[Washington Examiner] Fox Business host Lou Dobbs said he received word that the FBI is investigating the 2020 election.
As he discussed President Trump's legal challenges of the results in some battleground states with attorney Sidney Powell, a member of Trump's legal team, Dobbs cut in to say a "highly reliable source" informed him that the FBI has an investigative team looking into the election results.
"I do have some news to break here at this moment. I have now received word from a highly reliable source that the FBI does have an investigative team that is now looking into this election. Now, what that means beyond that — but at least its confirmation that they are investigating, and we'll see what moves," Dobbs said.
Later in his show, Dobbs spoke with former Utah Rep. Jason Chaffetz, who was the GOP chairman of the House Oversight Committee, and said the FBI was investigating "astonishing acts of misconduct, for days, associated with the vote count." He added that he believes it has to do with a "manipulation" of the overall vote tally but did not specify where the vote tally was influenced, nor did he provide evidence to support his claims.
Asked about Dobbs's claim, FBI spokeswoman Carol Cratty told the Washington Examiner: "The FBI has no comment in keeping with our standard practice to neither confirm nor deny conducting particular investigations." Spokeswoman Cratty was unable to confirm whether their 'best men were actually on the job.'

I still have a few friends that are retired agents and a couple that are stii active at the SAS (Special Agent Supervisor) and senior case agent level. I pity how much they know about the descent of the Bureau into corrupt and selective enforcement. In a my lifetime of association professionally with law enforcement agencies my opinion of the FBI has gone from highly impressed to routinely distrustful. Today, I would never speak with an agent without cousel present and my own recordings. Sad what happened especially during the Holder and Obama eras.

Agreed NoMoBS, I recall the Hillary whitewash by Comey. ‘No Reasonable Prosecutor’ Would Bring A Case Against Clinton.' Under the last admin., there was a tremendous criminalization of our government at the highest levels. The constant attacks on Trump from every corner leads me to be a little pessimistic.

NoMoreBS. Tell the agents I thank them for their service. Also tell them this citizen believes that the top brass are over paid and over pensioned and they have trashed the agency by prostituting themsrlves for the corrupt politicians who butters their bread.
[FoxNews] California lawmakers are reportedly descending on a week-long policy conference in Hawaii as the Golden State urges its citizens to refrain from travel and indoor gatherings.
According to the San Francisco Chronicle, the Independent Voter Project (IVP), which is hosting the conference, declined to name the fewer than 20 lawmakers, who collectively came from California, Texas, and Washington.
The conference is taking place at the Fairmont Kea Lani in Maui, where rooms reportedly run $600 and over per night, with policy discussions and "schmoozing" with corporate sponsors, the Chronicle said Monday. Its website says the event is four days long and the purpose "is to provide a setting, away from the Capitol, for elected officials and a diverse group of industry experts to consider policy matters in a nonpartisan manner."
News of the event came just days after the California Department of Public Health issued a travel advisory, urging residents to stay home and not to leave their "region."
"Californians are encouraged to stay home or in their region and avoid non-essential travel to other states or countries," reads the advisory from Friday. "Avoiding travel can reduce the risk of virus transmission and bringing the virus back to California." It also recommends people returning to California to quarantine for 14 days after arrival.
The project reportedly paid for guests' five-night stay at the Fairmont, as well as $550 for airfare.
While details are unclear, the Sacramento Bee reported on a conference in 2015, noting: "Ditching suits and ties for shorts and polos, attendees rotate through morning panels covering subjects such as drug buyback programs and the digital divide in poor households. Hawaiian shirts are in disappointingly short supply. During open afternoons, they are free to relax and explore the island, often with spouses and children who have tagged along for the week."
Jack Pitney, a Claremont McKenna professor, said at the time that "nobody thinks you’re going to Maui to learn things."
Chairman and Executive Director of the IVP Dan Howle said the event was about a third of its usual size and that it was taking advantage of Hawaii's "very detailed, safe travel program."
He also claimed that IVP was "bending over backwards to make sure there’s every conceivable safety protocol."
He added: "We’ve been really careful. We didn’t make the final decision to do this until the state had a program to reopen." Participants will reportedly have to download an app that traces their movements.
The Hawaii conference was just the latest to raise questions about how politicians spent their time while directing citizens to isolate themselves. For example, Gov. Gavin Newsom came under fire after attending a dinner party with his wife on Nov. 6. The gathering included at least a dozen people and took place at an upscale restaurant in Napa Valley.
A Sacramento Bee editorial blasted the decision. "[T]his is a bad look for an elected official at any time, but especially during a pandemic that has claimed more than 18,000 lives in California and devastated the state’s economy" in addition to the fact that the dinner was in honor of a lobbyist.
Newsom and state and local health officials have urged people to stay within their own households. If people must visit others, they should meet outside, include no more than three households, wear masks, stay socially distant and limit their interaction to two hours.
"While our family followed the restaurant’s health protocols and took safety precautions, we should have modeled better behavior and not joined the dinner," he said in a statement.

