The FEDS will appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada which is comprised of a bunch of Liberal appointed Liberal supporters who will clear the Guv of any wrongdoing. BUT . . . the whole episode will increase the number of votes for the Conservatives in the next election, maybe enough to throwq the bums out.
[PJ] Hunter Biden's "Sugar Bro," who financially bailed out the president's son from shortly after the moment they met appears to have changed their bromance origin story in a crucial way in testimony before the House Oversight and Judiciary Committees this week. But it's a switch that may get him into more trouble than he is now.
A transcript of Kevin Morris's testimony before a joint closed-door meeting of the House Oversight and Judiciary Committees reveals that he claims to be Hunter Biden's "global" attorney in all things and may even be his wife's attorney. He'll check his records and get back to the committees about that.
Indeed, Morris, a well-respected Hollywood fixer who represents the South Park franchise and its Book of Mormon productions, was asked by multiple questioners, including attorneys and lawmakers, about his financial arrangements with Biden. I outlined these arrangements recently which include an eye-popping payout of $5 million of Hunter's bills, back taxes, and $875,000 in original Hunter Biden art pieces.
Morris is married to Gaby Morgerman, the agent for Miley Cyrus and other Hollywood A-listers. Besides being a legal fixer for the South Park and Funny Or Die properties, Morris's clients include actor Mathew McConaughey, according to The Report on the Biden Laptop. And now he claims Hunter Biden as a client.
Oversight Committee Chair James Comer said in a statement that Morris's financial support to Hunter Biden "raises ethical and campaign finance concerns for President Joe Biden" because that's the issue. Morris bailed out Hunter from his non-payment of taxes during his dad's presidential run. For obvious reasons, e.g. hookers, blow, crack, more hookers, crack, using human trafficking organizations to get girls, moving women over state lines for sex — a federal offense — were all reasons to avoid federal scrutiny of his taxes.
In true Biden fashion, Morris called all of his aid and comfort to Hunter a "loan." Morris testified that he memorialized the loan six months to a year later, which he couldn't remember, in a series of promissory notes.
Comer said, "These ’loans’ don’t have to be repaid until after the next presidential election, and the ’loans’ may ultimately be forgiven." In other words, this could be yet another tax evasion tactic for the Bidens — again. Comer went on, "Since Kevin Morris has kept President Biden’s son financially afloat, he’s had access to the Biden White House and has spoken to President Biden."
Morris also received a share of Hunter's company, which is affiliated with the Chinese government, from which it's believed he paid the younger Biden's bills, but in testimony before the committees, he couldn't answer what kind of company.
He also couldn't remember the amount of money he "loaned" to Hunter even though he was told to prepare for that question.
Q In the letter we discussed that we're going to talk about loans. I sent your counsel a letter saying one of the topics that we're going to discuss today is going to be the loans. You're the attorney for Hunter Biden who has represented him since day one. And I just want to be clear, sitting here, you did not prepare as his attorney to know the total amount of loans that you've given Hunter Biden when that was going to be the subject of this interview?
A No, not to the number.
He was asked about his agreement with Hunter.
Q So within approximately 6 weeks, 2 months of meeting Hunter Biden, through Lanette Phillips, you start giving loans out to Hunter Biden. Is that right?
A I started lending Hunter Biden money. That was almost always direct 2 payments to third-party vendors. And, yeah, it was within -- it was within a month.
Q These loans at this point, did you have an agreement in writing as to how the 4 loans would be repaid as of January of 2020?
A As of that date, no. We documented the -- we documented the retainer 6 agreement, whatever you're saying. But I was acting as a lawyer, sure.
Q Okay. That's not my question. There's different agreements in place. You have a retainer agreement, which I'm not asking about. You have a loan agreement which you said in your opening statement that was agreed upon between your attorney, a separate attorney, and Hunter Biden's 11 separate counsel. That's what you said in your opening statement. So I'm asking 12 about now the loan agreement.
A Okay.
The potential problem for Hunter's Sugar Bro is that in acting as his official attorney, he's not allowed to keep a client financially afloat. It is the subject of a bar complaint that the America First Legal group filed in recent days.
The bottom line of the testimony is that Oversight and Judiciary want to know how much money flowed in from the Sugar Bro to the Big Guy who sits in the Oval Office.
[AJC] Election officials say vulnerabilities are merely speculative
Huddled around a voting machine in a federal courtroom, a small crowd watched as expert witness Alex Halderman demonstrated how someone could meddle with a Georgia election within seconds.
Halderman, a University of Michigan computer scientist, changed results of a hypothetical referendum on Sunday alcohol sales. He flipped the winner in a theoretical election between President George Washington and Benedict Arnold, the Revolutionary War general who defected to the British. He rigged the machine to print out as many ballots as he wanted.
All he needed was a pen to reach a button inside the touchscreen, a fake $10 voter card he had programmed, or a $100 USB device that he plugged into a cord connected to a printer, rewriting the touchscreen’s code.

