SUMMARY:
The Socialcrats are legally promoting Child Abuse and Child Endangerment.

If you don't think, then so explain the US Immigration loop hole in the law regarding unaccompanied minors and why it has not been plugged.

These kids didn't just decide start the long walk w/o support. So why isn't the US or the States charging their "relatives" when they magically appear to collect the kids with Felony Child Abuse, Child Abandonment and/or Child Endangerment?

Africa Horn
Why Somalia will tolerate KDF for a little longer
[Garowe] A few months ago, the federal government of Somalia raised serious concerns about the presence of the Kenya Defense Forces [KDF] in Somalia, despite the fact that the force was incorporated in AMISOM, which is an African Union
...a union consisting of 53 African states, most run by dictators of one flavor or another. The only all-African state not in the AU is Morocco. Established in 2002, the AU is the successor to the Organisation of African Unity (OAU), which was even less successful...
force promoting peace in Somalia.

For months, Somalia claimed issues of KDF waging Arclight airstrike
...KABOOM!...
s in Gedo which allegedly claimed the lives of civilians. In a statement, FGS openly said: "For Kenya Defense Forces to carry any airstrike, they must first consult us. That is the bare minimum."

Also, FGS had issues with KDF's alleged association with Jubaland Security Forces [JSF] which have been at loggerheads with the Somali National Army [SNA] for a couple of years. KDF has often denied the claims.

But it after all seems Somalia will have to tolerate KDF for a little longer following the recent changes in Kenyan forces which were engineered by President Uhuru Kenyatta. In a previous interview in Gay Paree, Uhuru was quoted saying "we shall not leave until Somalia is stable".

In the Kenya Army promotions done by Uhury, Major-General Albert Kendagor was promoted to lieutenant-general and appointed Force Commander designate of the African Union Mission to Somalia [Amisom]. He was serving as Kenya Army Deputy Commander.

This means Lt. General Albert Kendagor will be the incoming AMISOM Force Commander upon the exit of Lt. General Diomede Ndegeya, who took over the role in January 2021. The Burundian is expected to leave Somalia in January 2022.

The defense chief said unlike between 2011 and 2012 when dozens of grenades and other weapons were being smuggled from Somalia, the trend had significantly dropped.
After assuming the responsibilities, Kendagor will serve a period of one year which will expire on January 2023. Initially, AMISOM had projected the exit of forces from Somalia by the end of 2021 upon full implementation of the Somali Transition Plan [STP].

In fact, a recent report from an independent team picked by AMISOM gave a raft of recommendations, and certainly, there was no indication of exit. The team wants the force to be reorganized and stay a little longer until Somalia is stable.

KDF has close to 3,500 soldiers in Somalia, mainly serving in Sectors II and VI of AMISOM jurisdiction. Recently, KDF Chief General Robert Kibochi also gave an indication that the force will stay in Somalia a little longer in an interview with state media.

"We cannot be in Somalia forever. Just like the USA which has left Afghanistan after a long war with bad boys, we will also leave when our objective is achieved," he said.

But even with an anticipated longer stay in Somalia, Gen. Kibochi said Kenyan troops have already had a huge impact in Somalia by opening up 14 major areas initially under al-Shabaab
...... the Islamic version of the old Somali warlord...
control.

"We have opened up roads, hospitals, and made towns bustling. Kismayu, Dobley, and other towns are now bustling. We have degraded al-Shabaab in a major way," he said.

The defense chief said unlike between 2011 and 2012 when dozens of grenades and other weapons were being smuggled from Somalia, the trend had significantly dropped.

He said Kenya and other countries are pushing to have Amisom funded by the UN. This is because one of the main donors, the European Union
...the successor to the Holy Roman Empire, only without the Hapsburgs and the nifty uniforms and the dancing...
, has stopped supporting the mission.
Covid is only one of the reasons money is tight everywhere.
This has necessitated a reconfiguration of the operations of the mission which is likely to be done during the coming UN Security Council meeting in October 2021.

"Assessment is being done on what is needed to be done. African Union finished the exercise and we hope an announcement will be made in October," he said.

