Florida child sex crime fugitive found hiding under floorboards
[NYPOST] A Florida man wanted for a child sex crime was arrested this week after law enforcement found him hiding under the floorboards of a home, authorities said.

Travis Kyle Hoose, 36, was taken into custody on Wednesday morning when members of the U.S. Marshals Florida Caribbean Regional Task Force responded to a home in DeFuniak Springs with a warrant for his arrest, the Walton County Sheriff’s Office said.

The Marshals entered the home and found Hoose attempting to escape through a crawl space accessed via a hole in the bedroom floor.
"Release the honey badgers!"
"He was quickly apprehended by perimeter units without incident," the Sheriff’s Office stated.

Photos from the scene show the stealthy hole underneath a bed, as well as the grimy crawlspace leading through the back of the property.

Hoose was wanted for lewd and lascivious battery on a child, failure to obey law enforcement orders to stop and other charges, including obstruction and violation of parole, WEAR News reported.

As of Thursday morning, he remains in jug at Walton County Jail on $100,000 bond.

California high schooler blasts school district over trans student's use of girls' bathroom
See also here. Both the Post and the Daily Mail have photos and video of the large young man punching girls, full force.
[NYPOST] A Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, high school student has slammed her district for allowing a transgender student who is biologically male to put women’s safety in "jeopardy" by using the girls’ locker room — after a video emerged of the trans teen assaulting a female.

Megan Simpkins, 18, a senior at Martin Luther King High School in Riverside, gave an impassioned speech at a recent school board meeting, where she described the fight and assailed the district’s policy.

"There was an incident within our district that occurred recently regarding a transgender woman, who really is a biological man, having an altercation with a young woman at MLK High School," she said at the April 27 board meeting.

"It was infuriating when I had seen the video on social media, but what was detrimental to this is the fact that this man is and has been using the women’s restroom and locker room," Simpkins continues.

The outraged student warned officials about the issue of "biological men claiming they are women and, in turn, truly believing that they are entitled to use women’s spaces."

Simpkins also expressed concern about the ideology behind trans activism and women’s safety.

"Firstly, the question we must address is why are we affirming the mental confusion of this boy and putting the safety of women in jeopardy by allowing mentally confused men to use women’s spaces?" she said.

#3  The left implements fascism in a wrapping of tolerance. In this case, we have unwrapped our purchase of tolerance and have discovered the true essence of their initiative. If we allow this bait and switch, we will receive their next agenda iteration. In this case, it is clear to see the left plan’s is to legalize exploitation of kids next. That is why the bad books and sex classes are so important to jam into the schools. If we decide to tolerate tranny attacks in the girl’s John, the next iteration is already queued up.

3 teens charged with murder in deadly Colorado rock-throwing attack
More on this story from yesterday.
[NYPOST] Three Colorado teenagers arrested last week for allegedly hurling a large rock that killed driver Alexa Bartell have been formally charged with murder and a dozen other crimes.

Nicholas "Mitch" Karol-Chik, Joseph Koenig and Zachary Kwak, all 18, each face charges of first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, second-degree assault and attempted second-degree assault in Bartell’s killing and alleged attacks on six other cars in suburban Denver, First Judicial District Attorney Alexis King announced Wednesday.

"Based on the available facts and after careful legal analysis, we have filed charges and will now move forward with a criminal prosecution," King said in a statement.

All three suspects, dressed in orange jumpsuits, appeared in court during a brief hearing Wednesday afternoon. They did not make any statements beyond saying, "Yes, Your Honor," reported ABC News.

The defendants’ attorneys declined to have the charges against them read aloud.
Didn't want their slack-jawed faces on the news being read their crime charges?
The teen suspects are being held in jail without bond. They are due back in court for another hearing on May 16.

WSJ: Epstein Story's "Curious" Israeli Connection - Who was Keeping Track-WhoYold The WSJ-And Why?
Some key bits:
[SummitNews] Former Israeli Prime Minister and head of Israeli Military Intelligence Ehud Barak visited Jeffrey Epstein’s New York City apartment dozens of times between 2013 and 2017, documents obtained by the Wall Street Journal reveal.

“After Epstein was arrested in 2019, photos were published in newspapers showing Mr. Barak, the Israeli politician, entering Epstein’s townhouse in 2016,” WSJ reported.

“The documents provide new details about his scheduled meetings,” WSJ continued. “They show that between 2013 and 2017, Epstein planned at least three dozen meetings with Mr. Barak. They had appointments every month for 11 consecutive months starting in December 2015, the documents show.”