^ Right. The reason they call it software is it can be changed, molded like clay, to suit the programmer's purposes. And when the programmer is working for Democrats, it can be changed all kinds of ways.

Anybody who understands this would never trust a computerized voting machine.

^How do you know the result was produced using real data?
#8
The data doesn't matter. The point is the software can be altered at any time by anybody who knows a trick or two. Did you know that with Bluetooth you can transfer files from your smart phone to a Bluetooth enabled computer? That one little file could tell the computer to do something different than what it did when it was supposedly "certified" by "election officials". Do you know for certain that Dominion voting machines are not Bluetooth enabled? How would you know that and how would you believe the "election officials" who told you it isn't so?
So a handful of Democrat apparatchiks go from polling station to polling station in cities like Atlanta, Philadelphia, Detroit, Madison and Phoenix with their smart phones and there goes the election, just like that.

One more thing and I'll go to my room.
In 2020 I went to the polling station to vote, telling myself I was old fashioned and so I wouldn't vote by mail.
So I was in the polling booth and found that, unlike previous elections, there was a Dominion voting machine instead of a paper ballot. Being the kind of guy I am, I couldn't help turning the machine around to see the label on the back of it. There I found exactly what I suspected. The machine was Made in China.

in 2020 we went to our polling station about an hour before it closed. My vote number on the system was 418 and the wife's was 423.
However reviews of the official results a few weeks late indicate, I must have missed the voter line stretching a mile down the road at the 6ft social distancing waiting to vote in the next hour.
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] An audio recording obtained by DailyMail.com reveals the extraordinary moment when what appears to be Arizona's top Republican official tried to bribe populist firebrand Kari Lake not to run in the state's Senate race.
Jeff DeWit, 51, chair of the Arizona Republican Party, can be heard asking Lake, a close ally of Donald Trump, to name her price to stay out of politics for two years.
'There are very powerful people who want to keep you out,' he tells her in a conversation recorded at the start of March last year.
DeWit tells Lake, 54, one of the most public faces of the former president's MAGA movement and a woman frequently spoken of as a 2024 vice-presidential pick, that he thinks Trump will lose and it is time to make way for someone else.
After asking her not to mention the conversation to anyone, he makes his first offer.
'So the ask I got today from back east was: "Is there any companies out there or something that could just put her on the payroll to keep her out?’
Lake reacts with indignation.
'This is about defeating Trump and I think that's a bad, bad thing for our country,' she said.
Later, DeWit, who was chief operating officer on the Trump's 2020 campaign frames it differently.
'Just say, is there a number at which....' he begins.
Lake cut in: 'I can be bought? That's what it's about.'
'You can take a pause for a couple of years. You can go right back to what you're doing.'
Lake repeatedly rebuffs him and says she wouldn't do it for a billion dollars.
'This is not about money, it's about our country,' she says.
Two sources confirmed DeWit's identity as the speaker.
He and his press secretary did not respond to multiple requests for comment. Lake's office also did not respond.
At the time of their conversation, Lake was publicly mulling a run for the U.S. Senate.

I've heard people say that Trump is illiterate, that he doesn't speak in complete sentences. It's true that he sometimes interrupts himself in the middle of a sentence and yet I never have any trouble understanding what he says. It's like listening to a regular guy, not a politician, who knows what he's talking about and doesn't have to read from a teleprompter. It's kinda refreshing, really.

[GEO.TV] The US President Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. ‘This Is A Man ThatDoes Not Seem Demented’... secured a victory in the Democrat party's primary voting in New Hampshire Tuesday, despite his absence as chairman of the party Ray Buckley termed the win "overwhelming".
He was a write-in candidate.
"Despite President Biden’s absence from the ballot, Granite Staters still turned out in robust numbers to show their support for the great work that the Biden-Harris Administration has done to grow the economy, protect reproductive freedoms, and defend our democracy," Buckley wrote. In a parallel Universe, he said.
"Once again, New Hampshire’s first-in-the-nation primary made history — and we are proud as ever."
Joe Biden’s decision not to participate in the primary came as the Democratic National Committee downgraded early-voting states such as Iowa and New Hampshire in favor of states like South Carolina, Nevada, Georgia and Michigan, which according to the party are more accurately represented the party’s diversity, reported CNN ...formerly the Cable News Network, now who know what it might stand for...

