[Just the news] "The audit will be broad and detailed," state Senate President Karen Fann says.
Republicans in the Arizona legislature will perform a full hand recount of the nearly 2.1 million votes cast in Maricopa County in the 2020 presidential election of, a state GOP leader announced this week.
Arizona Senate President Karen Fann said in a statement released by Arizona Senate Republicans that state GOP leaders have decided on a "preferred forensic audit" the final details of which are currently being worked out.
"The audit will be broad and detailed," Fann said. "[T]he team will include, but is not limited to, testing the machines, scanning the ballots, performing a full hand count and checking for any IT breaches.
"When all the work is done, there will be a full report for the Senate and County to review."

One of the lowest points in this nation's history.
Even the election of 1876 was resolved more intelligently than this shitshow.
How much longer will we tolerate this ridiculous shit?

Although I have little faith a recount in a number of the areas would be helpful (without full signature verification and other things hit have been muddle up by now) I'm not sure about Maricopa and hope the Arizona GOP has some insight that this isn't a waste of time.

According to the Epoch Times (behind the paywall) are a number of bills working through the Arizona reconciliation process — passed in the state House or the state Senate earlier in March— to require sensible things like:
require ID information and proof of address on mail-in ballots (Senate)
tighten up the deadlines for receiving absentee ballots and the postmark date on them (still in Senate committee)
prohibit Election Day voter registration (House)
make it a felony for election officials to change election related dates and deadlines (House)
ban private funding of elections — after the $400 million donated by Mr, Zuckerberg last year to Democratic areas (House)
ban the sending of unsolicited absentee ballot request forms (House)
Incidentally, Georgia’s House and Senate passed omnibus bills that include a number of these and other items earlier this month, and now need to be reconciled, as well as number of single item bills, which among other things would take supervision of elections away from the secretary of state.
It appears the state Republicans there are highly displeased with being made an international laughingstock by the Progressive Democrat-supporting cabal, as the Newsweek report described it.

So in essence, the donks get a free pass for this election and we are told "it won't happen again". I'd much prefer to see some punishment for high crimes and misdemeanors.

I don't like it but I can't imagine they'd do anything to undo the election at this point. I'd like to see it, but just can't imagine it happening. SO the next best thing is to prevent it happening again and that starts with proving as much as possible and making sure it can't happen again.
[WASHINGTONEXAMINER] Employees at one of the nation's largest health insurance providers are routinely subjected to far-left critical race theory lessons and asked not to consider white men in hiring decisions, according to leaked documents and chat logs obtained by the Washington Examiner.
Those who work at Cigna told the Washington Examiner that they are expected to undergo sensitivity training they consider racist and discriminatory. Lessons include reviews of concepts such as " white privilege," "gender privilege," and something called "religious privilege," which is described as "a set of advantages that benefits believers of a certain religion but not people who practice other religions or no religions at all."
Employees say they are pressured to comply with "inclusive language" outlines that suggest replacing terms like "Brown Bag Lunch" with "lunch-and-learn" or "grab n' go."
CIGNA INCLUSIVE LANGUAGE
Other suggestions include avoiding the phrase "No can do" and replacing it with "unavailable." Employees are told to avoid gendered descriptions of romantic partners or family members and not to use "Hip Hip Hooray" at birthday parties, so others feel included.
Microaggressions listed include questions such as "Do you even know what Facebook is?" and "Are you a nurse?" Employees are also asked to go through a "Societal Norms checklist" and tick off boxes if they are "White," "Christian," or "Heterosexual."
"Our inclusive culture at Cigna means that we're working hard to ensure everyone feels respected, welcome, and like they belong," wrote Susan Stith, the Cigna Foundation's vice president for diversity, equity, inclusion, and corporate responsibility, in an internal memo. "This extends to the words we use, including understanding when certain terms might be perceived as negative or hurtful, and being intentional about choosing positive alternatives."
Racism, religionism, enthnicism, classicism, Ivy League-ism — bigotry of all sorts is a human tradition. The honourable vice president, for instance, displays bigotries against conservatives, Republicans, non-professionals... really anyone not a member of her inner circle, which is why she and her presidential beard had to cheat their way into office.
[BREITBART] Vice President Kámala Harris Former Oakland mayor Willie Brown's former mistress, now a senatrix from California former 2020 Dem presidential hopeful, and Joe Biden's wing nut... condemned the U.S. as racist, xenophobic, and sexist in remarks at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, where she and President Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. Sleazy Dem mschine politician, paterfamilias of the Biden Crime Family... traveled Friday to show solidarity with the Asian American community. "And that little girl was me. Fweedom!"
"Racism is real in America and it has always been. Xenophobia is real in America and always has been. Sexism, too," Harris said.
Eight people were murdered this week at three massage parlors in Atlanta. Six of the victims were Asian.
They were killed because the murderer was conflicted about being a regular customer of their prostitutes, not because they were Asian and probably illegal aliens working off their passage.
Though police said that there was no evidence of a racial motive, advocates have claimed that the event is only the latest in a wave of anti-Asian-American hate crimes.
Democrats have also blamed former President Donald Trump ...His ancestors didn't own any slaves... , who took a tough stance against China and often referred to the coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague) ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... as the "China virus" (though he also praised and defended Asian-Americans.)
In her remarks, Harris hinted that Trump was to blame for attacks on Asian Americans: "For the last year, we’ve had people in positions of incredible power scapegoating Asian Americans, people with the biggest pulpits, spreading this kind of hate."
When she was running for president, Harris touted herself as the first future Asian American president. Her mother is Indian-American.
It is practiced by every country, Group, race, Color and Religion under GOD's Sun.
However, with that stated...
MOST of the RACISM in the USA is now practiced by a growing numbers of the Black Community.
In that it has set itself up being against "WHITE/YELLOW" anything. Its BLM practices COLORISM & OPEN RACISM. The US Congress has the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC).
They have set up and are allowed to Separate But Equal Black TV, Black Media and TV.
In short BLM/Anti-Fa has quickly become the very thing they claim to protest ... RACIST's