This isn't even mentioned in today's on line Seattle Times. Even tho the article mentions Washington lawmakers attending. And our governor has also placed family gathering restrictions on us. Suspect there will a fair amount of FU going on, except in sheepattle

[NYP] Former New York Jet Burgess Owens — a vocal critic of on-the-field protests during the national anthem — won his congressional bid in Utah on Monday.
Republican Owens, 69, a safety who was Gang Green’s first-round pick in 1973, beat out Democratic incumbent Ben McAdams by less than 1 percent of votes for a seat in the US House of Representatives.
The former athlete said on Twitter that McAdams called him after conceding, promising a smooth transition.
"Thank you my fellow Utahns, I am committed to have an open ear to serve you. Thank you for the opportunity," Owens wrote in the social media post.
Owens’ victory allowed Republicans to regain control of all four of Utah’s congressional seats.
The Rep.-elect is a frequent guest on Fox News, where he’s called out professional athletes for kneeling in support of the Black Lives Matter movement during national anthems.
President Trump over the weekend congratulated Owens, tweeting: "Great going Burgess, you continue to be a STAR! "
[PJ] Georgia’s statewide hand recount is underway. In Floyd County (population about 98,000) counters found thousands of previously uncounted votes, reports The Hill:
More than 2,600 votes have reportedly been uncovered in Georgia amid its recount process that weren’t previously included in the state’s overall tally of ballots in the presidential election. According to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the ballots were uncovered in Floyd County. Gabriel Sterling, who serves as Georgia’s voting system manager, told the newspaper the mishap was the result of human error, not equipment issues.
The new count netted about 800 new votes for President Trump, who current trails in Georgia by about 13,000 votes.
Sterling called the mishap "an amazing blunder" in comments to the paper, saying, "It’s not an equipment issue. It’s a person not executing their job properly."
"This is the kind of situation that requires a change at the top of their management side," he continued while also calling on the local county’s elections director to step down.
Trump won Floyd County in 2016 with 70% of the vote according to Politico. He racked up more than 24,000 votes four years ago against Hillary Clinton’s 9,127 votes.
But according to the Floyd County website, Trump tallied 13,227 votes while Biden got 3,589 in 2020 on election night.
It’s tempting to ask if Floyd and perhaps other counties across the state are still missing votes.

Somehow I sort of doubt election results in Floyd County were some sort of national anomaly.
Wiki: The racial makeup of the county was 81.34% White, 13.31% African American, 0.31% Native American, 0.93% Asian, 0.09% Pacific Islander, 2.88% from other races, and 1.14% from two or more races. About 5.50% of the population was Hispanic or Latino of any race.

Seems like Floyd County is missing 17-20,000 votes.

A number of us hit on the idea for tracking IF our Trump votes were even counted. We wrote in our OWN names for offices where a Democrat was running unopposed. Thus allowing us a means to track if our ballot was even counted...
Still there is the GA Electronic Voting system software issue. Which could allow presidential name substitution (changing Trump votes to Biden votes).