Is there a betting pool on when Nikki Haley will switch parties?
[Yahoo] Donald Trump defeated Nikki Haley on Tuesday in the New Hampshire primary, his second consecutive victory in his bid to secure his party's presidential nomination.
With 17% of the votes counted, the Associated Press called the race for Trump. Ahead of the primary, the former president led Haley in most polls by a substantial margin.
But a large turnout by independent voters helped boost the former South Carolina governor, who said Tuesday that she would remain in the race at least through the Super Tuesday primaries on March 5.
"New Hampshire is first in the nation. It is not the last in the nation," Haley said in a speech to her supporters Tuesday night. "This race is far from over. There are dozens of states left to go, and the next one is my sweet state of South Carolina."
When it was his turn to speak, Trump spent a good portion of his speech lashing out at Haley for "taking a victory lap" despite her loss in the Granite State.
"This is not your typical victory speech, but let's not have somebody take a victory when she had a very bad night," Trump said.
The racial classification of Indian Americans has varied over the years and across institutions.[1] Originally, neither the courts nor the census bureau classified Indian Americans as a race because there were only negligible numbers of Indian immigrants in the United States. Early Indian Americans were often denied their civil rights, leading to close affiliations with African Americans. For most of America's early history, the government only recognized two racial classifications, white or colored. Due to immigration laws of the time, those deemed colored were often stripped of their American citizenship[clarification needed] or denied the ability to become citizens. For these reasons, various South Asians in America took the government to court to try and be considered white instead of colored.[2] After advocacy from the Indian American community, the racial category of Asian Indian was finally introduced in the 1980 U.S. census.

Sounds like somebody has a retirement package offering behind the scenes.
Hey, Hunter!
[Yahoo] Former Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad said the nation’s anti-corruption agency’s probe into his son’s business activities is politically motivated and that he’s unaware of any other reason that would warrant such move.
The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission has ordered his eldest son, Mirzan Mahathir, to declare all of his income since 1981, when the 98-year-old first became premier, Mahathir said at a press briefing on Monday.
“I’m told that my son is being investigated because he is my son,” Mahathir said, adding that the government of Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim is using the law against the political opposition. A spokesperson for the anti-corruption body MACC didn’t respond to queries from Bloomberg News.
MACC is also investigating Daim Zainuddin, a former finance minister and adviser to Mahathir. Zainuddin’s wife, Nai’mah Abdul Khalid, was charged on Tuesday for not declaring her assets, which include the 60-story Ilham Tower building in Kuala Lumpur that the agency seized in December.
Anwar, a former ally of Mahathir, rose to power in November 2022 on an anti-corruption drive, after having been long denied the top job. His reform agenda has faced criticisms after the government last year withdrew 47 criminal charges against a key supporter, Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi. Anwar has denied interfering in the case, as well as in MACC’s investigations.
“The people who are against the government will have the law thrown at their faces, while those who are supporting the government will even have 47 charges dropped,” Mahathir said.
Malaysia’s anti-corruption body last week ordered Mahathir’s son to declare all assets in his possession within 30 days. The order is part of the agency’s investigation into information from the Panama Papers — a large stash of records for shell companies that was uncovered by a journalism consortium in 2016 — as well as Mirzan’s business activities involving the sale and purchase of government-linked companies.
Mirzan once ran the shipping company Konsortium Perkapalan Bhd. The firm was bailed out by national oil and gas company Petroliam Nasional Bhd. during the first term of his father, the New Straits Times reported in June last year, citing Anwar. Mahathir has denied such allegations, and filed a defamation suit against Anwar.
On Tuesday, Daim’s wife faced trial, with the court setting bail at 250,000 ringgit ($52,806), demanding a surety and for her to surrender her passport.
Anwar was seen as Mahathir’s successor in the 1990s before he was fired in the wake of the Asian financial crisis. Anwar then spent time in jail on charges of abuse of power and sodomy, which he denied and said was politically motivated.
Mahathir and Anwar reunited in the 2018 election to oust former premier Najib Razak in the wake of the multibillion-dollar 1MDB scandal. Mahathir became prime minister for the second time, making an agreement to hand over the premiership to Anwar at a later date. But squabbling within the coalition, including over when Mahathir would step aside as prime minister, helped bring the administration down in 2020.
“The law is being abused for political ends,” Mahathir said at the briefing.