#1  The genesis of this struggle is now even older than the US involvement in Afghanistan. In Kenya former Pres,Daniel Arap Moi blamed the Sudan's Islamist government for creating a religious conflict in Kenya. He was aware that radicals in Khartoum were responsible for the growth of the Islamist movement in coastal Kenya. Especially worrisome was the problem at Mombasa, Kenya's only major seaport. Moi specifically objected to Sudanese support for the outlawed Islamic Party of Kenya (IPK), a movement that Sudanese politician Hasan al-Turabi had helped found at Mombasa. Following the secret IPK conclave dated 15 January 1992, the Islamists worked in concert with Sudanese brothers to mentor promising Muslim students. Scores were enrolled at the radical Islamic African Center in Khartoum. Students were given a "fast-track" education and then returned to the Horn of Africa to disseminate revolutionary Muslim -- Islamist --propaganda in coastal Kenya and along its border with Somalia. Kenya has been faced with an Islamist problem every since.

Russia-Led Drills Begin on Afghanistan Border
[AnNahar] Russia on Thursday kicked off military drills near the border with Afghanistan, as Kabul struggles to peg back a Taliban

offensive after the withdrawal of U.S.-led troops.

Moscow has positioned itself as bulwark against potential spillover from Afghanistan into Central Asia, where three former Soviet republics share borders with the conflict-wracked country.

The joint exercises at the Kharb-Maidon training ground just 20 kilometers from the Tajik border with Afghanistan involve 2,500 troops from Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, Russia's Central Military District said in a statement.

The drills that will continue until August 10 are being held in parallel to joint Russian-Uzbek maneuvers featuring 1,500 troops in Uzbekistan's Termez near the border with Afghanistan.

Russia maintains military bases in both Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan, Central Asia's two poorest countries.

Government Corruption
ICE HQ Denies Deportation for Visa Overstay Convicted of Computer Thefts
[Breitbart] On Tuesday, ICE Agents were denied authorization by the ICE Command Center in Washington, D.C. to arrest a felon released from a Texas prison after he completed a 30-month sentence for stealing more than 60 laptop computers. The denial effectively allowed the person to avoid deportation.

Speaking on the condition of anonymity, an ICE agent informed Breitbart Texas about the denial to arrest and process the foreign national for removal. The source adds that most of such calls to Washington end with negative responses.

The migrant was arrested by the Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigations Division and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) after a joint operation. The suspect was found to be a visa overstay and had no right to remain in the United States, according to the source.

The source relayed Washington’s justification, noting that he did not pose a danger to the general public.

The source says many within ICE are frustrated that permanent guidance on arrest priorities from DHS Secretary Mayorkas have not been finalized. The agency is still relying on an enforcement priorities memorandum issued by Acting ICE Director Tae Johnson.

The policy, instituted in February, requires limits on immigration enforcement actions at the field level to “at entry” migrants and those migrants suspected of involvement in terrorist activity or previously convicted of an aggravated felony. In most other cases, approval from ICE headquarters must be sought before any enforcement actions can take place.

As reported previously by Breitbart Texas, migrants convicted of criminal offenses are routinely released in lieu of removal due to the restrictive nature of the policy.

Israel-Palestine-Jordan
Jordan to become a full democracy within a decade
[JPost] One man, one vote, one time. See: Lebanon
The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan is set to become a fully constitutional democracy where the parliamentary parties choose the government within the next 10 years.

A 92-person royal commission charged to reform Jordan’s election and party laws has been preparing a decade-long road map for democratization.

Under the current system, the monarch appoints and can dismiss the government, the lower chamber of the legislature is limited to approving, rejecting or amending legislation, with little power to initiate laws, and the king appoints the members of the upper house.

The plans being discussed behind closed doors call for three phases to reach the kind of constitutional monarchy that the United Kingdom or Sweden enjoy, a senior member of the commission told The Media Line.

"The idea is that in the first phase, 30% of the parliamentary seats will be dedicated to fully-fledged, nationwide political parties. Party representatives will go up to 60% in the next round of parliamentary elections and by the third round, all 100% of the country’s parliamentary seats will come from political parties," the commission member said.

"There is no talk at present about the Senate or king’s chamber, which is supposed to have half as many seats [as the lower house]. At present Jordan’s lower house has 130 seats and it is expected that the number will rise to 150 if the recommendation of the royal commission is accepted by King Abdullah," the commissioner continued.

The gradual change is vintage Abdullah II. Back in 2011, when the Arab world including Jordan was experiencing a wave of reform, the king himself argued that any political change "should be done gradually, and in accordance with the interests and security of the nation. It is this latter part that is crucial."

