Bodycam footage shows the arrest in May 2019 of Ronald Greene, 49 ...more fully Ronald A. Greene, though under neither name has he appeared in our archives....
in Monroe County, Louisiana ...more precisely in Union Parish...
Troopers can be seen tasering him before he is able to leave his car
At one point one officer is seen dragging him face down by his feet while his hands are cuffed behind his back
Greene was reportedly left on the ground for nine minutes as troopers cleaned his blood off themselves
He died shortly afterwards, with his cause of death listed as cardiac arrest
Troopers claimed Greene had died after crashing his car into a tree, but the new footage of his final moments proves otherwise Appears to show otherwise, anyway. So often in these cases it’s turned out that a longer video, or one taken from a different angle, or more background on the dead guy in question reveal that it was his fault he died, and the police were just doing their best under impossible circumstances.
The family has filed a federal wrongful death lawsuit
Greene had led troopers on a 150 mile-per-hour chase Oh? And why did he choose to do such a stupid thing?
The cause of death was not clear, according to a coroner's report

Perhaps all the antifas from Portland and Seattle should travel to Union Parish and start breaking windows and throwing rocks at LEO's. Here's some muscial accompaniment.

The liberal government here tried this bodycam thing. Some metro PDs have them. They work most of the time when helping old ladies cross the road, tourists find their destination etc. When real work is to be done, they 'malfunction'.
[ToloNews] New Zealand forces are ending their 20-year mission in Afghanistan this month, but they have left behind an essential project in Bamiyan ...a place in Afghanistan that used to have some historically interesting statues of the Buddha carved into a mountainside. Then the holy men showed up and now all they have is some big holes... province, the Renewable Energy Program, which has enabled the residents of the central province to have access to sustainable electricity.
The project was commissioned in 2012 and was ready for use in 2014, covering the city of Bamiyan, which attracts tourists from within and outside Afghanistan every year.
Bamiyan residents make up almost 60 percent of the nation's solar power users, according to the country’s power distributor, Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS). The company earns 20 million Afs ($250,000) a year from solar energy users, with 75 percent of that income from solar energy users in Bamiyan. The company has almost 4,500 customers in the city of Bamiyan.
A small number of Bamiyan residents have access to power, but the solar energy they use is more sustainable compared to other parts of the country. It is not affected by damage to power pylons or vulnerable to technical problems with power from Uzbekistan.
"We always have access to electricity. The button is under our control. It is safe from terrorists’ threats," said Sayed Mohammad Kabir Tabish, a Bamiyan resident.
"We have been using this power for almost 10 years. It has never been cut off," said Sedaqat, a Bamiyan resident.
Bamiyan is not connected to the national power network and it is not clear when it will benefit from imported electricity.
A civil society activist in Bamiyan, Latifa Nasiri, said the project needs to be extended as it is a main demand of the Bamiyan residents.
"Electricity has lit our houses and has helped us get access to technology," said Amin Hamta, a Bamiyan resident.
An energy expert said it takes more time to distribute imported power or electricity produced by local dams.
"It takes six years for a hydropower project to be completed, but the same project takes one year for solar energy," said Shakibullah Hedayat, a renewable energy expert.
Currently DABS distributes 2 megawatts of power to 4,450 subscribers in the city of Bamiyan.
A big part of Afghanistan’s power is provided by imported electricity from Central Asian countries, but the power supply, which mainly serves Kabul, is vulnerable to a lack of security. DABS said last week that 13 power pylons were either damaged or destroyed by explosions in the last three weeks, mainly in the north of Kabul as well as in Baghlan province. This led to continued intermittent power outages in Kabul that still continue.
[KhaamaPress] Taliban ...mindless ferocity in a turban... attacks on Afghan government forces have raved despite peace efforts, the violence reportedly escalated in the first three months of 2021.
A new report by the US Department of Inspector General indicated that the Taliban increased their offensives by nearly 37 percent in the first quarter of 2021 compared to the exact period in 2020.
The Taliban are likely prepared for large-scale attacks on Provincial capitals and are likely preparing to launch complex attacks on ANDSF installations and demeaning the Afghan government’s capabilities.
Resolute Support’s data suggests that terrorist attacks have "peaked in the fourth quarter of FY 2020 at 12,838, of which 4,367 were deemed ’effective’ (resulting in casualties)".
"USFOR-A reported that enemy-initiated attacks in the first and second quarters of FY 2021 remained above historical averages, with 11,551 reported this quarter (3,677 effective) and 10,431 last quarter (3,460 effective)".
The report indicated that al-Qaeda relied on the Taliban for protection, which is a clear indication of not severing ties with global terrorism.
The group keeps ties with al-Qaeda despite promise to the United States, the report indicated.
Despite the raged violence Talibs did not accomplish anything of strategic value, the report stated.
This comes as officials representing defense contractors said billions of dollars meant to aid and support Afghanistan through U.S government agencies are at risk because of the withdrawal process.
Collaborative forums were suggested for these contracts between Kabul and Washington to support post-withdrawal efforts in Afghanistan.
"Contractors need up-to-date information from USG (U.S. government) officials on the constantly changing drawdown impact on USG missions in Afghanistan and on the security environment for contractor operations," News Agency that Dare Not be Named quoted the representatives.
"Better communications and prudent planning that includes contractors can help protect our people while executing the drawdown and achieving defense, development, and diplomatic goals," the representatives said.

