[Bee] BUTNER, NC — In a tragic development, invitations to the Unabomber's funeral were sent out via mail, but no one has yet been willing to open one.
"Seems like a bad idea," said former neighbor Daniel Jones, as he laid the invitation aside. "One more bomb in the mail would just be so like Ted."
Despite sending out over a hundred invitations, the Unabomber's family has yet to receive a single RSVP. "I know he was a criminal, but I would have at least expected to hear from a few people saying they weren't coming," said nephew Samuel Kaczynski. "It's been total radio silence though. It's the weirdest thing."
Old co-workers of the Unabomber, whose real name was Ted Kaczynski, were reportedly caught off guard after receiving posthumous certified mail from Mr. Kaczynski. "I'm, uh, not here right now," said former co-worker John Mason, as the mailman asked him to sign for the letter. "I'm sure Ted got past that phase, but I wouldn't literally bet my life on it. I'm sure the post office can just return it to the sender, or whatever they do with bombs - er, undelivered mail."
At publishing time, the Kaczynski family sought to reassure people that the invitations being sent in the mail were home-made.

Worked with a woman years ago who told me that when the Feds announced the arrest of the Unabomber, thought they were Talib Ning about Daryl Lamonica.

[Gateway] Oath Keepers founder and political prisoner Stewart Rhodes was sentenced on Thursday, May 25th, in Washington, DC.
Far-left Obama-appointed US District Judge Amit Mehta on Thursday sentenced Rhodes to 18 years in federal prison. This was after he added extra years to his sentence because he believed Rhodes’ actions amounted to terrorism. This was completely ludicrous. The soulless judge then lectured him on what a danger he was to society.
Rhodes is currently 57. If this kangaroo court’s conviction stands, Rhodes will be 75 when he is released.
Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes:
He NEVER went inside the US Capitol on January 6.
He never instructed anyone to go inside the US Capitol.
He was unarmed as were all of his Oath Keeper associates that day.
They left their weapons outside of the city in their hotel rooms.
There was no plan to enter the US Capitol.
The few Oath Keepers who entered the US Capitol assisted police.
There was no scheme to take over the government with their bare hands.
There were no pre-planning meetings on how they were going to take over the Capitol.
The prosecution was a sham.
There was no evidence of an insurrection — at all!
The jury was a pool of DC Communists and unhinged left-wing activists who see themselves as victims.
Yet, a DC kangaroo court found him guilty of sedition for attending a Trump rally.
[HotAir] You knew it. I knew it. Anthony Fauci and company undoubtedly knew it too.
But the US public health establishment has been denying it for 3 years because they were partially responsible.
The UK’s Sunday Times, basically a centrist equivalent of The New York Times for Great Britain (The New York Times was actually named after the Times), has a bombshell report that COVID-19 was indeed engineered by the Chinese military using US funding. The US funding came through the EcoHealth Alliance.
Scientists in the Chinese city of Wuhan worked alongside the country’s military to combine the world’s most deadly viruses before the Covid pandemic began, it was claimed on Sunday.
According to investigators who examined intercepted communications and scientific research, Chinese scientists were running the secret project at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
An investigation by The Sunday Times claimed that US investigators believe that one of the reasons why there is no published information on the work is because it was done in collaboration with researchers from the Chinese military.
The newspaper said it had examined hundreds of documents, including confidential reports, internal memos, scientific papers and email correspondence and that the institute in Wuhan was engaged in increasingly risky experiments on coronaviruses it gathered from bat caves in southern China.
Scientists around the world originally believed the outbreak was natural but the lab leak theory has gained credibility in recent years with the FBI backing the theory.
[The Hill] Former President Trump on Sunday suggested that his recent federal indictment comes as a "distraction" for allegations made by House Republicans in their probe into President Biden and his son Hunter Biden.
"It was done for political reasons, but it was also done, I guess, to cover up the kind of a massive crime that’s now being revealed by the Republicans in the House," Trump said of the indictment on the debut episode of his "The Roger Stone Show" on 77 WABC, hosted by the former president’s longtime ally Roger Stone.
"It’s incredible when you look at what happened, when you look at the kind of money that flows into the Biden family, and to Joe Biden, by the way, and so they wanted to do a distraction," Trump said.
House Republicans have long made investigating "the Biden family’s influence peddling and business schemes" and concerns about Hunter Biden’s laptop a priority for their lower chamber majority.
Last week, House Oversight lawmakers reportedly reviewed a document containing an unsubstantiated tip they say alleges Biden, as vice president, engaged in bribery with a foreign national.
[Federalist] The same institutions that tormented former President Donald Trump for years with false accusations of collusion with Russia are making yet another brazen attempt to rig the next presidential election against the wishes of the American people.
Democrats and their cronies in the Department of Justice and the FBI have a history of election meddling to achieve their political goals. The raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home and subsequent persecution of the former president by Special Counsel Jack Smith, sanctioned by the same corrupt players who have targeted Americans for wrongthink for years now, prove to be no exception.
There’s nothing the deep state isn’t willing to try to do to keep their biggest threat — Trump and his voters — from regaining power. Democrats and corporate media are so committed to this goal that they didn’t even try to keep their desire to change election outcomes a secret.

You don’t have to be particularly good a rigging if law enforcement and the judiciary are in the tank. Think of what we saw on video in the counting room in Atlanta. If the umpires and league conspired, Albert Pulhols could I retire and break Ricky Henderson’s stolen base record.

[Epoch Times] Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas issued a lengthy, critical dissent in the high court’s ruling that struck down Alabama’s electoral map for congressional elections.
In a 5—4 ruling (pdf) last week, the court found that a map drafted by state Republican lawmakers violated the provisions of the federal Voting Rights Act.
Writing in his dissent, Thomas argued that the Supreme Court’s ruling that a section of the 1965 Voting Rights Act that bans gerrymandering based on race is "nothing more than a racial entitlement to roughly proportional control of elective offices—limited only by feasibility—wherever different racial groups consistently prefer different candidates."
He added, the Voting Rights Act doesn’t mandate that Alabama "intentionally redraw its longstanding congressional districts so that black voters can control a number of seats roughly proportional to the black share of the State’s population." Ironic the court chose Thomas to express this dissenting point of view.
"At the outset, I would resolve these cases in a way that would not require the Federal Judiciary to decide the correct racial apportionment of Alabama’s congressional seats," Thomas further stated.
"The majority goes to great lengths ... to fossilize all of the worst aspects of our long-deplorable vote-dilution jurisprudence," Thomas also wrote, adding that "it virtually ignores Alabama’s primary argument—that, whatever the benchmark is, it must be race neutral—choosing, instead, to quixotically joust with an imaginary adversary." The majority opinion is presented at the link.