November 17, 2020 The numbers prove voter fraud
By James Nollet
Let’s take a glance at past presidential voting totals and compare them to this year’s:
2008: 129,500,000 2012: 127,000,000 2016: 129,000,000.
So how many more votes should there have been this year, if any voter tallies were honest? Let's say Trump did a good job of getting more of his supporters registered and voting. How many did that harvest? Two million, and that's being very generous? And how many did the Democrats honestly register and got to vote, given their extraordinary anti-Trump motivation? Three million, again to be generous. So this year, if the voting were as honest as it was in 2016 -- which isn't saying very much -- there should have been no more than 134 million votes cast – right?
2020: To date (November 16) -- 151,890,753
How did we suddenly get 18 million more votes?

Easy way to detect fraud: calculate the standard deviation for presidential vote totals by nation, by state, by county and by precinct. Compare these with the 2020 totals.
If you see 5+ sigmas / st. devs for 2020's results, then you know something totally funky happened.
The only explanation for a 5+ sigma outcome is some kind of systematic change that could not possibly have happened naturally, without direct intervention by the authorities who manage the electoral process. IOW fraud

800 net votes for Trump means Trump received 65% of the 2600.
If 17,000 votes are missing, and the 65% is representative, then Trump would net 5100 votes in Fulton by by county alone, which is over a third of his GA deficit.
[Breitbart] Georgia Senate Democrat candidate Raphael Warnock said during a lecture in October 2019 that Freddie Gray had a criminal record partly due to lead poisoning as a child.
Warnock led a discussion at the Memorial Church of Harvard University in October 2019, and during a Q&A after his speech, the moderator asked him about the "overlap" between crime and climate change.
Warnock, who hopes to unseat Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) during the January Georgia Senate runoff, charged that civil rights leaders to be more engaged in climate change activism and that the climate movement has "for too long been suburban and white and middle class."
He said that civil rights leaders need to pay attention to the "intersectionality" of race and climate change.
Warnock — the senior pastor of the Martin Luther King Jr-linked Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta — then claimed that Freddie Gray, who died of spinal injuries in 2015 while riding in a police van, was a "victim" of lead poisoning. He added that Gray’s confrontation with law enforcement originated from "environmental hazards" in Baltimore, Maryland.

In the weeks leading up to the election our "DELIVERED" mail became smaller and smaller in number. We were not even getting much Junk Mail Wed.
We noticed postmarks vs delivery dates for local mail were running 5+ days instead of 2 days before delivery. (local area = 8 to ten miles).
Out of state mail 1st class was running as much as 2 plus weeks in too many cases. Payment Bills postmarked in early Oct arriving 20+ days later....
The US Postmaster General needs to investigate and POLITICALLY FLUSH the system.
[GatewayPundit] One oddity in the file noted immediately is that the results for votes are not in whole integers (e.g. 1, 2, 3...). All of the entries have fractional amounts. This makes no sense since ballots do not come in fractions in the US. Each vote equals one vote. This happens when a data type mismatch occurs (in this case an integer (the vote count) is multiplied by a floating point (the percentage votes to steal adjustment). Then the result is printed as a floating point. The programmers likely used a non data type matching language (e.g. a scripting language) vs a strong data typing language (C, C++) that would flag it as an error.
The first 125 entries reported in the NYT data feed were basically reasonable. The results varied in percentage of votes between Presidential candidates and appeared to be random with most votes going to President Trump. Up through this time (11:03 Eastern), President Trump was leading 52% to Biden’s 46%. At this time 3.3 million of the eventual 4.4 million votes had already been cast or about 75% of the vote was in. This is when things went off the rails.
Eight entries totaling nearly (800,000) votes were removed from the database during this time. This makes no sense. Each vote should be added to the vote totals not taken away.
Overall three entries of over 300,000 votes were posted in the data base to Biden’s vote total. Two entries of over 300,000 votes were taken away. The same happened to President Trump’s totals but in much smaller amounts. Overall 851,000 votes were added to Biden’s totals and only 318,000 were awarded to President Trump between 11:14pm (Eastern) on November 3rd and 5:00am November 4th. This resulted in over half a million more votes net going to Biden and 73% of the votes during this timeframe.
What’s really odd about these entries are the huge negative entries. One entry taking away 330,153.54 votes from Biden and 37,510.39 from Trump appears to have reversed an entry a few minutes that at around midnight. Then at 12:26 and 12:30am an entry in the amount of 308,341.59 from Biden and 80,357.05 from Trump was posted and reversed. The exact same amounts. A few hours later another 230,000 votes net were added to Biden’s lead.
These reversing entries look like adjusting entries. Anyone in the accounting profession is aware of entries posted in error that are reversed and replaced with the proper entries and amounts. Why the hell would Virginia need to make these types of entries in their voting system? There really is no logical reason (except for fraud).
After these entries noted above were recorded, nearly every entry made into the system for the Presidential election had the same proportion of votes of Biden to Trump. This too is not reasonable. There is nothing random about this. It is highly, highly unlikely that the results of all these entries would be at the same proportion. This too indicates fraud.
In summary after 11pm on Election Day nearly 70% of the votes recorded in Virginia went to Biden. This include hundreds of thousands of negative votes and late votes that all had the same proportion of Biden to Trump. These entries indicate election fraud occurred in Virginia.