Gotta love people who claim victim status when they've done quite well. AG and Senator (California) and now Vice-President of the USSA. Some victim.

Every democrat needs to be repeatedly asked "How long have you been a member in good standing with the Nazi Party? What's it like not having a soul? How long have you pretended to be a human?"

Racism, indeed. Especially black-on-everyone-else racism. Including Hispanics.
Oh, and speaking of rooting out extremism from within the military:
NASHVILLE POLICE CHIEF: "They actually did a home invasion 500 feet from a marked police car. In our interviews we know they did counter surveillance and they know how the police respond to calls and it was really sophisticated,” said Amundson, “There’s prior military experience by some, and they would drive from Clarksville down to Nashville and perpetrate robberies in rental vehicles.”

Top New York firms that toughed it out through the pandemic are now considering packing their bags over $7 billion in proposed new state taxes.
At least 20 finance and tech companies are already poised to leave for sunny, low-tax Florida, said Kathyrn Wylde, CEO of the business-backed Partnership for New York City.
"The Legislature’s proposals will move us in the opposite direction by driving away the businesses and tax base required to do that," said powerful Real Estate Board of New York President James Whelan.
If the Democrat-controlled state legislature passes its proposed $208 billion tax-and-spend plan, "New York State will be the most-taxed state in the country," Wylde lamented.
Tech jobs — so easily toggled to "remote" in 2020 — are particularly vulnerable to relocation. "Technology is our most important job creator in New York right now, and they’re already making decisions about not staying in New York," Wylde said, declining to name names.
Albany pols seem intent to "punish the rich," Wylde said.
And the cold new tax climate might also mean that high-income New Yorkers who temporarily fled the city for places like Palm Beach might not come back."We can’t take for granted that the millionaires and billionaires will return to New York," Wylde said.

...that's the problem. If everyone goes to Florida or Texas, they'll just create a similar mess. Better to disburse, you just need the infrastructure to support what you do.
We have two separate and distinct understandings of rule of law, of patriotic duty, of freedom and property rights, of family, pride and honor.
Time to recognize reality and create two distinct and separate Americas.
If they want a return to separate-but-equal, so be it. Keep one currency and one military but cleave the rest into urban/Woke and suburban/exurban/rural Normals.

They turn up the heat on Biden to push him into stepping down for health reasons...
The stumble on the steps was the first bit to get people talking. If he takes the deal he'll have some kind of feinting or other more serous looking health event on camera. Then he steps aside after long discussions with his family about his health and the good of the country.

