Death of elderly Home Depot worker who tried to stop robbery sparks outrage: 'Where are the reparations?'
[FoxNews] The death of an elderly Home Depot employee who succumbed to injuries he suffered while trying to stop a robbery – and search for an elusive suspect – have shined another glaring light on the rise of lawlessness nationwide and raised one question: What about reparations for crime victims?

"Where are reparations for victims?" Fox News host Greg Gutfeld asked Tuesday after discussing the death of 83-year-old Home Depot worker Gary Rasor on "The Five."

Surveillance video released by the Hillsborough Police Department appears to show the suspect shoving Rasor on Oct. 18 and hurrying out of the store while allegedly stealing three Ryobi pressure washers. Rasor was reportedly never able to walk again and died Dec. 1 after a lengthy hospital stay. The suspect was described as a 6-foot Black male who fled in a white Hyundai with North Carolina temporary tags, according to Law & Crime.

"We are heartbroken by the loss of our associate Gary. He was part of our team for more than 9 years. He was an amazing friend, husband, father and grandfather, always willing to help anyone," a spokesperson for Home Depot told Fox News Digital in a statement.

Meanwhile, in North Philadelphia, a gas station owner has hired heavily-armed security to protect his property from thieves, loiterers and criminal activity occurring in the vicinity, as Pennsylvania's largest city deals with a sky-high crime rate and progressive prosecutorial discretion under Democratic District Attorney Lawrence Krasner.

On "The Five," Gutfeld said the trend toward lax criminal justice policies is often touted as a way to make up for past oppression of enslaved people and oppression of other minorities.

"[T]hat caused us to change all of these policies: No cash bail, reduced sentences. Where are the reparations?" he asked. "It doesn't even matter the color of the skin for the criminal -- where the reparations for the victims that were killed, attacked, raped by people that were let out based on the assumption that all of these rules were racist or oppressive based on 400 years of persecution. That's an interesting lawsuit."

Gutfeld questioned what the public dynamic would be like if Rasor had survived and the perpetrator was killed.

"He [would be called] a vigilante [because] this person was a victim of an oppressed society," he said, adding that Rasor's death instead received "barely a peep."

"There is a message there and that message is contagious, Rob these places until they move out. This is a slow-roll looting operation. They don't care if these buildings, these places leave – they don't care about the people that are suffering," he argued.

Gutfeld called both situations in North Carolina and Pennsylvania a "metaphorical snapshot" of the past two years, where there is no fear of repercussions because if a criminal is punished, often times the prosecution is tarred as "racist."

"We're still living in that post-Ferguson era where we allowed the media, and we allowed activists to tell us that law enforcement is permanently stained," he said.

Co-host Jesse Watters further added that in North Carolina, people essentially have a "license to steal" under the current law with which thefts under $1,000 result in misdemeanor charges.

Co-host Dana Perino later added that Rasor was from the generation that "did something" when they saw something wrong, while the following generation was the "see something, say something generation" – and the current generation "pretend[s] they don't see it."

WSJ: Musk's Twitter files shows real 'disinformation' threat is America's former intel leaders
[Hot Air] Point of order: Didn’t we learn that in 2013 when James Clapper perjured himself before Congress? And didn’t we learn that the American media enthusiastically facilitated that disinformation potential by hiring Clapper and former FBI executive Andrew McCabe after getting fired for lying to investigators? Among dozens of others?

We did indeed, but the editors of the Wall Street Journal want to underscore that point in the release of Twitter’s files on the Hunter Biden laptop story. They also note the media’s complicity in promoting this "disinformation," even in the face of independent corroboration:
Recall that former Democratic intelligence officials James Clapper and John Brennan led the spooks in issuing a public statement suggesting that the laptop may have been hacked and its content was Russian disinformation. On Oct. 16, 2020, Mr. Clapper told CNN that "to me, this is just classic textbook Soviet Russian tradecraft at work." On Oct. 19, 51 former spooks released their statement claiming that the arrival of the emails "has all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation." (The statement and signers are published nearby.)

We now know that the Clapper-Brennan claims were themselves disinformation and that the laptop was genuine and not part of a Russian operation. CBS News recently waddled in two years later with a forensic analysis of its own and concluded it is real.

But the claims by the spies gave an excuse for the media to ignore the Hunter Biden story and even to dismiss Hunter’s former business partner, Tony Bobulinski, who went on the record before the election to confirm much of the content on the laptop with documentation in the form of voluminous text messages.

We examined those messages ourselves at the time, and our Kimberley Strassel spoke with Mr. Bobulinski and put it all on the record before the election. We also wrote an editorial. But nearly all of the rest of the press ignored or trashed the story.
One could almost forgive such a snap judgment in the moment, except for the fact — as the WSJ’s editors point out — that independent corroboration was available at the same time. Bobulinski spoke out repeatedly to verify the e-mails about Hunter’s business transactions were genuine. and the photos and videos spoke for themselves. Yet it took eighteen months for the New York Times to grudgingly report that the laptop and its materials were not "Russian disinformation," and weeks after that for other media outlets to follow suit.

