[Breitbart] The Texas Department of Public Safety added two child sex offenders to the State’s 10 Most Wanted Criminal Illegal Immigrants List. The two men replace two other criminal illegal immigrants from the list following their arrests.
DPS officials added Fabian Martinez Toribio and Octavio Cruz Hernandez to the recently created Texas 10 Most Wanted Criminal Immigrants List. Officials report both men have connections to Central Texas.

5) Malicious Indifference: Everyone in the Executive Branch hates Trump so don't do him any favors... any at all. Bureaucratic veto time. Absolute minimum help and cut that if you can find an excuse.
PITTSBURGH — 11 Investigates has learned exclusively that two Pittsburgh police motorcycle officers who were injured during the shooting at former President Donald Trump’s rally over the weekend have been removed from the cycle unit.
That decision has sparked controversy and disagreement inside the department.
Sources told Chief Investigator Rick Earle that those cycle officers were asked to assist with the Former President’s motorcade to that rally in Butler County on Saturday.
According to Earle’s sources, the officers claim they notified the proper personnel with the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police and received authorization to help, but according to the same sources, the bureau said they didn’t get permission.
Sources told 11 Investigates that the Pennsylvania State Police requested Pittsburgh motorcycle officers to assist with former President Trump’s motorcade Saturday night from the airport in Allegheny County to Butler County and back again.
Pittsburgh sent 10 officers.
Four of them, as we exclusively reported Sunday afternoon, were hit by shrapnel when a gunman opened fire at the rally, killing one man, and wounding Trump and several others.
The Pittsburgh motorcycle officers suffered only minor injuries and were treated at the scene.
One later went to the hospital.
Video from CBS News shows those Pittsburgh officers, just minutes after they were hit with debris, in the stands helping some of the injured, even carrying one to safety.
But two days after their heroic actions, two motorcycle unit supervisors were transferred out of the unit.
Sources told 11 Investigates the bureau claimed they never got permission to assist Trump.
The motorcycle supervisors claim they did get permission, according to sources.
And sources also said there were also concerns that some of those officers should have been available to help with the First Lady’s visit to Pittsburgh at the same time. Ahhhh. Yassss Queen
Sources said cycle units from nearby universities had to be called in to assist Pittsburgh Police with Jill Biden’s motorcade.
A Pittsburgh police spokesperson sent a statement to 11 Investigates.
"This was an administrative decision made by the Chief. Per the FOP [union] contract, I am unable to speak to the reasons behind the move as it involves personnel," said spokesperson Cara Cruz.
The President of the Pittsburgh police officers’ union fired back in a statement to 11 Investigates.
"In a time when we should be honoring the heroics of these officers, we’ve created some petty administrative investigation in the midst of a serious political race," said Fraternal Order of Police President Bob Swartzwelder.
11 Investigates has also learned there are questions about the overtime hours put in by some of the cycle officers.
In the transfer memo, Police Chief Larry Scirotto did not list a reason for the moves, only stating it was "for the good of the bureau."
The two cycle supervisors were reassigned, one to Zone 1 on the North Side and the other to Zone 3 in Allentown.

It never pays to piss off your core customer base. This on top of the whole right to repair issue. The only time self repair should raise a problem is if a product is under the warranty period.

[Igor Chudov Substack] Must be a coincidence, right?
[ You mean like when the airline industry was heavily shorted just before 9/11?]
Donald Trump is a significant owner of Trump Media & Technology Group (DJT) shares. That publicly traded entity operates Truth Social, a pro-Trump social network in which Mr. Trump owns 78.8 million shares. The network's business plan is to be the hangout for like-minded Trump fans who want to be the first to read their favorite politician’s announcements and socialize.
Like other stocks, many people buy and sell shares of DJT for various reasons. However, an interesting financial bet stands out. A little-known private financial firm reported initiating an unusually large short position by buying put options for the nominal amount of 12,000,000 shares.
So, on July 12th, a day before the assassination attempt, Austin Private Wealth reported a short position nominally equivalent to 12 million shares. It is huge: it represents approximately one-seventh of Trump’s ownership in the same company, or 16% of all available stock float not held by major insiders....
What do we know about this odd financial bet? One thing to note is that it was made sometime before it was reported on the 13F filing: form 13F must be filed after the end of the quarter, and in this case, refers to the position as of the end of the second quarter, or 6/30/2024....

𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆: Austin Private Wealth with CONNECTIONS to the Bush family shorted 12M shares of $DJT via a put option on July 12, just ONE DAY before the assassination attempt. Did the Bush's know something was going to happen to Donald Trump? This massive trade represents 6% of total shares and over 16% of the float, given Trump’s 60% ownership. Their $1B AUM makes this a significant bet. Austin Private Wealth is connected to the Bush family through James A. Baker III, a Senior Policy Director with longstanding ties to the Bushes, having served as Secretary of State under George H.W.

I've been long and short as well with fairly predictable results, so probably lots of people have seen the same thing. The coincidental nature of a single trade isn't the question.
There seem to be lots of coincidences. Evidently this was the first and only rally that CNN televised. Who knows? A one off, obviously.
Then there was the question Michael Yon raised. I have some mixed feelings about the man and have only met him incidentally at most. But he made an interesting point about the now famous photo of the bullet caught mid-air and the speed necessary for that kind of capture. Seems like 'overkill' for an afternoon political rally in the summer. Probably a one off, right?
Then there is the Keystone cop performance at the rally. What's even to say since more revelations come out by the minute.
Past a certain point in Life, adult operating assumptions come into play whether you want them to or not. There is simply too much here and they are signalling, for the moment anyway, they have no intention to answer up.

One outlier, like an assassination attempt, by its self is a coincidence. Two outliers occurring together are usually linked.
This trade move was an unprecedented short in regards to volume for the stock, and this was also if I am reading things correctly, this was the largest short by Austine Private Wealth.

Cesare - In my circle, they believe the photographer had to be in on it. Because he had anticipated the shot, we deduce the journalist was there to capture Trumps Brain Exploding Live on TV.
No photographer casually keeps their camera's aperture at 1/8000. But this guy did. Very sus as the kids say.
8000 = 1/8000 second exposure (the shutter opens and closes within one eight-thousands of a second). You may have noticed that even though a one-second exposure seems very fast, it's actually a very slow shutter speed compared to 1/4000's of a second, or 1/8000's of a second.
You only set your aperture to 8000 unless you are anticipating a certain shot.

Actually, 1/5000th is a common speed with modern digital mirrorless cameras in full sun. They got it all over DLR's and SLR's. They can shoot it like a movie, as long as you got the memory.

The company released a statement. Turns out it was a 3rd party vendor they used to file financial activity and they made the error with them and multiple other investing companies in the report by boosting the numbers. The company only sold 12 shares (1,200 shorts). The reporting data on the federal website was corrected.
[GEO.TV] Britannia's King Chuck ...King of England, Scotland, Ireland -- at least part of it -- Wales, Gibraltar, the Falkland Islands, and places like that. The first King Chuck had his head chopped off, the second one was Good Time Charlie. The third once wanted to be a tampon and thinks we'll all be extinct within the next seven years... set out Prime Minister Keir Starmer's legislative agenda on Wednesday, promising a government of service focused on reviving the economy and tackling issues from an acute housing shortage to a cost of living crisis.
In a ceremony full of pageantry, before an audience of robed lords and politicians, Charles read out the laws the government is prioritising after Starmer's centre-left Labour Party won a large majority at this month's election.
The package of more than 35 bills will focus on growing the economy, reforming planning laws to make it easier to build homes and speeding up the delivery of major infrastructure projects, improving transport and creating jobs.
The king's speech, written by the government, also tried to set a new tone to British politics, promoting service rather than self interest, something that Labour says took root over 14 years of often chaotic Conservative Party rule.
The ruler can refuse to give the speech as written if he or she disagrees with the words.
"My government will govern in service to the country," said Charles, wearing a crimson and white robe and the Imperial State crown.
"My government's legislative programme will be mission-led and based on the principles of security, fairness and opportunity for all."

1) More renewables to setup the UK for energy insecurity.
2) More diversity via more immigrants from mostly a homogenous religious culture.
3) Wind towers doubling as minarets.
4) English common law to be dropped in favor of Sharia Law by 2050.
5) Large decrease in British green space due to building 1.5M new housing units. Most of which will go to "asylum seekers" imo.

