The video, roughly 12 minutes long, shows a portion of officers' heated gun battle with Raleigh resident Austin Thompson, and was released Thursday
It shows officers attempting to track down the shooter who had taken up in a barn in Raleigh's Hedingham neighborhood after murdering his older brother
Before cops arrived on the scene, Thompson, would also shoot dead his neighbors Nicole Connors, Susan Karnatz, 49, and Mary Marshall, 35
Also killed was 29-year-old police officer Gabriel Torres, who was off-duty and on his way into work at the time - as well as Connors' dog, Sami
Roughly three hours later, the suspect was taken into police custody - after suffering multiple injuries including a gunshot wound to the head
[NYPOST] Tyson Foods Chief Financial Officer John R. Tysonpleaded not guilty "Wudn't me." to charges of criminal trespassing and public intoxication on Thursday — despite being caught on video attempting to sleep in a stranger’s bed prior to his arrest.
Tyson will face the charges at trial on Feb. 15, the Wall Street Journal reported. The 32-year-old executive is heir to the Tyson Foods empire and the great-grandson of the company’s founder.
From shirtsleeves to shirtsleeves in four generations — it’s the American way. Though usually a stint in jail for stupidity is not involved at either end...
Police in Fayetteville, Arkansas, released bodycam footage last month showing officers attempting to wake up a disheveled and confused-looking Tyson, who had fallen asleep in the bed of a female college student while clad only in his boxers. TMZ and other outlets published the footage online.
The bodycam footage revealed that Tyson — a former JPMorgan investment banker who holds degrees from Harvard and Stanford — tried to ignore the officers’ commands and go back to sleep, promoting them to take action and place him in handcuffs.
Tyson’s arrest occurred just 2 a.m. Nov. 6 after the unnamed woman discovered him in her home and contacted authorities. The woman initially thought she was being burglarized, according to the police report.
Officers said Tyson was "sluggish and uncoordinated" and smelled of alcohol during the arrest. The police were able to determine his identity after finding his driver’s license and clothing at the foot of the bed.
"A college-age female was very alarmed that a male who she did not know was inside of her residence uninvited," the police report said. Tyson was released on bond later the same morning.
[NYPOST] A "missionary" carrying a cross on his shoulder during a 2,000-mile walk across America is accused of not turning the other cheek — as he allegedly got into a fist fight with a passing motorist and wound up being arrested.
Jesse Michael Boyd, 46, of Vale, was completing the multi-state trek for Full Proof Gospel Ministries alongside his teenage daughter, young son, and two other missionaries when they got the fisticuffs with driver outside Cameron, Montana on Nov. 12.
"He told us we weren’t welcomed in Montana," Boyd told Channel 9’s Dan Faherty of the fight, which he said started when the driver scolded them for where they parked their 2022 Subaru. "He told us there were rifles trained on us and if we moved, we’d be shot."
Although the argument seemed to calm down when the driver — later identified as Bradley Terrell — put his gun away, Boyd said Terrell proceeded to shove him into the ground.
Taking the phrase "do unto others" to new heights, Boyd, his daughter, and fellow missionaries Eric Anthony Trent, 27, and Carter Norman Phillips, 20, proceeded to strike Terrell several times with a flagpole.
All four were subsequently arrested and charged with felony aggravated assault. Although Boyd and his family have returned home to Vale, he continues to wear an ankle monitor as he awaits proceedings from the Montana prosecutors.

I expect to see this happening more and more as Parents toss a smartphone or game tablet at their kids hands to keep them busy, while are on theirs.
Look what Internet already taught him:
How to cock, aim and fire a gun
How to order on Amazon
Likely also knows 10 y/o's don't go to prison
Either way, this 10-year-old will likely be walking the streets in about 8 years.
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] Here's a job for you Berserker.
Adams announced a job posting for what he's terming the Big Apple's 'Rat Czar' on Thursday, more formally known as Citywide Director of Rodent Mitigation
The job, which pays between $120,000 to $170,000, is being listed for anyone with a background in urban planning, project management, or government work
Adams tweeted: 'There's NOTHING I hate more than rats' and asked for someone with 'the drive, determination and killer instinct needed to fight' them
It also suggests you have a: 'swashbuckling attitude, crafty humor and general aura of badassery.' A knowledge of PowerPoint is also necessary
A city councilmember told CBS News that the city has had a 71 percent increase in rat sightings since 2020 Golly. I can’t imagine why New York City is getting worse and worse in every possible way.

he's [Adams] made it clear that he's willing to pay big money for someone who can get rid of the city's rats.
Don't vote for them, impeach them or jail them.
The missus has some badass feral cats she has rescued that she would rent out on a short-term basis just as long as the job doesn't require taking up residence in NYC.