Here’s a thought: perhaps news orgs should rethink the idea of hiring ex-intel leaders as "analysts." Especially those who have already demonstrated a predilection for lying, either in public or during investigations. If media outlets are interested in actual news and analysis rather than sef-serving spin, that is.

Clearly, they have something else in mind.

The real disinformation threat didn’t turn out to be the laptop or the Russians. Strictly speaking, it’s not even the political hacks who left the intel community to peddle their manipulative crankery on television. It’s the media outlets themselves who hired perjurers as analysts and then pushed their perjury as truth through one national election and almost through another.

#1  Interestingly, Putin was a 'former intelligence leader' (yes, oxymoron), who recognized the present danger and threat of the wealthy oligarchy.

The wealthy oligarchs, apparently having outlived their usefulness, appear to have begun a die off. Could be the next shoe that falls here as well.

#5  Disinformation has always been a tactic of the intel community. Treason was not a needed resume bullet when the different organizations were originated. Their former leadership members appear to have homogeneously betrayed our country. Maybe there were some who refused to participate in the effort to disinform the electorate in a way that demonstrably damage our country’s and the world’s security. At best, those silent betrayed their vow to fight enemies foreign and domestic. There isn’t an oath to go along to get along.

JFK Assassination Investigator Has Jarring New Claim About Oswald's CIA Involvement
[Daily Beest] The CIA holds documents that show presidential assassin Lee Harvey Oswald was involved in an intelligence operation before the assassination of John F. Kennedy, a prominent Kennedy assassination reporter alleged Tuesday.

"We’re talking about smoking-gun proof of a CIA operation involving Lee Harvey Oswald," reporter Jefferson Morley said.

Morley claimed the CIA operation involving Oswald took place in the summer of 1963, three months before the assassination. The allegation from Morley, who has written extensively about the CIA in the 1960s, could shake up the history of the Kennedy assassination if it proves to be true.

Kennedy investigators have long sought to investigate the extent of Oswald’s involvement with intelligence agencies, and whether that could reveal more about whether Oswald was the only person involved in Kennedy’s death. Despite decades of investigations from Congress and independent inspectors, the CIA has never disclosed any involvement with Oswald.

#2  "Morley claimed that Oswald, a former Marine who defected to the Soviet Union before returning to the United States as a supporter of Cuban communist leader Fidel Castro, was involved in a pre-assassination CIA operation meant to discredit American supporters of Castro. Morley’s allegations focused on files created by now-deceased CIA agent George Joannides, who was involved with anti-Castro exile groups. Morley said 44 documents in Joannides’s file are still being held by the CIA and could shed new light on the purported operation."

#6  Ambiguous Pronouns
A pronoun takes the place of a noun, but a pronoun must always refer clearly to its antecedent, which is the noun that the pronoun replaces. If the antecedent of the pronoun is unclear, then the sentence will be unclear as well. An ambiguous pronoun occurs when more than one possible antecedent exists.

Russian Oil Price Cap: Lasting Impacts - Peter Zeihan
[YouTube] Unless you live under a rock, you've probably heard that Europe has placed a $60 price cap on Russian crude exports.

This is uncharted territory for EVERYONE, so I'm not here to predict how all this will play out. Instead, I want to lay out the matrix of factors that you should keep top of mind as this unfolds.

But the real fun is a "Red Pill" moment: The single global price for crude that we've all enjoyed for the last 85+ years...GONE. Meaning that global shipping becomes riskier and riskier by the day.

In terms of energy, we are well on our way to how things were in the 1930s. Exciting right?

#1  I believe that large fractions of the crude we're going to be getting from Venezuela are owned by Russian companies and won't be subject to the price cap, they'll just ignore the fact. It's a way for Biden to help Russia in a way that will be laundered and ignored.

Project Cedar: Inside the Plot to Destroy the U.S. Dollar
[Breitbart] The following content is sponsored by Paradigm Press.
The Paradigm Press site looks awfully excitable...
On November 15, 2022, several of the world’s biggest banks agreed to a shocking new plan — one that could lead to a complete overthrow of the U.S. dollar as we know it.

Sponsored by the New York Federal Reserve, participants in this plan include banking giants like Wells Fargo, Citigroup, HSBC, and Mastercard, just to name a few.

The pilot program — dubbed “Project Cedar” — would convert regular U.S. dollars into a brand-new type of dollar, which could have massive implications for all American citizens.

But “Project Cedar” is just the second step in a complete overhaul of the U.S. banking system.

The first step was announced on March 9, 2022, when President Biden signed Executive Order 14067.

