who is facing a run-off election in June, told a business forum Thursday that white-owned businesses should pay an additional race-based tax, which would be given in turn as reparations to minority-owned businesses.

CdeBaca told the Greater Metro Denver Ministerial Alliance, 9 News reported.
She said business improvement districts could levy the racial tax.
’You could be collecting those extra taxes from white-led businesses all over the city and redistributing them to black and brown-owned businesses," she said.
Critics clapped back, saying the plan is illegal under federal and state law.
...being, as it is, openly racist. The lady — or so one assumes, though she might be neither genteel nor female, despite being fashionably and expensively dressed — neglects to mention the place in her plan for Asians, Hispanics, illegal whites, the physically and/or mentally handicapped, alphabeters of all races, and diabetics, not to mention all the other categories I cannot at the moment remember.

To penalize the South for slavery, the Federal Government confiscated much of the existing produce of the Confederacy and penalized the rebels more during Reconstruction. Certainly, there was enough plunder at the time to give some cash to former slaves. Currently, our government looks to have some cash flow issues that will preclude cash payouts beyond was is currently being distributed in the form of food stamps.
As for going full socialist redistribution on small business in Denver, Candy CdeBaca can achieve a similar result by allowing the army to use her city for an artillery practice. Her initiative could be the only possible plan that would restore positive population growth to rust belt cities like Cleveland. Unfortunately, all the Cleveland politicians are dumb enough to enact her stupid idea right behind her.

CA committee approves $800 billion. The reparations train has left it's CA station and is heading to a state/city near you - maybe yours. It may be possible to stop it somewhere down the line but there will be no escape from the consequences of having approved it.

California is still wrestling with the whole reparations question and has been for quite a while now. But yesterday, the task force assigned to look into the matter took a series of votes and approved several recommendations. None of these are moving immediately into law, but they are intended to inform the legislature so that final proposals can be voted on. They agreed on some form of apology and cash reparations. They didn’t specify an amount, but an earlier version of the proposal called for payments of at least $360,000. Of course, this plan would only apply to Black residents and not any other minorities. And the total bill would add up to more than two and a half times the state’s entire annual budget, even as California faces a significant budget shortfall. (NY Post)

Any one accepting 'reparations' should forfeit citizenship and must leave the country. Returning here should mean an automatic death penalty carried out immediately. Oh and they forfeit ALL assets in America, they get their slave money and that's it.

Minnesota's next statewide election is in 2024. Under the new law, applications for the following would result in automatic voter registration:
New or renewed driver's license or state identification card
Initial or renewal application for MinnesotaCare or Medical Assistance

Automatic registration would mean about 450,000 added or updated voter registrations per year, according to the Secretary of State's Office. There are more than 3.5 registered voters in Minnesota.
The bill DFLers call the "Democracy for the People Act" also creates new penalties for election misinformation and interfering with poll workers.
Spreading false information about voting 60 days before an election and harassing or intimidating election officials or voters would be a gross misdemeanor. [Breitbart] President Joe Biden named Neera Tanden, his failed nominee for the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), to replace Susan Rice as his domestic policy advisor at the White House on Friday.
Tanden, a Hillary Clinton loyalist with a checkered past, was forced to withdraw her nomination to lead OMB — a post that requires Senate confirmation — in 2021 due to her past controversial remarks and volatile behavor.
Rice is known for her penchant for lying, most notably in the cover-up of the Benghazi terror attack. She had a long history of foreign policy failures before joining the Biden White House as director of the Domestic Policy Council, a position for which she had no experience. I think the Kalorama Kabal is leaving because they never supported a second term for the Puppet Show, and Jill finally saw the post-presidency fate of criminal prosecution, and found the Clintonian Axis better than nothing. Neera in her Center for American Progress role was clearly aligned with Soros, so that coalition with Hildabeest seems fraught with troubles of its own.
My sense is the two sides see the danger and proximity of the Chicago Convention farce, and want to avoid making use of the thermo-nuke level dirt in their oppo research to create a disaster at the DNC convention. To do so opens the door for the Donald even with all the cheating. Interestingly, the CCP seems to be on sidelines until a favorite emerges, so Tik-Yuck and Farcebook seem unfocused.
Jill and Hunter, on the other hand, who like the way things are, just see prison and ruination ahead and may make such a squalid mess that 2024 becomes impossible to win?