When the moslem wants to negotiate, it means he is most vulnerable. Utterly kill kill kill him then. It would be good if the Mossad could take out some of the voices that go on about the 'poor paleostinians'. A little individual terror and vicarious conditioning goes a long way, as the moslems know.

Egypt has wanted nothing to do with Gaza since its expulsion in 1967. It did not favor the creation of Hamas in 1988, and it has limited any immigration from Gaza to Egypt to a trickle. It is aware that the most promising citizens of that enclave left the place years ago, and now only the detritus is left. What it fears most is an Israeli policy to retake Gaza and the consequent dispersion of Gaza residents fleeing to Eygpt. It won't happen. But the thought is always there.

[AlAhram] Users are attempting to circumvent the algorithm of some social media outlets, which have been reportedly censoring posts supporting the Paleostinian cause
In an attempt to avoid censorship on social media platforms, young Arabs have resorted to making posts in the Arabic language without the use of dots, a form of Arabic writing not used since the 7th century.
These users are attempting to circumvent the algorithm of some social media outlets, which have been reportedly censoring posts supporting the Paleostinian cause or condemning the recent Israeli actions in East Jerusalem and Gazoo

On Facebook a family friend from my long dead dad's days posted a bunch of BS supporting Gaza and Hamas. I messaged her why and dropped her as a Facebook and family friend. As far as I am concerned she never existed.
[AnNahar] The German government said Wednesday it is banning three groups close to Hizbullah ...Party of God, a Leb militia inspired, founded, funded and directed by Iran. Hizbullah refers to itself as The Resistance and purports to defend Leb against Israel, with whom it has started and lost one disastrous war to date, though it did claim victory... , the Lebanese movement that opposes Israel, against the backdrop of the current military escalation in the Middle East.
Interior Minister Horst Seehofer "has banned three groups that are financing the terrorist organization Hizbullah," his front man wrote in a tweet.
"Whoever supports terror will not be safe in Germany... They will find no refuge in our country."
The interior ministry said that searches were currently under way in a number of different regional states in Germany.
According to German media reports, the operations had been carried in the states of Hamburg, Bremen, Hesse, Lower Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia and Schleswig-Holstein.
Hizbullah is designated a terrorist group by Israel and much of the West.

Incidents at the border in recent days have raised the temperature but, with Lebanon already on its knees amid a deep political and economic crisis, the Shiite group seems intent on refraining from an escalation.
In face of the renewed violence in the region, German authorities are concerned about a rise in anti-Semitism.

[AnNahar] La Belle France's highest court on Wednesday upheld an order that a Lebanese-Canadian academic, who has spent years fighting claims of involvement in the bombing of a Gay Paree synagogue, stand trial four decades after the attack.