This Executive Order gave legal provisions for this new U.S. dollar and could give the U.S. government unprecedented control over your money and freedom.

In fact, it could even pave the way for things like:

Legal government surveillance of all U.S. citizens
Total control over your bank accounts and purchases
And the ability to silence all dissenting voices for good
“I’ve been warning about this for months,” says renowned macroeconomist Jim Rickards.

“Now with the launch of ‘Project Cedar’, the wheels are fully in motion — and I don’t believe anything can stop it.”

Mr. Rickards is one of the world’s foremost financial experts and has been a respected advisor to the CIA, the Pentagon, and multiple U.S. presidents.

The way he sees it, this is the start of a sinister new plot against everyday Americans.

Capital Gains - The Wash Sale Rule Keeps Your Tax Loss Claims Clean
[FORBES] One of the nice things about the U.S. tax code is that if one of your investments ends up in the red, you can sell it at a loss and reduce your taxable income. Just be careful not to repurchase the same security too soon (or one that’s substantially similar), or you could end up breaking the wash sale rule.
Check your 2021 Capital Gains 'carry over' on last years schedule D, line 13. If you have NO previous year 'carry over' available to absorb 2022 gains, this could be option. Mind the 30 day 'buy back' rule.

Or you could just go out and buy a new F-150.

Lastly, you may also wish to consult your tax advisor and examine the sales and re-purchase fees.

Government Corruption
Twitter files: Dismissing Censorship Won't Work
[NYPOST] Twitter’s censorship of the Hunter Biden scandal to "protect the Biden campaign" was a "tragedy" for democracy that’s now ending in "farce, as the same censorship apologists struggle to excuse" it, sighs Jonathan Turley at Fox News. "The back channel communications between Biden campaign and Democratic operatives show a willing use of [Twitter] to suppress political discussion" before the 2020 election. Now, after the release of the Twitter Files, "many of these same figures have shifted to excuse the censorship." But it won’t work — not any more than "efforts to suppress the story itself." Twitter promises more files, and the House is expected to launch a probe. "Indeed, the increasingly shrill chorus that ’there is nothing to see here’ may only prompt" folks to take a closer look.

John Bolton Hints at 2024 Presidential Bid Against Donald Trump
[Red State] Former United States National Security Advisor John Bolton indicated on Monday that he might run for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination.
Mr. Bolton is not a politician any more than Evan McMullin. What is he hoping to accomplish?
Bolton said on "Meet the Press Now" on NBC News that former President Donald Trump’s comments about the "termination" of the Constitution should be a sign that he would not get re-elected.

"I’d like to see Shermanesque statements from all the potential candidates," he said. "If I don’t see that, then I’m going to seriously consider getting in."

The full statement from Trump had to do with the 2020 election, as RedState reported:

"A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution. Our great ’Founders’ did not want, and would not condone, False & Fraudulent Elections!"

Bolton added an announcement would have to be right around the corner if other candidates do not jump in soon to run against the former president. Several politicians such as former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley and former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo have clearly expressed interest, and many polls have shown Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis to be performing well against Trump as well.

Two changes that GA made that improved counting:

- requiring Driver's license or equivalent for absentee ballots is much quicker and easier to check than signature match

- early returns were counted each day with the results sequestered by voting site and then they could be added together on election night

#4  You automatically register a voter who will never vote at the DMV. Not sure that writing the DL# instead of a signature improves things. The NGOs have access and even control the voter database through Eric in more than half the states. There is no reason to stay on the ERIC system in a GOP state other than corruption.

South African Dr. and Scientist Tess Lawrie: COVID-19 Vaccines Cause Inflammation in ‘Every Organ and Tissue of the Body'
[American Thought Leaders] "There’s a loophole that they’ve slipped through in the regulatory process, because most drugs require pharmacokinetic studies ... And that has not been done with the COVID-19 vaccines," says Dr. Tess Lawrie, co-founder of the World Council for Health.

Pharmacokinetics is the study of how a drug behaves in a patient’s body, how it distributes, and how long it takes to be cleared from the body. "Because they’ve been called vaccines ... all these manufacturers have been required to do is to show that the product they inject gives an immune reaction, gets an immune response. They have not been required to show how it distributes around the body," says Lawrie.

She argues that the COVID-19 injections are not actually vaccines, but are instead gene therapies. And they must be halted immediately, she says.

Myocarditis is just the tip of the iceberg. Inflammation is actually occurring not just in the heart, but "in every organ and tissue of the body," Lawrie says.

In this episode, she breaks down the alarming signals that independent researchers have found, and what people can do if they are worried about their own health or the health of their loved ones.

Dr. Lawrie is also the director of The Evidence-Based Medicine Consultancy Ltd. Her Substack is called "A Better Way to Health."

#1  A most interesting point at 19:19

Appears to be little discussion regarding the need for 'Replacement People' coming across our Southern border to get the jab.

Why is that ?