Seems to me the idea is that they're counting rational folks be willing to leave a ventriloquist's dummy in place rather than give Harris the big seat. The near equivalent of the legal expression "judgement proof".
[Georgiara] Alpharetta, GA — Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger was denied election as a delegate in his own precinct this morning at the Fulton County Republican Caucuses. Raffensperger failed to even secure a nomination for delegate.
"We are sending a message that will be heard all around the state. Raffensperger has got to go" said one participant.
Raffensperger’s defeat comes as a shock given that Republican elected officials are often treated like royalty whenever they seek to be made a delegate to anything.
Raffensperger had sent a note requesting to be made a delegate but no one nominated him and he did not attend the caucus.
Turnout was very high at the caucus with 60-70% of participants being first time attendees.
Former Alpharetta Mayor David Belle Isle also announced that he would be a candidate for Secretary of State next year. Belle Isle ran for Secretary of State in 2018, losing the primary runoff to Raffensperger.
Congressman Jody Hice is also believed to be planning a run for Secretary of State.
Agree with all of the above.
Plus would request a the GOV. (if he wants to be re-elected) to openly distance himself from this Blue Rhino. An call for a PUBLIC Voter Review of the election and ballot counting in Fulton and a several other Liberal tainted areas.
[EpochTimes] House Speaker Nancy San Fran Nan Pelosi Congresswoman-for-Life from the San Francisco Bay Area, born into a family of professional politicians. On-again-off-again Speaker of the House. It's not her fault when they lose, but it's her accomplishment when they win. Noted for her heavily botoxed grimace and occasional senior... uhhh... moments... (D-Calif.) on Friday said she rejected a move by some Democrats led by Rep. Jimmy Gomez (D-Calif.) to expel Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) from Congress.
About 70 House Democrats joined Gomez in signing the resolution. However, there's more than one way to skin a cat... to expel a member of Congress, the bid requires a two-thirds supermajority, meaning that a significant number of Republicans would need to join.
"I’m not going to get into that," Pelosi told news hounds Friday about the bid to expel Greene, suggesting that she did not support his resolution. "Members are very unhappy about what’s happened here. And they can express themselves the way they do. What Mr. Gomez did is his own view. And that is not a leadership position."
Expulsion is a rare scenario in Congress. The last time a member was expelled was in 2002 when the House voted to force out then-Ohio Democratic Rep. James Traficant after he was convicted of several corruption charges and faced sentencing in prison.

Do it and when the Republicans take control they can expel Nancy Pelosi and any/all Democrats of their choosing. Coup for the goose is coup for the gander.

Knowing Trunks as we do, it's a 50-50 bet that they made a deal to give up the on Iowa Rep steal in trade for Pelosi's "veto" on blackballing (now there's a term that's living on borrowed time) MTG....even though there was zero chance the Dems could come up with 2/3 majority.
[TRENDINGPOLITICS] During a speech on Thursday, House Speaker Nancy San Fran Nan Pelosi Congresswoman-for-Life from the San Francisco Bay Area, born into a family of professional politicians. On-again-off-again Speaker of the House. It's not her fault when they lose, but it's her accomplishment when they win. Noted for her heavily botoxed grimace and occasional senior... uhhh... moments... said that the illegal immigrants colonists brought by their parents are the "true and legitimate heirs of our founders." With that logic, you could make the argument that anyone in the world that comes to the United States with absolutely no ancestors in this country is also an heir of the founding fathers. Pelosi is basically making the case that everyone on the planet is entitled to what the ancestors of many American citizens bled and died for.Pelosi made her claims as the Democrats prepared to vote through an amnesty for at least three million migrants colonists. The amnesty would include many illegals who were brought into the United States as children by their parents.
"This legislation is protecting "dreamers," and TPS [Temporary Protected Status] and DED [Deferred Enforced Departure] recipients, honors the truth that immigrants colonists are the constant reinvigoration of our country," she began.
"When they come here with their hopes and dreams and aspirations, these parents bringing their children, their hopes and dreams and aspirations for a better future for their children, that courage, that determination, those aspirations, are American traits, and they all make America more American, with all of that," Pelosi continued.

[BREITBART] During an interview aired on Thursday’s "MSNBC Live," White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki ...a valley girl who woke up one morning and found she was spokeswoman for the U.S. Department of State under Obama... reacted to concerns that corporations will raise prices if taxes on corporations are increased by stating that President Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. Old, boring, a plagiarist, fond of hair sniffing and grabbing the protruding parts of women, and not whatcha call brilliant... or is that an act?... believes people "know that corporations do not need to raise the cost of goods in order to pay more taxes and pay more of their fair share."
Host Hallie Jackson asked, "Of course, he could only do so much if corporations end up raising prices on things if they end up having a tax hike as well, right?"
Psaki responded, "He also believes that the American people are smart. They’re invested in this. They’re going to pay attention and that they know that corporations do not need to raise the cost of goods in order to pay more taxes and pay more of their fair share."

Like asking the staff of "The View" to hold forth about likely impact of Fed policy on the long bond.

More like the exact opposite occurs. A friend of mine owns a local beer distributor in PA. Every tax or tariff added he hikes prices a bit higher to cover the increased tax plus a few dollars in his pocket. Any one who complains he bitches right along side of his customers how the politicians suck.

What the hell is that gonna matter. I bitch about rising fuel prices. Yet I don't see them going back down cause of it.
