[Townhall] Georgia Republican Governor Brian Kemp roused the ire of President Trump in recent days for not doing more in response to reports of election fraud in his state. But that may be changing now that Gov. Kemp is calling for a signature audit after CCTV footage was presented on Thursday showing election workers purportedly unloading suitcases of hidden ballots.
Katie wrote earlier about the video presented by the Trump campaign's lawyers during an emergency hearing in Georgia on Thursday. The video allegedly shows election workers in Fulton County wheeling in suitcases full of ballots after an election worker told poll watchers and others to go home for the night. The ballots were allegedly then counted for two hours without witness supervision.

Like a Quickly Growing Number of voters here in Ga., I also see Gov. Kemp working overtime to reduce his already narrow possible win margin this coming re-election.
He should quickly distance himself from any perceived sidings of DC/Deep-State anti-USA types and focus only his GA. Voters. IF! he wants a second term.
Otherwise his name could still end up having that "*" beside it. With a notation: "* Played a complacent role in the officially documented and internationally organized and funded efforts to corrupt the US Election System. Which resulted in violating the Civil Voting Rights of Millions of US Citizens."

My understanding is that there were "ballot losses" or ballot disappearances down in traditionally republican Fayette County, GA. (south of Atlanta) Evidently the dems have been unable to turn Fayette County totally blue.
[Breitbart] Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) is expected to seek Senate passage of his S.386 job-outsourcing bill Wednesday evening.
If no Republican or Democrat objects to Lee’s actions, his bill will pass the Senate by so-called "Unanimous Consent," (UC), setting the stage for a joint House-Senate conference to draft a final bill.
Lee’s aggressive effort to pass the bill by UC is a threat to the GOP Senators and their slim majority, an immigration activist told Breitbart News. "They have to give Georgia Republicans a reason to vote [in January] — and UC for this bill ain’t that," the activist said.
Lee is trying to pass the bill after Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) dropped his opposition to the legislation.
Activists hope that Georgia Senators Kelly Loeffler and Sen. David Perdue will announce opposition to the bill — although Lee’s surprise move caught them while they are campaigning in Georgia. In August, Loeffler praised President Donald Trump for adopting reforms of the H-1B program.

[THEEPOCHTIMES] Attorney Sidney Powell filed a lawsuit on Tuesday alleging an "egregious range of conduct" in Wisconsin at the direction of Wisconsin state election officials.
Powell is asking the court to block Gov. Tony Evers from transferring currently certified election results in Wisconsin to the Electoral College, and have Evers and the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) reverse the certification, "pending a full investigation and court hearing." Powell is also asking the court to order an independent audit of the election "to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the election."
The suit (pdf) was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin against the WEC and Evers. It alleges an "egregious range of conduct" in Milwaukee County and the City of Milwaukee, along with Dane County, La Crosse County, Waukesha County, St. Croix County, Washington County, Bayfield County, Ozaukee County, as well as other counties throughout the Third District and throughout Wisconsin that employ election software and hardware from Dominion Voting Systems.
The suit alleges "massive election fraud" that violates the Wisconsin Election Code and the U.S. Constitution. It alleges a "scheme and artifice to defraud" in Wisconsin that was done "for the purpose of illegally and fraudulently manipulating the vote count to manufacture an election of Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. Old, boring, a plagiarist, fond of hair sniffing and grabbing the protruding parts of women, and not whatcha call brilliant... as President of the United States, and also of various down-ballot democrat candidates in the 2020 election cycle."

The team said that GOP poll watchers weren’t allowed to watch the counting process in the poll center.
According to Pick, an unusual occurrence took place later in the evening at around 10 p.m. local time. A woman—described as a blonde woman with braids—told workers to stop counting and notified everyone to go home.
Describing the video footage, Pick said, "Everyone clears out, including the Republican observers and the press, but four people stay behind and continue counting and tabulating well into the night." The four counted unobserved until about 1 a.m.
Pick said that video footage shows Fulton County election workers waiting at their scanning areas until GOP poll watchers and news hounds left the room before they started "scanning ballots," ostensibly without any observation. Pick noted that this contravenes state and county law.

The original CEO, a Canadian national fled his US court summons and was last seen, briefly, in Singapore before vanishing.
The purchase just appeared in the published SEC filings. It was not available, even to Trump, before the election.

[THEEPOCHTIMES] A witness brought forward by the Trump campaign in its election contest in Nevada alleged that the memory disks used to store vote totals from election machines during the early vote period had the vote tallies inexplicably changed overnight, according to a presentation at an evidentiary hearing in Carson City on Dec. 3.According to Jesse Binnall, who presented the evidence on behalf of the Trump campaign, the witness, whose name is shielded by a protective order, said that the vote tallies were collected from the machine at the end of every voting day and stored on Universal Serial Bus (USB) drives overnight.
"What they would do is they would log these disks in and out. Good practice. And the disks had a serial number on them. And numerous times that disk would be logged out with one vote total on it and logged back in the next morning during the early vote period with a different number on it. Sometimes more, sometimes less," Binnall said.
"What that means is that literally in the dead of night, votes were appearing, and books are disappearing on these machines."
Binnall said that the USB drives were not encrypted and the voting machines were not password protected. "And they were hooked up with laptops, then where the laptops themselves could have been compromised," he added.
The allegation about the vote total alterations was one of several Binnall presented during an evidentiary hearing, the first of its kind for the Trump legal team’s six-state post-election effort.

In the clip, Biden said, "Back 15 to 20 years, we talked about this, and San Francisco was all about gay bathhouses. It's all about round-the-clock sex. Come on, man!" Some people may want to watch the video, for more laughs. Carlson then played a clip of Psaki poking fun at Biden, who she said was appealing because "he says things your uncle says" while a female colleague hung her head to hide laughter.
"There have been a number of moments where even those of us who have affection for Vice President Biden think, 'What on the Earth is happening now?'" Psaki said.
Carlson recounted how Biden's alleged allies, including Vice President-elect Kamala Harris, threw Biden under the bus repeatedly while campaigning against him. Carlson played a clip of Harris saying she believed some women who alleged Biden assaulted them.
"I believe them, and I respect them being able to tell their story, and I encourage them to do it," Harris said at the time. But that was before Hunter knocked up the stripper.
Finally, Carlson played a video of Harris's chief spokeswoman Symone Sanders, who in 2016 suggested that Democrats don't need "white people leading" the party.
"Joe Biden isn't just assembling a team of rivals, he's assembling a team of people who will refuse to take the same elevator with him, so how is this going to work out exactly?" Carlson asked.