Epstein “entered a partnership worth millions” with Barak in 2015.

Pro-Israel billionaire Leon Black, who funded Epstein together with pro-Israel billionaire Les Wexner to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars, “scheduled more than 100 meetings with Epstein from 2013 to 2017,” the WSJ reported.

Billionaire LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman, who was caught staging a false flag operation with fake Russian bots to influence the Alabama Senate election in 2017, visited Jeffrey Epstein’s “Pedophile Island,” Epstein’s records show.

Hoffman has been using his wealth to pour money into electing pro-Israel Democrats, fund the E. Jean Carroll’s rape lawsuit against Donald Trump and work with George Soros to censor the internet.

Heart-stopping moment Army soldier deploys his emergency chute at last minute just hundreds of feet above ground during parachute training jump
[MAIL] This is the terrifying moment an Army recruit is forced to pull emergency back-up parachute after faulty gear refused to open hundreds of feet in the air during training in Alaska.

The recruit identified only as Josh was in the midst of a parachute training exercise with fellow troops in the Airborne Division in Alaska in March when his parachute failed him.

Footage shows dozens of soldiers gasping in horror from the sidelines as the recruit struggles to open his parachute while in mid-air.

'Oh s**t you see that guy right there,' said one soldier. Another panicked recruit placing his arms over his head said: 'OMG!'

The heart stopping incident went on for seconds until loud cheers suddenly broke out as the young soldier is seen landing safely on the ground.

* And there I was.... No moonlight, twisted risers in a wind gusting to 20 knots. Rucksuck won't release and headed for the trees.

#1  Really. I was in Jump School January 70.. First jump went fine. Gathered up my chute and trotting off to the pick up area, I saw a private with his reserve bundled up in front of him. Obviously, his main had failed--this was his first jump--and he popped his reserve as prescribed. Rode it down--reserves were harder to control than mains--landed okay, gathered up his silk and was heading for the pick up area calm as could be. I really wanted that dude in my platoon.

Billionaire Stephen Deckoff snaps up dead pedophile Jeffrey Epstein's two private islands for $60million - including one where he sexually abused children – to develop state of the art luxury resorts
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news]
  • Jeffrey Epstein's infamous Caribbean islands finally have a new owner

  • Private equity mogul Stephen Deckoff, founder of private equity firm Black Diamond Capital Management, paid less than half of initial asking price

  • Deckoff, who said he never met Epstein, has plans to develop a 25-room resort
The two private islands, known as Great St. James and Little St. James, first hit the market as a package deal for $125m in March 2021, but this was cut to $55m a piece - or $110m for the pair.

Little St. James is the infamous island where Epstein - who was murdered died in a Manhattan jail in 2019 aged 66 - built his lavish compound to host orgies and traffic underage girls.

Government documents show that Little St. James Island, which sits on 70 acres of land located a little over a mile from St Thomas - a tropical island near Puerto Rico - was purchased by one of Epstein's companies in April 1998 for $7.95million.

Nearby Great St. James, through roughly twice as big at 160-plus acres, is largely undeveloped, and Epstein purchased it primarily to keep tourists away from his hideaway.

In 2016, Epstein spent $18million on Great St. James Island, which once was popular with locals and tourists for its main attraction, the Christmas Cove nature preserve.

Virgin Islands prosecutors in 2020 accused Epstein of bringing girls as young as 11 to the islands and sexually assaulting them.

Mr Deckoff, who has lived in the US Virgin Islands since 2011, says that he never met Epstein and had not stepped foot onto his land until they were marketed following the financier's death.

Speaking about his acquisition of the islands, Mr Deckoff, who has a net worth of $3 billion according to Forbes, said: 'I've been proud to call the U.S. Virgin Islands home for more than a decade and am tremendously pleased to be able to bring the area a world-class destination befitting its natural grace and beauty.'