In his June 12, 2011 speech, Abdullah emphasized the "difference between the required democratic transformations and achievable ones on the one hand, and the risks of chaos and fitnah [sedition] on the other."

Ironically the current commission was established in part as a result of the allegations of sedition against high-ranking figures who included the king’s half-brother the former Crown Prince Hamzeh along with a former confidant of the king, Bassem Awadallah, now an adviser to Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

The members of the royal commission appear to have adopted the gradual approach.

Ahmad Shunnaq, the secretary-general of the National Constitutional Party, told The Media Line that according to the king’s directive, the political process that would lead to a parliamentary democracy needs to be carried out in phases.

"Maybe we need one or two rounds of elections in which there are 40 party-based seats in order for the public in Jordan to be able to swallow this change. Later we can move to a parliament that can establish a government and oversee its work," he said.

Adnan Sawaeer, the head of the subcommittee charged with changing the party law, told The Media Line that balance must be found between those who want more party members in parliament and those who would prefer local parliamentarians controlling the lower house.

"We are working hard on creating a parliament that is friendly to women, parties and youth. It will be a totally new law that will allow university students to participate in the political arena and in party politics," Sawaeer said.

Payment of Hamas salaries delays Qatar funding for Gaza
[Jpost] Payment of Hamas salaries has delayed the resumption of Qatari funding for Gaza, a senior diplomatic source told The Jerusalem Post on Thursday.

Israel already has an approved list of recipients and has checked that none of the names on it are terrorists but are teachers or engineers, for example, the source said.

The channel for paying them, however, is through the Palestinian Authority, which does not want to pay salaries to anyone affiliated with Hamas.

Prior to the 11-day Gaza war in May, known as Operation Guardian of the Walls, Israel allowed Qatar to make regular $30 million cash payments to Gaza, which had gone to needy families and salaries of Hamas officials. Qatar also paid for fuel for the power plant.

Former prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu was often accused of buying calm along the Gaza border by allowing Qatar to transfer cash to Gaza. In the aftermath of the war, Prime Minister Naftali Bennett has insisted that "suitcases of cash" can no longer enter Gaza.

He has agreed in principle that Qatar can resume its payments once an appropriate mechanism is worked out.

The funds will partly be distributed to poor families through postal banks, a senior diplomatic source confirmed.

Payments for fuel for the Gaza power plant have also resumed. In addition, Qatar has pledged to help fund the reconstitution of Gaza.

The mechanism for Qatari funding is an important part of the restoration of calm along the Gaza border. It is also an element of the Egyptian efforts to broker a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas that would prevent another round of violence.

Hamas has insisted that salaries must be part of this deal and at times has even threatened to resume violence against Israel if the funding is not resumed.

The situation along the Gaza border remains tense. The commercial crossing at Kerem Shalom and the pedestrian one at Erez have yet to operate at prewar levels. The Gaza fishing zone has not been fully restored to the 15 nautical miles set prior to the May war.

Israel has set the limit at 12 nautical miles, then reduced it to six, and at the start of this week restored it to 12.

At the start of the week, the Foreign Ministry announced a series of Gaza gestures. As of Sunday, Israel allowed the entry to Gaza of "equipment and goods to assist projects by the international community in Gaza in the fields of food, water, medicine and fisheries have been approved for importation," the Foreign Ministry stated.

"This in addition to the approval of the importation of electrical and agricultural products from Israel to the Gaza Strip, as well as the export of metal waste from the Gaza Strip to Israel," it explained.

In addition, Israel has agreed that "Palestinians residing in Gaza would be allowed to travel abroad via the Allenby crossing" as long as they meet the required criteria, the Foreign Ministry said.
The Times of Israel adds:
The tentative agreement revealed by PA minister Ahmad Majdalani has prompted concern among Paleostinian banks, which are said to be worried about being slapped with sanctions should their money go to Hamas. The international community largely boycotts the terror group and cracks down on financial institutions that deal with it.

According to the Kan public broadcaster, Qatar preferred to transfer the funds to the Paleostinian Authority — rather than the United Nations
...an idea whose time has gone...
— because the PA was prepared to charge less overhead. Ramallah’s banks were prepared to skim just 1.5 percent interest, while the UN demanded as much as 8%, Kan said, citing Paleostinian sources.

Since the escalation, Israeli politicians have vowed that there will be no return to the status quo ante.

