved for IRS exemption by Lois Lerner, the IRS senior official at the center of the targeting of conservative organizations that have waited over two years to receive tax exempt status. (RELATED: IRS official Lerner speedily approved exemption for The Champ's brother’s ‘charity’)

The charity was even given retroactive tax-exempt status despite never having bothered to apply for it. And its history of soliciting donations before receiving tax-exempt status was apparently overlooked.
Retroactive, no problem, it's the very least we could do for our people.
The address listed on the site barackhobamafoundation.org is 107 S. West St. #401, Alexandria, Va., which houses a UPS store on a street that includes a tailor, a Catholic Charities thrift shop and a Gold Works jewelry store.

“They probably just rent a mailbox here or receive mail here,” said a UPS employee when asked if the store was the address for the The Champ Foundation. She did not know if Malik Obama, who his website says divides his time between Kenya and Virginia, had been in to the store.

A visit to the UPS store revealed that there is a mailbox numbered 401.

#4  Been to that UPS store many times, when I lived a few blocks away. It's TINY. In a pricey part of town. A pricey, leftist part of town. A P.O. box is ok for a mailing address, but there has to be an actual address for a principal officer. So, Abongo filed while he was in drug rehab? I find that . . . curious.

Report: DOJ Leaked Docs to Smear Fast & Furious Whistleblower, Says IG
The Department of Justice (DOJ) Inspector General published a new report Monday that confirms former U.S. Attorney for Arizona Dennis Burke leaked a document intended to smear Operation Fast and Furious scandal whistleblower John Dodson.

The DOJ IG said it found “Burke’s conduct in disclosing the Dodson memorandum to be inappropriate for a Department employee and wholly unbefitting a U.S. Attorney.”

“We are referring to OPR our finding that Burke violated Department policy in disclosing the Dodson memorandum to a member of the media for a determination of whether Burke’s conduct violated the Rules of Professional Conduct for the state bars in which Burke is a member,” the IG wrote.

Burke resigned from his post as U.S. Attorney over the incident in August 2011, the first major Department of Justice official to leave his or her post in the Fast and Furious scandal. He said after the fact, in interviews with congressional investigators, that he now views leaking the document as a “mistake.”

In addition to Burke’s involvement in leaking the document, emails the IG uncovered show senior officials at the Department of Justice discussed smearing Dodson.

One of those was Tracy Schmaler, the Director of the Department’s Office of Public Affairs, who resigned her position at the DOJ after emails uncovered through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request showed that she worked with leftwing advocacy group Media Matters for America to smear whistleblowers and members of Congress and the media who sought to investigate DOJ scandals under Attorney General Eric Holder.
