#4 No Dale. Many were forced to go to Russia, either by deportation (e.g. Mariupol), or because the Russians closed off exit routes to Ukrainian controlled territory and forced them try to find their way to Ukrainian control via Russia and a third country.

Those that have been stuck in Russian controlled Donetsk and Lugansk since 2014? Well, many likely will find a better life in Russia since the Russians turned D+L into a dysfunctional, massively corrupt, poverty stricken dystopia.