You could hire a swash-buckling PowerPoint badass OR maybe just find someone with the organizational skills
urban planning, project management, or government work
I think they just want the Powerpoint with snarky commentary to validate a budget point. The 1 hour 'Rat Pack' seminar would be famous for sneaking in flasks full of Domain Leroy. Invitation only.
[NYPOST] ABC execs have been holding "emergency meetings" to address the mayhem since news broke that "Good Morning America" anchors Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes have been carrying on an alleged secret love affair, The Post has learned.
One source close to the situation said it’s possible that Robach, who is married to actor Andrew Shue, and Holmes, who is married to lawyer Marilee Fiebig,
....oooohhhhhh — it’s not wise to do something actionable to a lawyer...
will "keep their jobs if their ratings hold up" in the coming weeks.
"It’s ultimately about the ratings," the source said, adding that based on the attention this story is getting, "ratings are going to go through the roof."
Another ABC insider close to the situation, however, noted that ABC News president Kim Godwin did not have any knowledge of the affair. A third source said the duo could face disciplinary actions if the co-hosts did not disclose the relationship.
"If ABC didn’t know, they should enforce company policy," a high-level Hollywood source said. The details of ABC’s policy on inter-office relationships could not be immediately learned.

I am in my 50’s and GMA and The Today Show is as relevant to me as the Rose Bowl parade. My folks might have an opinion. Unless they decide to have their affair on camera I predict no impact on ratings. Based on what is already available on everyone’s phones, they will have to do something exceptionally twisted to interest new viewers.

CNN aka Clinton News Network, or Communist News Network, just became too "creative" in it reporting for even the Far Left viewers to take them serious.
It is not surprising that Internet Sites and Blogs has made them and NEWSPAPERS obsolete.
Eg. Rangburg and CitizenFreePress and a dozen other internet based sites, have had more reader/views than any individual 1 hr. CNN segment. Doing so at about 0.01% of the CNN operating budget
[NYPOST] CNN ...formerly the Cable News Network, now who know what it might stand for... boss Chris Licht has gutted sister network HLN, terminating all live programming as part of ongoing layoffs and budget cuts.
Licht slashed HLN’s "Morning Express with Robin Meade," as well as "Weekend Express," he announced in a memo to CNN’s remaining staff on Thursday.
Meade and HLN’s live news programming staffers will be among those fired.
Also getting their pink slips Thursday were prominent CNN correspondents Alison Kosik, Martin Savidge, Alex Field, Mary Ann Fox and Chris Cillizza, according to Variety.
CNN declined to comment on the overall number of job cuts when reached by The Post.
But Licht has also targeted staffers working on longform storytelling, as well as paid contributors.
"In some areas, we will rely more on our CNN journalists," Licht said in the memo. "Overall, we will engage contributors who are subject-matter experts that expand and diversify the viewpoints we bring our audience."
Licht, who announced he’ll hold a town hall Tuesday, explained the restructuring in his memo.

Back when HLN was 'new' I watched or rather had it running in the background while I was concentrating on my home computer. Background noise, basically, and well before their foray into talk shows. Then I dropped it when they mutated from 'straight-up journalism' (with nice tight 5 minute stories) to 'infomercials' where every story had to have a subtext selling the cause de jour. Foreign news? Global Warming. Weather? Global Warming ...and so forth and so on.

The NYPD was 'blindsided' by Mayor Eric Adams' new mental health plan to involuntarily commit mentally ill homeless people, a source said
Adams, 62, announced his New Pathway plan on Tuesday at City Hall to the shock of the NYPD, who sources say didn't know about the announcement
'Like everything else, it gets dumped in our lap and we’re expected to solve the problem without any guidance,' the source said
However, City Hall insisted the NYPD has known about this initiative for 'months'
The NYPD later said: 'Every city agency received this directive yesterday, however, we have been working with the mayor’s office for months...'
The plan will allow the NYPD and FDNY to forcibly hospitalize the mentally ill who refuse treatment, even if they are not presenting a threat to the public
#1
This was all caused by the ACLU back in the 70s and 80s when they sued over and over to allow mentally ill to sit in the sewer grate and throw their feces at passers-by.
"Joyce Patricia Brown (perhaps better known as Billie Boggs) was a homeless person who defeated New York City's efforts to force her into a psychiatric treatment program. Her case set legal precedents for forced psychiatric care which have hamstrung involuntary psychiatric commitments of the homeless in New York and elsewhere.
Robert Levy, a staff attorney from the New York Civil Liberties Union (a state ACLU branch), defended her in court. On January 15, 1988, State Supreme Court Justice Irving Kirshenbaum ruled that New York City could not forcibly medicate Brown. Shortly thereafter, Acting State Supreme Court Justice Robert Lippmann ordered her released, in part because although she was mentally ill, her behavior was not obviously and immediately dangerous to anyone. She was released in late January after about eleven weeks of involuntary commitment and returned to the streets."