...forty years ago. French mills of justice are grinding very slowly indeed...
attack on a synagogue on Copernic street in Gay Paree -- the first fatal attack on Jews in La Belle France since the Nazi occupation in World War II.
Hassan Diab, 67, is accused of planting the bomb. He has always denied any involvement.
He was extradited from Canada to La Belle France in 2014, but was released in 2018 and returned to Canada after French magistrates said the evidence against him was "not convincing enough" to hold him.
In a stunning about-turn in January 2021, the Gay Paree appeals court overturned the decision to dismiss the case and ordered he stand trial.
Diab fought the decision to the Court of Cassation, La Belle France's court of final appeal, which on Wednesday upheld the decision not to dismiss the case.
- 'PARODY OF JUSTICE' -
In a statement Wednesday, Diab's Canadian lawyer, Don Bayne, called the ruling "a parody of justice" saying it showed "how political pressure is outweighing justice.
At a news conference last week in Ottawa, Bayne and a group of human rights When they're defined by the state or an NGO they don't mean much... NGOs had called on Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau ...hereditary prime minister of the Great White North... to commit to not sending Diab back to La Belle France.
A former professor of sociology at the University of Ottawa, Diab is accused of planting explosives inside the saddle bag of a cycle of violence that went kaboom! outside the synagogue close to the Champs-Elysees, where hundreds had gathered for Sabbath prayers.
Investigators blamed the attack on the Special Operations branch of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Paleostine (PFLP).
Diab said he was taking exams in Beirut at the time.
He spent a total of nine years either in jail or under strict bail conditions in Canada and La Belle France, awaiting trial.
After his release from French detention in 2018 he sued the Canadian government for extraditing him.
Evidence presented against him in La Belle France included a sketch of the bomber that resembled him and the discovery of a passport in his name with entry and exit stamps from Spain, where the bomber is believed to have fled.
French prosecutors admit to having "doubts" as to Diab's whereabouts at the time of the bombing but insist that a trial be held to consider all the evidence.

Have they thought about talking to Hamas? Or Iran>
Amid international pressure, Israel has refused to back down from the conflict with Hamas. Meanwhile, Russia has warned the Jewish State of engaging in further violence that costs civilians' lives.
As reported by the Associated Press, as of Wednesday, about 219 Palestinians have been killed in the current fighting, while Israel has seen 12 casualties. The rising number of deaths and injuries have raised calls from around the world for Israel to mount a "proportionate" response to the attacks. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, however, has denied Israel has done anything beyond defending itself and vowed to continue until Hamas is deterred from future violence.
The escalating conflict is of "extreme concern" to the Kremlin, and Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov urged Israel to carefully consider the actions they take.
I wish this whole situation wasn't just another rerun.

Russia Warns Israel It Won't Tolerate More Civilian Casualties in Gaza Conflict
Mistranslation or Newsweek's wishful thinking? (Cause you know, if Russia wanted an excuse for conflict with Israel - they had plenty in Syria)
[Just The News] A senior Hamas leader this month joined a years-long chorus from fellow extremists telling Palestinians to kill Jews using multiple methods, including cutting off their heads with knives, according to translated videos.
In a video released on May 17, the Israel Defense Forces portrayed the latest such demand, from Fathi Hammad, a member of the Hamas Political Bureau.
"People of Jerusalem, we want you to cut off the heads of the Jews with knives," Hammad shouted while speaking at a May 7 rally. The video was translated by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI). "With your hand, cut their artery from here," Hammad said. "A knife costs five shekels. Buy a knife, sharpen it, put it there, and just cut off [their heads]."
Leaders of the militant group have for years alternately issued and retracted the deadly instructions. Hammad five years ago called for Palestinians around the world to murder Jews.
"All of you 7 million Palestinians abroad, enough of the warming up," Hammad said at a 2019 protest near Gaza. "You have Jews everywhere, and we must attack every Jew on the globe by way of slaughter and killing, if God permits."
Those comments brought condemnation, including from Hamas.

Rantburg.com and borderlandbeat.com correspondent and author Chris Covert presents his first non-fiction work detailing
the drug and gang related violence in Mexico.
Chris gives us Mexican press dispatches of drug and gang war violence
over three years, presented in a multi volume set intended to chronicle the death, violence and mayhem which has
dominated Mexico for six years.
Rantburg was assembled from recycled algorithms in the United States of America. No