[NYPOST] Political unity is an ugly, authoritarian idea. No free nation has domestic political unity, nor should it aspire to it.What "unity" really means is capitulation. America is once again being subjected to the inane brand of pseudo-patriotic sloganeering we saw during President Barack Obama I inhaled. That was the point... ’s tenure. Now, as then, the media will pretend that the moral fabric of the nation must be mended after GOP rule. It’s pretty transparent.
When Dems win the presidency, we are treated to solemn calls for national restoration; the opposition must embrace decorum and pass legislation it opposes. When Republicans win elections, grown women put on knitted hats depicting their reproductive organs and stomp around DC protesting, all to media adulation.

40 states have been disenfranchised by four Donk machine metro areas. I recommend unity in a states convention as recognized in the Constitution to address that.

Disgusting. These people are beneath contempt. This is like telling a rape victim to become the loving and faithful wife of her rapist.
Nothing will make a civil war more likely than these almost constant insults.
They are now attacking us.
They physically attack our elders in the streets. They send infected people into our parents' nursing homes so our parents can get infected.
They trash our nation's history and precious institutions, and attack our children when they stand up for our nation and for common sense.
They want to invade countries that don't threaten us and they invite tens of millions of illiterate foreigners to illegally enter and trash our communities.
At the same time that they created a global rival out of a China run by crappy, corrupt Communists, they have destroyed huge swaths of our economy and ruined the lives of millions of US working families. Now want to shut down the one industry that actually achieved energy independence and offered us hope for rational and restrained foreign policy.
So now you moronic America-hating assholes are demanding what every shitty fascist always demands, submission? You can go fuck yourselves.
You're pushing us to the wall. Count on it: we will fight back, and give as good as we get. Bring it on.
Very difficult to imagine where this might be headed.
[Free Beacon] A major reparations advocate has a seat on Joe Biden's transition team.
Mehrsa Baradaran,
...born in Iran in 1978, emigrated with her family to the U.S. in 1986, very keen on offering postal banking for the common folk just like they have in Europe, described by someone as “one of the powerful cohort of Mormon women of colour scholar-activists”, which makes it sound like she and Mia Love are sisters under the skin...
a professor at the University of California, Irvine School of Law, is helping Biden prepare to "hit the ground running on Day One" as a member of his Department of the Treasury agency review team. Baradaran is an outspoken advocate of reparations for black Americans, both as a means of correcting "white supremacy" and closing the racial wealth gap.
Biden and Sen. Kamala Harris (D., Calif.) dodged questions about reparations throughout the 2020 cycle. Baradaran took note of their refusal to stake out a firm stance on the issue. "Dear Kamala, Reparations or go home," she wrote in June 2019. "Biden just dodged that reparations question like a much nimbler and younger man," she said in December 2019, referencing a Democratic primary debate.
In her 2017 book The Color of Money: Black Banks and the Racial Wealth Gap, Baradaran argues that closing the racial wealth gap requires acknowledging past wrongs and providing compensation for damages. "A reparations program could take many forms from simple cash payments or baby bonds to more complex schemes such as subsidized college tuition, basic income, housing vouchers, or subsidized mortgage credit," she writes. Baradaran's book inspired Netflix to donate $100 million to organizations that "support Black communities."

Mrs. Clinton backed Mr. Biden in the general election race but kept a low-profile.