Some try to blame this on Reagan, but remember the 96th US Congress, controlled by a Democratic Senate Majority & a Democratic House Majority, pass the deinstitutionalization of the Mentally Ill act.
Now 40 years later they are whining about what the results are.

Doesn't matter anymore who caused problem. Stop pointing fingers and fix it. Whatever policies resulted in homeless freaks urinating, defecating and sleeping on city streets has long since proven to be a failure. Politicians have had quite enough time to recognize the failure and reverse course. Too bad if NYPD has to enforce this mandate but it's about damn time somebody did.

"On the night of October 16, 1859, Brown and his band overran the arsenal. Some of his men rounded up a handful of hostages, including a few enslaved people. Word of the raid spread, and by morning Brown and his men were surrounded. A company of U.S. marines arrived on October 17, led by Colonel Robert E. Lee and Lieutenant J. E. B. Stuart. "

People are perfectly capable of blowing up without the CIA prodding them. China is a dysfunctional establishment that is slowly unraveling. People are frustrated, dissatisfied and mad. The latest move of bullying families with relatives who have escaped the bamboo curtain and coercing businessmen, denying people children etc is finally rewarding the CCP with what they have sown. Lockdowns and COVID protocols are just catalysts.
Right. Then you put those sticky notes in a locked drawer. That's what I used to tell the birdbrains at work who could never remember their passwords. It was amazing how many of them couldn't figure it out. Could be that some people are just not cut out for work on a computer.

[NYPOST] The owner of United Furniture Industries — which last week fired 2,700 workers through texts and emails while they slept — has disappeared after squabbling with the company’s board and bankers over whether to file for bankruptcy, The Post has learned.
David Belford, a wealthy Ohio businessman, has kept mum since the layoffs of his entire workforce in Mississippi, North Carolina and Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, in the days before Thanksgiving — despite efforts by lenders and lawyers representing axed workers to reach UFI, according to multiple sources.
"No one has heard from the owner. He’s not returning anyone’s phone calls. It’s such a horrible situation," one source with knowledge of the situation told The Post.
The Post has made several attempts to contact Belford. One attorney representing hundreds of laid off employees in Mississippi, Philip Hearn, said rumors are swirling among former employees that Belford had jetted off to Gay Paree after the firings.

The Netherlands is an incredibly productive and efficient food producer. I think they are more important with regards to food exports than Ukraine. It is definitely planned. Something to consider, it won’t be the Dutch that will be short of food. The confiscation will reduce exports and drive up prices.

(Natural News) Swiss naturopath George Della Pietra has started a new "SafeBlood Donation" service to provide clean, unvaccinated blood for patients needing transfusions.
Since the general blood supply is now tainted with "fully vaccinated," spike protein-laden chemical blood, demand for pure blood is soaring. Pietra apparently saw this as a great opportunity to provide clean blood, which is now more in-demand than ever.
Calling the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) mass injection campaign "the crime of the century," Pietra believes that messenger RNA (mRNA) covid shots "contaminate" the blood and destroy the immune system.
If an unvaccinated person receives a transfusion of blood containing mRNA, spike proteins, and whatever else is contained inside those vials, then he or she could also become contaminated, hence why he came up with the SafeBlood Donation service.
The corporate-controlled media is mocking Pietra while accusing him of pseudoscience, but the fact remains that pure blood is in increasingly high demand because nobody wants the tainted stuff. (Related: Remember when the American Red Cross was caught mixing vaccinated blood with unvaccinated blood?)
"I get hundreds of emails asking me, ’Do you have blood [available], because I have surgery coming up in three weeks,'" Pietra is quoted as saying.
"We want to be a platform for people who want to have the free choice of blood donors. Whether they think there is a real conspiracy theory going on, that the New World Order [is happening], or if they simply say ’I just don’t want it’ for whatever reason."
Right now, SafeBlood Donation has members in at least 16 countries where the goal is to establish blood banks that provide unvaccinated plasma for their members. The plan is also to pressure more hospitals and health authorities into allowing “directed donations” of specifically unvaccinated blood at traditional blood donation centers.
“Medical authorities only allow directed donations in specific situations where it is medically necessary, such as to source a rare blood type, but refuse growing requests for ‘unvaccinated’ blood on ethical and medical grounds,” one media outlet reported.
The reason why SafeBlood Donation is running into some difficulties with this is because the “official” sources, including the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), all insist that there is no difference between vaccinated and unvaccinated blood.
The expectation is that the current system will not comply with what SafeBlood Donation and its members are trying to do, so the inevitable outcome of this will be the creation of an entirely new blood donation infrastructure where only clean blood is allowed.

