It should be noted also.
Transgenders run the HIGHEST SUICIDE Rate of any group. Various clinical research study data shows suicide rates ranging from 1/4 to and 1/3 plus depending on the starting sex and ending sexual orientation.
HRC Staff • September 12, 2018 "More than half of transgender male teens who participated in the survey reported attempting suicide in their lifetime, while 29.9 percent of transgender female teens said they attempted suicide. Among non-binary youth, 41.8 percent of respondents stated that they had attempted suicide at some point in their lives."
To me a when I see a constant High Suicide Rates stemming from the actions of persons in any clearly defined group. I tend to lean towards associating a shared MENTAL ILLNESS as the primary cause.

This is true before they undergo gender-concealing treatments, and does not decrease after treatment. Perhaps a different kind of treatment should be tried?

This is why Johns-Hopkins stopped doing gender reassignment surgery many years ago. The surgery did not change the actual gender, only the appearance of the person. A majority regretted having the surgery and many killed themselves. I do feel compassion for people who are so unhappy with their biology they are willing to mutilate themselves but ultimately find they are no better off. This is a mental disorder.

They blame us for the suicide rate. They say it's our fault for not treating them with the sensitivity and care that they deserve. The suicide rate argument is a non-starter with the left.

I worked with a man who underwent gender reassignment surgery. He was not pleasant to be around either before or after surgery. He really hated straight men after his surgery because no one would date her/him. He couldn't or wouldn't understand why.

Ref #7: His marked unpleasantness may have simply been a domination ploy. I'm glad you didn't fall for it.

Has it never occurred to the medical authorities that the 'syndrome' may be a symptom of a larger, more profound problem rather than an isolated issue unto itself.
A Facebook post by Russian military journalist Aleksandr Kots reveals Roman Protasevich's family ties in the Ukrainian Azov Regiment: By the way, the brothers of Protasevich with glasses from this photo are also a Belarusian sentenced to seven years in his homeland. Neo-Nazi Stanislav Goncharov fought in "Azov" from 2014 to 2016 He had the nickname "the car of terror".
Apparently he deserved it.
But he was convicted not of terror against Donbass residents, but of malicious hooliganism, incitement of racial, national or religious enmity, robbery and possession of pornography in order to spread through the Internet.

[Arutz7] - One of the reasons reporters covering the Middle East get the story wrong so consistently is that they believe that history begins with their arrival on the scene. This is evident again in the numerous reports about U.S. support, particularly within the Democratic Party, shifting away from Israel.
A trip down memory lane might put the situation in context.
In June 1982, Israel invaded Lebanon. The reasons were the buildup of PLO forces and their terrorist attacks on Israel. Numerous members of Congress supported Israel's decision but not all. Four Republicans, Rep. Paul Findley (Ill.), Rep. Toby Roth (Wis.), Sen. Charles Mathias (Md.), and Sen. Mark Hatfield (Ore.) condemned the invasion, and Roth and Hatfield called for the suspension of aid to Israel. After Israel surrounded Beirut, Sen. Jesse Helms (R-N.C.) said the United States should break relations with Israel if it didn't ease pressure on the city. Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin, he said, "must stop this business because the American people find repugnant the continuation of the destruction … and killing of innocent people."
A bipartisan resolution sponsored called for a suspension of arms sales and deliveries to Israel, and an investigation into whether U.S. military equipment was used for "aggressive purposes" in violation of U.S. law. It was sponsored by Republicans Findley and Paul McCloskey (Calif.) as well as Democrats Nick Joe Rahall (W.V.), George Crockett (Mich.), Gus Savage (Ill.), David Bowen (Miss.), Walter Fauntroy (Washington, D.C.), Mervyn Dymally (Calif.), John Conyers (Mich.), and Mary Rose Oakar (Ohio).
...Ronald Reagan was arguably the most pro-Israel president in history; nevertheless, he was angered by Israel's actions in Lebanon and distrusted Begin (compare with Biden saying Netanyahu has "never broken his word to me"). After the media reported Israeli warplanes bombarded Beirut and killed more than 300 people, Reagan called Begin and "expressed his outrage" at Israeli attacks, and the "needless destruction and bloodshed." The White House said, "The President made clear that it is imperative that the cease-fire in place be observed absolutely in order for negotiations to proceed." An aide said Reagan's call was "his toughest yet‐he used frank and straightforward language."
Sound familiar?
Reagan's equally pro-Israel Secretary of State George Shultz said "of the nations of the world which need and deserve peace, Israel surely holds a preeminent place." Echoing Biden, he added, "of the peoples of the world who need and deserve a place with which they can truly identify, the Palestinian claim is undeniable." And it goes downhill from there Continued on Page 47
