[WND] A judge in Connecticut has overturned a mayoral primary election because of a mail-in ballot stuffing fraud, setting a standard that holds serious implications for the entire nation.
The situation is documented by a report at the Gateway Pundit, which cited the decision by Superior Court Judge William Clark to order a new election.
The report explained, "The Gateway Pundit reported in September that mayoral candidate John Gomes' campaign released a damning video showing evidence of election fraud in the Bridgeport Democratic primary. The video has prompted an investigation by the Bridgeport Police Department for 'possible misconduct.'"
The video revealed a woman, Wanda Geter-Patacky, a vocal supporter of incumbent Mayor Joe Ganim, apparently dropping off stacks of absentee ballots ahead of the Sept. 12 primary.

Honest elections would be like the Twilight Zone episode where the little old lady trades in her car, but warns the used car salesman "Anyone who owns this car can only tell the truth."
The truth will set you free, but it will be so lit...

[Gateway] Trump’s lawyers on Wednesday afternoon attended a hearing in Fort Pierce, Florida on whether Judge Cannon will agree to postpone the classified documents trial currently scheduled for May 2024.
BLUF:
Another bombshell from Wednesday’s hearing: Trump’s lawyers have not seen any underlying evidence to back up claims that 340 classified documents reviewed by Jack Smith are even classified.
Per Julie Kelly: Also from today’s hearing. Jack Smith told judge the classification review of 340 or so documents had been completed. Defense said they have memos confirming material is classified per intel review but no underlying evidence to support claim.

I seem to recall Trump lawyers were NOT permitted to observe or monitor the FBI document seizure from the racility at the time.
If a legitimate 'classified document and property inventory' was not conducted at Mar-a-Lago, then the potential for evidence tampering was or is likely.
Loss or unauthorized release of classified documents is followed by a classified document 'damage assessment investigation.' I have seen no evidence of such an investigation.

What about JB's even larger collection of Classified Docs dating back to his Congressional and VP days?
JB's Doc's were just left in the open at his unguarded Vacation/Extended care nursing home ☺. While Hunter and his Pay-2-Play business friends also used the house a lot?
When will JB & Hunter and family be brought up on Unauthorized Access and mishandling charges also ?
[MSN] For more than 10 years, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) has filed mortgage forms listing his primary residence as a home in Maryland despite saying in campaign materials from 2010-2014 that he is raising his family in Burbank, California, according to a CNN report. Schiff has been earning tax exemptions worth $7,000 for a small condo in Burbank that he has also claimed is his primary residence, CNN reported. The network analyzed Schiff’s social media posts and records, concluding that he lives full-time in Maryland. The arrangement could "present a political problem" for Schiff as he runs for Dianne Feinstein’s California Senate seat against Democratic Reps. Barbara Lee and Katie Porter, CNN reported. But Marisol Samayoa, a spokesperson for Schiff’s campaign, maintained that his primary residence was in California but, as Schiff has publicly said in the past, "He and Eve made the difficult decision to move their family to the D.C. area to spend more time with his children while doing his job." Samayoa also told CNN that Schiff stated both homes as primary residences for "loan purposes" and "to distinguish them from a vacation property."