Anheuser-Busch Finally Backs Away From Dylan Mulvaney, but Not Far Enough
[PJMEDIA] With Bud Light sales down 26.1% from 2022 levels, Anheuser-Busch executives are finally starting to realize that the controversy over their making the fake female man of the hour, Dylan Stench of Death Mulvaney
...the transexual influencer who single-handedly trashed a major American beer brand owned by a Belgian company, tainted Maybelline and Condé Nast, and then demanded that anybody who called him/her/it a man be arrested...
, the face of the alleged beer brand is not going to blow over quickly or easily. And so only now, over a month after the news first broke that Mulvaney was now the front man for the Drag Queen of Beers, the beer giant has sent a letter to wholesalers in which it addresses the issue directly for the very first time. Will this make the trouble go away and restore Bud Light to its former preeminence? Unlikely.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported Wednesday that Anheuser-Busch’s letter "was forwarded to retailers, bars, and restaurants by Grey Eagle, a Fenton-based company that distributes Anheuser-Busch products to a 14-county region around St. Louis." Anheuser-Busch didn’t apologize for bringing Mulvaney on or for siding with the Left in the culture war and fueling the demand that we all accept that men can become women. It did, however, do all it could to downplay the whole affair, stating: "This was one single can given to one social media influencer. It was not made for production or sale to the general public. This can is not a formal campaign or advertisement."

#1  Bud Lite was always bad beer wrapped in patriotism with a flavor of nostalgia. Overnight it it became bad woke beer. Craft beer that tastes better was what was stealing their share over time. The beer pong crew still bought the stuff because it was cheap and people that binge drink like the idea that it is a diet beverage. Basically, their market was immature people. There is nothing to recommend the product beyond some very well done marketing. This marketing move wrapped their marketing advantage around an oak tree. Boycotts are usually temporary, but I can’t see anything that would bring the previous buyers back to this lousy product.

Meta said it had removed more than 100 Facebook pages, profiles and Instagram accounts linked to the network, accusing them of violating its policies against coordinated inauthentic behaviour.

Another 50 accounts linked to another China-based network had also been taken down, Meta said.

"These latest networks experimented with a range of tactics we haven't seen in China-based operations before," Meta said in its quarterly Adversarial Threat Report, published on Wednesday.

"The latest behaviours included creating a front media company in the West, hiring freelance writers around the world, offering to recruit protesters, and co-opting an NGO in Africa."

While Meta had taken down some of the accounts, much of the networks' content remains online.

On Twitter, an account named in the Meta report called New Europe Observation shared incendiary content attacking migrants colonists to Europe until as recently as April 28.

One tweet by the group from August last year said it was hiring "part-timers" to attend a protest in Hungary against billionaire philanthropist George Soros
...either Ernst Stavro Blofeld or Auric Goldfinger come true...
, a financier who is frequently a target of far-right conspiracy theories.

Some of its Twitter posts used viral tweets from far-right accounts.

Another account that Meta said was run by the network focused more closely on divisive
...politicians call things divisive when when the other side sez something they don't like. Their own statements are never divisive, they're principled...
issues in the United States, including police brutality, crime.

The network was run through a UK-based front company called London New Europe Ltd, Meta said, which company records and Google Maps showed operated out of a nondescript apartment building in northeast London.

The group sought to hire central Asian freelance writers to produce content, as well as "tried to engage individuals to record English-language videos scripted by the network", Meta said.

Meta said that, while the network took steps to conceal its origins and the identities of those involved, it had found links to a Chinese company called Xi'an Tianwendian Network Technology.

It also operated 9 am to 5 pm China time, with a dip in activity during lunchtime, Meta said.

Chinese company records seen by AFP showed the company's boss had the same name as a Chinese national listed as a director of London New Europe Ltd in the UK.

Xi'an Tianwendian Network Technology did not respond to requests for comment from AFP.

AFP also sought to contact New Europe Observation on Thursday via an email address listed on its Twitter account but received no reply.

Another China-based group primarily focused on India and Tibet named in the report spent $73,000 on Facebook advertising, Meta said.

Twitter and Facebook are officially blocked in mainland China, with users requiring banned VPNs to use their websites and apps.

Russia has long been accused of operating "troll farms" in a bid to influence public opinion in the West, with China not having been regarded as advanced in that area.

But Meta said the latest networks it had uncovered signalled China-based operations were becoming more sophisticated.

US authorities also said last month they had charged a group of Chinese Ministry of Public Security officers, saying they had operated a network of social media accounts spreading pro-Beijing messaging.

And in February, research firm Graphika revealed it had discovered a China-linked network promoting a fictitious news outlet called Wolf News that used AI-generated anchors to spread pro-Beijing talking points.

Commentary by Russian military journalist Boris Rozhin:

[ColonelCassad] Another major US bank, PacWest, went into a steep dive.

After the failure of three large banks, the consequences of which have already surpassed the consequences of the 2008 crisis for the banking sector, this is the fourth major US bank on the verge of bankruptcy. But there was also Credit Suisse.