I see the results every day. They; we, have created an army of germophobic people or OCD peoples. Even in illness, "I must get my flu shot". I see increased sickness of many varieties among those vaccinated and especially those booster-ed. So, to have escaped this madness the poor nations have benefited. I suppose blood banks will now pop up there to secure untainted blood reserves. So now here the ostracized become the valued ones. Day by day the numbers are exploding. Insurance payouts had been 40 million now are in the many billions. Then a massive increase in coffin orders from children to adults. Sad to see. In every industry someone always does well.

[BenarNews] Indonesia’s top Moslemholy manal body on Thursday spoke out against a planned visit by the American LGBTQ rights envoy, saying it would not welcome a guest "whose intention is to undermine our nation’s cultural and religious values."
Same-gender sex is not a criminal offense in Indonesia except in its Aceh province, but the world’s most populous Moslem-majority nation has seen growing anti-LGBTQ sentiment.
Jessica Stern, the U.S. special envoy to advance the rights of LGBTQI+ persons, is scheduled to visit Indonesia on Dec. 7, after trips to Vietnam and the Philippines, the State Department said. LGBTQI+ stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and intersex persons.
During her Southeast Asia trip, Stern will reportedly meet with government officials and civil society representatives to discuss "advancing the human rights ...which are usually entirely different from personal liberty... of LGBTQI+ persons," the department said on its website.
The Indonesian Council of Ulema (MUI) Deputy Chairman Anwar Abbas said the organization "categorically rejects the visit by the special envoy."
The MUI "cannot welcome a guest whose purpose in coming here is to damage and undermine the noble religious and cultural values of our nation," Anwar said, calling homosexual behavior "dangerous."
"If this behavior is tolerated, it will lead to humanity’s extinction, because if men marry men and women marry women, they will not reproduce," he said.
MUI Chairman Cholil Nafis, a board member at Nahdlatul Ulama, the country’s largest Islamic organization, tweeted that Indonesian officials should "not to take the time to meet the LGBT envoy."
Indonesian Foreign Ministry front man Teuku Faizasyah said he had no details on Stern’s visit and declined to comment about the opposition to her trip.
Although same-gender sex is not illegal, discrimination against the LGBTQ community appears to be on the rise in the Southeast Asian country.
In May, the government summoned the United Kingdom’s envoy after the British embassy came under fire from conservative Moslem groups and politicians here for flying a rainbow flag in support of sexual minorities.
In Aceh, the only province that applies Islamic law in Indonesia, same-gender couples have been caned after sharia courts found them guilty of being intimate.
The Indonesian military, which bans same-gender sex as "inappropriate behavior," recently imposed seven-month prison sentences on two soldiers for having physical relations, according to Agence La Belle France-Presse news agency. In addition, the soldiers were kicked out of the army.
Meanwhile, ...back at the shootout, bullets whapped! around Butch as he tried to tie his scarf around his shoulder as a tourniquet...... rights activist muppets are concerned about the new draft criminal code bill set to pass this month that could criminalize so-called deviant sexual behavior and sex out of wedlock.
MUI’S STATEMENT ’DISRESPECTFUL’
Indonesia is not just the MUI, said Dede Oetomo, a university lecturer and LGBTQ rights advocate, who added that he had been invited to an online audience with the U.S. envoy next week.
"Indonesia is diverse. There are also people who are gay," Dede told BenarNews.
He called the MUI’s statement on Stern’s visit "disrespectful" and "not in accordance with the etiquette of international relations."
Andreas Harsono, an Indonesia researcher for the New York-based Human Rights Watch (HRW), said the MUI had no power to stop Stern from visiting Indonesia.
"In any good country, someone like Jessica Stern ... is welcomed to visit especially as she is going to talk about an important issue," he told BenarNews.
"LGBT rights — whether you like it or not — is a very important issue."