Per Wiki cite: "Can you claim two primary residences?
No, you cannot legally have two primary residences. Even if you split your time equally between two places or in between places while relocating for work, the IRS requires you list one property as a primary residence while filing taxes."
[NY Post] The home of a top fundraiser for New York City Mayor Eric Adams was raided by the feds early Thursday morning as part of an investigation over an alleged kickback scheme involving the Turkish government and a Brooklyn construction company.
Federal agents burst into the Brooklyn home of Brianna Suggs, a campaign consultant and lobbyist — just as Adams abruptly bailed on a slate of White House immigration meetings to fly back to the Big Apple almost as soon as he had landed in Washington DC, The Post confirmed.
The raid was connected to a broader public corruption probe by the feds looking into whether money was illegally funneled to Adams’ 2021 mayoral campaign via a Williamsburg-based construction company — and was purposely conducted while the mayor was out of town, law enforcement sources said.
Investigators specifically sought evidence of whether Adams’ campaign conspired with the Turkish government and the construction company to move foreign cash into his campaign accounts by using straw donors, according to The New York Times.
A straw donor is a person or company who illegally makes a donation with someone else’s money — but using their own name.
The feds’ warrant — which was obtained by the Times — said agents were looking for evidence of the theft of federal funds, wire fraud, conspiracy to steal federal funds and wire fraud conspiracy.
Investigators were also looking for proof that the campaign kicked back benefits to principals and employees of KSK Construction Group — as well as Turkish officials.
Neither Suggs — whose firm has earned more than $150,000 from the mayor’s campaign team since 2021 — nor Adams have been arrested or charged with a crime.
Suggs, 25, is also extraordinarily close with Ingrid Lewis-Martin, the so-called Lioness of City Hall who acts as Adams’ chief advisor and gatekeeper.
Suggs’ company — Suggs Solutions LLC — is registered to a family-owned brownstone at 929 Lincoln Place in Crown Heights, according to property records.
"I heard screaming maybe two or three hours ago," one neighbor told The Post, describing the moment of the raid. "I heard helicopters (also) ... the house is boarded up."
Another eyewitness told The Post that he saw cars on the block with civilian plates — that nonetheless carried FBI agents who were going in and out of the house.
"I saw some of them carrying cardboard boxes which they loaded into a van," Devon Stilwell, a 22-year-old who was hanging out up the block with some film students from NYU, told The Post on Thursday afternoon.
"It was obvious something big was going on, and now I hear the house belongs to someone connected to the mayor ... Does any of that surprise you?"
The search warrant said authorities were looking for Suggs’ financial records — and those of any entity associated with or controlled by her, the Times said.
Investigators also wanted documents about contributions to Adams’ 2021 campaign, records of travel to Turkey by any of the campaign’s employees or associates and documents that could shed light on the campaign’s interactions with the Turkish government, the paper said.
The warrant also sought any electronic device she used, including cell phones, tablets and laptops.
City records show Suggs — who worked as an aide to Adams back when he was Brooklyn’s borough president — is on a monthly retainer for Hizzoner’s political work, and has also received more than $16,500 in personal payments from Adams’ accounts, according to campaign finance filings.
Suggs was also paid more than $100,000 since January 2022 by Al Cockfield’s PAC, "Striving for a Better New York," according to state campaign finance records.
Cockfield’s daughter, Amaris Cockfield, also works as a spokesperson for the City Hall press office, where she earns $110,000 per year.

Apparently federal Deep State and crooked Joe and the DNC brass were NOT interested in meeting about the impact illegal immigration, their pet project, with Mr. Adams.

Fethullah Gülen? That makes some kind of sense, M.
[Breitbart] The Biden administration is obstructing the House impeachment inquiry by withholding 99.98 percent of emails from President Joe Biden, House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) recently said.
The emails, thousands of which are under aliases, are in the possession of the National Archives and are relevant to the impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden. The alias accounts raise concern because they are unusual, suspicious, and “shady,” experts and lawmakers previously told Breitbart News. The use of a private email for official business is discouraged by law.
Comer told Just the News on Tuesday:
The National Archives has identified 82,000 pages of emails where then-Vice President Joe Biden used a fake name, but the Biden White House has only cleared 14 pages in response to multiple Oversight Committee requests for documents related to then-Vice President Biden.

There are dems who don't even bother to try to cover for Joe, instead just say they are perfectly fines with anything he does because he is not Trump.
Some people probably thinking SBF got a raw deal today too...

subpoena them. then arrest them. then jail them. stop talking. do.
Civilians in Gaza desperately need food, water, electricity, and medicine. Israel has an obligation to follow international law and protect civilian lives. I’m calling for humanitarian pauses to accelerate aid for Palestinians and unconditional hostage releases.

Whatever unfolds, the Russians, Trump and MAGA people will be blamed. Truth will quickly becomes a casualty. Yes, Uriah was 'betrayed' during battle.
Military advantage, sexual advantage, political advantage...the betrayal remains.

in fairness, in the posted section, the word 'pauses' not ceasefire is used
on the other hand, the last clause 'unconditional hostage releases' while seemingly calling for Hamas to release hostages can be interpreted by Hamas to require releasing Hamas prisoners convicted and in prison in Israel

All the smoke clouds over Gaza have her confused.
It's time for Israel's friends to recognize that the current operational approach is causing an unacceptable level of civilian harm and does not appear likely to achieve the goal of permanently ending the threat from Hamas. pic.twitter.com/Fy2zqy4GPX

But if we bomb the Israeli soldiers in Gaza, civilians would be killed!
(sarcasm, but also true.)

I think a cease fire is a great idea. Hamas can surrender themselves and their weapons to the nearest police department and it will all be over. There, wasn't that easy!

Dick means hudna. I don’t care why Biden has the carriers on scene. When they hit NYC or SF, Joe better light them up Toby Keith style or he needs to resign on the spot.

A multi-volume chronology and reference guide set detailing three years of the Mexican Drug War between 2010 and 2012.
Rantburg.com and borderlandbeat.com correspondent and author Chris Covert presents his first non-fiction work detailing
the drug and gang related violence in Mexico.
Chris gives us Mexican press dispatches of drug and gang war violence
over three years, presented in a multi volume set intended to chronicle the death, violence and mayhem which has
dominated Mexico for six years.
Rantburg was assembled from recycled algorithms in the United States of America. No
trees were destroyed in the production of this weblog. We did hurt some, though. Sorry.