PacWest has $40 billion in assets and 67 US locations.

Also on the verge of Western Alliance Bank.

Russell Brand: RFK Jr. Is Surging in Polls – Biden Is Running Scared – Rumble Video
[Gateway] Russell Brand continues to impress.

The English comedian, actor, and beekeeper, released a new Rumble video on Wednesday on Robert F. Kennedy, Jr’s continued climb in the polls.

This is an amazing video.
Russell Brand: New alliances, new ideas will be necessary if you’re serious about change. But guess who’s not serious about change? The establishment. The establishment is about keeping things established, stagnant the same. The balanced press response to RFK’s candidacy has been well, it has been balanced because they’re all saying exactly the same thing...

...Thanks, mainstream media. Let’s hear a little more about crazy RFK and the crazy things he believes in, the crazy old lunatic. Last week, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. Launched his campaign for President 2024. His main campaign theme is to end the corrupt alliance of big business and government. Cuckoo. Cuckoo. Oh, hello. I don’t see any evidence that the government and big business are colluding. (joking) That’s why we have a fair democracy where all of the things that you need in your life are simply voted for. And then, hey. He blames this alliance for the rigging of the system that has destroyed the middle class over the last 40 years. He points to the nefarious collusion between big government and big corporations and the transfer of enormous wealth and power over the last 40 years to an American oligarchy, an elite that does not take the needs of the majority into account... I think we all know that big business and the government and the mainstream media are trying their hardest. And the real problem, you know it is, is bloody anti-vaxxers. All these problems transfer of enormous wealth and power, I think can be traced to people not wanting to immediately take new medicines. Kennedy has been marginalized by the mainstream media for 18 years due to his skepticism of vaccines and for questioning the collusion between pharmaceutical companies and the CDC and FDA. Oh, just because they give them their funding or receive royalties from them.

His views on the Ukraine war. We are driving Russia and China into an alliance. Next you’ll be telling me that the American government themselves don’t even believe this war is winnable, and sucking money from our urgent domestic needs...

#1  Joe Biden might be in real trouble if looks, brains, and personality had any impact. But he boldly entered the one arena where such ideas are as meaningless as consequences some 50 years ago.

#3  I watched an interview with several young people yesterday. When asked how they felt about Biden every one said he really shouldn't be President, he appears mentally incompetant. When aske who they will vote for in the next election they all answered Biden. We could be screwed over again.

#8  Primaries?
They've spent the last week floating the concept of No Primary.

Especially if Brandon bags out. And if he sheds his skin between official registration and the general, they will argue a vote for Brandon is a vote for democrats, and 'should they win' The Committee will select.

Olde Tyme Religion
The Presbyterian Church (USA) is down to 1.1 million members from 2.5 million in 2000
[FOXNEWS] The largest Presbyterian denomination in the U.S. continued its downward trend as it hemorrhaged more than 100 churches and 53,000 members while losing 285 ministers last year, according to statistics released this week.
If a church can't draw a line between good and evil, why disrupt your Sunday breakfast?
The liberal Presbyterian Church (USA) (PCUSA) went from approximately 1.193 million members to approximately 1.14 million members over the past year, while the number of member churches declined from 8,813 in 2021 to 8,705, according to the data.

The numbers mark a steep drop from when the denomination boasted nearly 2.5 million members in 2000.

"We are not surprised by the numbers we are seeing," the Rev. J. Herbert Nelson, II, the PCUSA's stated clerk, said in a statement Monday. "While the pandemic may be over, the impact on church membership is still being felt."

"In the midst of the lower numbers, we continue to find encouragement in that new worshiping communities are still on the increase. We have added more than 20 in the past year, bringing our total to 267."

"The challenge for the PC(USA) remains the same: Look for new ways to engage and welcome young people into the fold. These are dramatic and fast-changing times," Nelson continued.

"Our world is changing, and the church needs to meet the growing needs of people who are finding themselves at a crossroads. We need to remind them that Jesus Christ is still in our midst and that means finding new, innovative ways to be church."

#4  The churches of the Presbyterian Church in America (I am a member of one) were absolutely right to leave back in 1973.

We did gain about 4,000 members in 2022 while the PCUSA was continuing its death spiral.

#5  I saw a bunch of clergy blessing an abortion clinic in the news.a couple years back. The extreme inclusivity among some denominations reminds me of the desecrations that were periodically done to the Temple in the Old Testament. Those situations never really worked out well.