The UK has become the first European country to approve lab-grown meat to be sold to the public, with the synthetically developed protein expected to appear on the shelves as early as this year.
British regulators have given the approval to UK-based firm Meatly to begin selling its lab-grown meat as dog food to the public. The approval paves the way for taste-test trials with dogs to begin for its new pet food, which will include proteins derived from cultivated chicken cells.
The co-founder and CEO of the startup, Owen Ensor told The Telegraph on Wednesday: “The European Union has traditionally been a more conservative regulator and the US is getting embroiled in food politics – unnecessarily, in my opinion. So the UK can really step up here.
“There has been an opportunity with Brexit, both legally with the disengaging from the EU process, but also from a government perspective. There’s been a lot of enthusiasm for innovative solutions and I think that we’ll see that continue with the current Government.”
The company, founded in 2022, said that it is planning to license its technology to other firms in Britain, opening the door to the possibility of lab meat being sold to humans in the near future, as the process to produce it would be “very similar”.
[Newsweak] The head of an elite North Korean military delegation that was deployed to Russia last week has been found dead in Moscow, according to local reports.
Kim Geum Chol, president of the Kim Il Sung Military University, is said to have drowned while swimming in the Russian capital, according to the SHOT Telegram channel, a Russian channel that posts updates on the Ukraine war, and the Astra Telegram channel, a project run by independent Russian journalists.
Newsweek couldn't independently verify the reports and has contacted Russia's Foreign Ministry for comment by email.
Kim and his delegation departed from Pyongyang on July 8, the news agency Yonhap said, on the first public visit by North Korean officials to Russia since Pyongyang and Moscow signed a new strategic partnership agreement in June.
The purpose of the delegation's visit is unclear.

[MSN] Beijing: Chinese social media is abuzz with reports of President Xi Jinping suffering a stroke during the CCP's third plenary session.
However, no official confirmation has been made yet.
These reports emerged after a reporter named Jennifer [living outside of China] claimed that the Chinese Communist Party leader reportedly suffered a stroke.
... back in 2021 Xi suffered from a cerebral aneurysm and was hospitalized, ANI reported citing foreign media reports.
"It is learnt that he preferred to be treated with traditional Chinese medicines rather than going for surgery, which softens the blood vessels and shrinks aneurysm," it said.
[Real Clear Politics] JESSE WATTERS: His first since dodging an assassin's bullet, or as he's calling it, the greatest earache he's ever had. And as the details keep dripping out, we have more questions. Tonight, we're learning that the gunman was on law enforcement's radar for three hours, and the Secret Service designated Crooks a threat 10 minutes before Trump took the stage. And the Secret Service never said, Mr. President, don't go out there. They let Trump take the stage anyway. And eight minutes later, he was shot.
Crooks first aroused suspicion at around three on Saturday, when security saw him with a rangefinder passing through the metal detectors. Police say they had an eye on him until he disappeared. Crooks was later spotted for a second time, this time by a sniper looking up at the roof, observing the building that he scaled and shot from.
This was radioed into the command center. At one point, a sniper saw Crooks sit down and start scrolling through his phone, and investigators believe he may have actually had two phones. More on that later.
This is when Crooks looked so suspicious that a local sniper team took this picture of him an hour before he opened fire. All of this information was being sent to the Secret Service command team at the rally. A Trump supporter in the crowd then caught him on camera lurking around. Watch this.

[BBC] Self-exiled Chinese businessman Guo Wengui has been convicted by a US court of defrauding his online followers in a billion-dollar scam.He was found guilty on nine of the 12 criminal counts he faced, including racketeering, fraud and money laundering.
Guo's sentencing has been scheduled for 19 November, when he could face decades behind bars. He has been in prison since his arrest in March 2023.
He is a critic of the Chinese Communist party and was an associate of Stephen Bannon, an ex-White House chief strategist under former president Donald Trump.
Guo goes by several aliases, including Miles Guo, Miles Kwok and "Brother Seven". He was named as Ho Wan Kwok when he was indicted in 2023.
Prosecutors said Guo raised more than $1bn (£770m) from online followers, who joined him in investment and cryptocurrency schemes between 2018 and 2023.
The money he raised was used to fund Guo's lavish lifestyle which included a 50,000 square foot mansion, a $1m Lamborghini and a $37m yacht, they said.
"Thousands of Guo's online followers were victimised so that Guo could live a life of excess," the US Attorney in Manhattan, Damian Williams, said after the verdict.