Iran 'Elects' A New Towelhead As 'President’
Meet the new boss, same as the old camel jockey boss...
[Zero Hedge] - Hardline cleric and former head of the judiciary Ebrahim Raisi was officially sworn in as the new President of Iran in the country’s parliament in Tehran on Thursday. The heads of all major branches of government were in attendance, as well as top military officials during the televised ceremony, including representatives from over 80 countries, according to regional media. Hezbollah and Hamas representatives were also seen in attendance, ironically sitting just in front of a top EU official.

Raisi won over 60% of the votes in the July national election, and is seen as a close ally of the Ayatollah. He said in his inaugural speech and transfer of power from the more 'moderate' Hassan Rouhani, who stepped down due to term limits, that "The policy of pressure and sanctions will not cause the nation of Iran to back down from following up on its legal rights."
A few years ago I was lectured by some POS broad tenant who asserted 'I know my rights', then fucked me outta 20K in rent, legal fees, constable fees and damage to the property. People who assert 'rights' without any regard for civilized behaviour or commensurate responsibility need to be dealt with... harshly, as will this former tenant.
Lord Garth submitted an article that covered the same ground, describing Ebrahim Raisi as

Iran warns Israel against military action: Don’t test us
[IsraelTimes] Iran’s foreign ministry warns Israel not to take military action against the Islamic Theocratic Republic after the Jewish state threatened Tehran over a deadly tanker attack.

"In another brazen violation of Int’l law, Israeli regime now blatantly threatens Iran
...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGC is the same idea as Stürmabteilung (or SA). The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both. They hate Jews Zionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol...
with military action," ministry front man Saeed Khatibzadeh says on Twitter.

The MT Mercer Street, managed by prominent Israeli billionaire Eyal Ofer, was attacked off Oman last week. A British security guard and a Romanian crew member were killed in what the United States, Britannia and the vessel’s operator Zodiac Maritime said appeared to be a dronezap.

On Tuesday, Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett said that his government was "working on enlisting the world" in response to the attack but warned "we also know how to act alone."

"The Iranians need to understand that it is impossible to sit peacefully in Tehran and, from there, ignite the entire Middle East. That is over," he said.

Both the US and Israel have said their intelligence assessments of the July 29 incident concluded that an Iranian drone attacked the ship, charges that Iran denies.

"We state this clearly: ANY foolish act against Iran will be met with a DECISIVE response," Khatizbadeh says.

"Don’t test us," he warns.
To quote a famous American president, “Don’t call their bluff.”

Biden promises $100 million in aid to crisis-hit Lebanon
[IsraelTimes] US President Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S. You're a lyin' dog-faced pony soldier...
on Wednesday promised $100 million in additional aid for Leb
...an Iranian colony situated on the eastern Mediterranean, conveniently adjacent to Israel. Formerly inhabited by hardy Phoenecian traders, its official language is now Arabic, with the usual unpleasant side effects. The Leb civil war, between 1975 and 1990, lasted a little over 145 years and produced 120,000 fatalities. The average length of a ceasefire was measured in seconds. as he pressed the crisis-wracked nation to undergo reforms.

"Today I’m announcing nearly $100 million in new humanitarian assistance," Biden told a UN-backed donor conference for Lebanon led by La Belle France.

"But no amount of outside assistance will ever be enough if Lebanon’s leaders do not commit to do the hard but necessary work of reforming the economy and combating corruption," he said.

"It’s essential. It has to start now," Biden said. "There’s no time to waste. You know it. We are there to help if you do it."

The Biden administration, the same old faces in slightly different places, the same old ideas, the same old graft

They learnt this stuff in college, you know...
did not immediately specify where the new funding would go but Biden said it was in addition to $560 million in humanitarian assistance devoted to Lebanon over the past two years.

The Lebanon conference comes one year after a kaboom at the Beirut port killed at least 214 people, the latest trauma for a nation with an economy in free-fall and without a stable government.

Why is DC always funneling $$$$ to other countries?

Is it because part of it finds its way back to DC family members?
(eg. ukraine-russia-china/biden/yoMama/clintons)

Its not because the USA has $$$ to waste? (eg. $28.6T US National Debt)

Imagine what the 2020 foreign aid of $161.2 billion could do, if used correctly in the USA w/o Political pockets involved.

How about a US Constitutional amendment baring $$$ to other countries, unless the US budget is balanced?

After all, those of us here at US ground zero (working/retired stiffs paying taxes) don't have the option of giving out $$$$ we don't have to family and friends w/o going to jail.