[Red State] There have been numerous powerful speeches at the Republican National Convention by many top-level GOP politicians, but decorated 98-year-old WWII and D-day veteran vet Sgt. William Pekrul added to the list with an amazing patriotic speech that fired up the crowd and led them to chant, "USA! USA!"
He recounted the sacrifices he and so many of our countrymen and women made to fight the Nazis in World War II and keep our country safe. But he also lamented what has happened to our great nation under the disastrous leadership of Joe Biden.
America is still worth fighting for, he told the crowd:
[NYP] MILWAUKEE — Former President Donald Trump’s 17-year-old granddaughter Kai Madison Trump said Wednesday night she wanted Americans to know "the side of my grandpa that people don’t often see" in an unscheduled addition to the speaker’s lineup at the Republican National Convention.
"To me, he’s just a normal grandpa. He gives us candy and soda when our parents aren’t looking, he always wants to know how we’re doing in school," the Republican presidential nominee’s eldest of 10 grandchildren said in what her father, Donald Trump Jr., revealed was her first speech.
"When I made the high honor roll, he printed it out to show his friends how proud he was of me," she said.
[BREITBART] Sue Mi Terry, a former CIA analyst and the wife of Never Trump pundit Max Boot, was indicted Tuesday for acting as an agent for the South Korean government without registering under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).
The New York Times
...which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize... reported:
In Ms. Terry’s case, prosecutors say she began operating as a foreign agent in 2013, five years after leaving the C.I.A. She was first contacted by an intelligence officer posing as a diplomat for the Korean mission to the United Nations ...an organization originally established to war on dictatorships which was promptly infiltrated by dictatorships and is now held in thrall to dictatorships... in New York City, the indictment said, and in return for her work over the next decade, Ms. Terry received handbags, clothing and at least $37,000 in covert payments to the think tank where she was employed at the time.
"Despite engaging in extensive activities for and at the direction of" the South Korean government, Ms. Terry did not register as a foreign agent with American officials, as required by law, prosecutors said. She faces two counts, one for failing to register under the federal Foreign Agents Registration Act, and the other for conspiring to violate it.
Boot was once a staunch advocate for the Iraq War and an interventionist foreign policy. In the Trump era, however, he became a leading voice of the Never Trump movement, urging his readers and viewer to vote for Democrats ...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects... . In that anti-Trump role, he was in high demand as an analyst for CNN ...formerly the Cable News Network, now who know what it might stand for... and a columnist for the Washington Post.
In 2020, Boot was among those anti-Trump pundits and voices close to the "Deep State" who insisted that the New York Post stories about Hunter Biden’s laptop were fake, and possibly the product of "Russian disinformation."
Boot’s critics immediately began posting some of his past commentaries on the topic of U.S.-South Korean relations, asking whether he was being paid, or influenced, to produce content on behalf of foreign governments.
The earliest evidence of red-dyed textile using scale insects was revealed in the caves of the Judean desert.
According to a new joint study of the Israel Antiquities Authority, Bar-Ilan University and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, the color of the rare 3,800-year-old textile was produced from the oak scale insects, which the researchers identify with the biblical "Tola‛at Hashani" (scarlet worm).
The color is mentioned in 2 Samuel, 1:24, where the verse states, "...who clothed you in scarlet, in finery."
The color "scarlet worm" is mentioned 25 times in the Bible, often alongside blue (tekhelet) and purple (argaman), which are considered the most precious and prestigious colors in the ancient world. It is mentioned in the context of luxurious clothing, in the use of Tabernacle textiles, and in other cultic contexts.

Just back from a trip that included Paris. I and several others were caught in a taxi scam - they don't reset the meter unless you catch them and make them before they pull away, so you owe for your 10 Euro ride plus however many (in my case 28 Euro) the previous passenger(s) had been charged and paid. Never again, Paris.
