[SF Chronicle] Gov. Gavin Newsom attended a birthday party for one of his political advisers last week that included people from several households, the type of gathering his administration has discouraged during the coronavirus pandemic.
The dinner the night of Nov. 6 at the famed French Laundry in Yountville in Napa County brought together at least 12 people to celebrate the 50th birthday of Jason Kinney, a longtime friend and political adviser to Newsom who is also a partner at the lobbying firm Axiom Advisors. In addition to the governor, his wife, Jennifer Siebel Newsom, was in attendance.
State guidelines limit gatherings, defined as "social situations that bring together people from different households at the same time in a single space or place," to no more than three households. Representatives for Kinney and Newsom declined to specify how many households the diners represented, but did not dispute that it was more than three.

Just how many hypocritical scum bag Dems have done this at various political levels? It's absolutely amazing. And sickening. I don't hear much outcry from other Dems, to include the humble "simple" people.

Our kakocrats stage mass funerals for their own, while forbidding the normies from mourning their dead in any group larger than ten.
The kakocrats blessed over 100 nights of mayhem and urban terror as "essential" protected behavior, and screamed bloody murder when patriots assembled in small groups at state capitals.
The kakocratic putrid old hag gets her hair done in a salon at the same time that she and the other witch-governesses and preening faggot governor comrades shut down and destroy every small business they can find.
For as long as "conservatives" like Grom continue to assert that we all play along with the mask/social distancing charade. I'm disgusted with how many Americans seem to have no clue we're all being played.

Why then, when it comes to themselves and their own families, do this country's political elites ignore all their COVID restrictions and prohibitions?

More people moving to Parler, no doubt, where the platform does not deliberately hamstring its users — and the profits moving with them.
[BREITBART] Social media website Twitter recently congratulated itself for curbing the spread of misinformation on its platform — by slowing the spread of all information on its platform. Based on Twitter’s changes to its platform, total retweets, one of the primary way ideas spread quickly between users, are down 20 percent.
Bloomberg reports that social media giant Twitter recently announced that it had successfully curbed the spread of misinformation on its platform during the presidential election. It accomplished this task by curbing the spread of all information on the platform.
Twitter stated this week that it put labels on 300,000 user posts from October 27th to November 11th for violating rules related to election misinformation. Twitter also implemented a retweet feature that required users to add their own comments before retweeting a post on the platform.
Twitter stated that quote tweets, which aimed to encourage users to add more context to posts, were up by 26 percent as a result of the prompt, and regular retweets were down by 23 percent. Quote tweets and retweets combined were down by 20 percent in total.
Twitter proudly stated: "This change slowed the spread of misleading information by virtue of an overall reduction in the amount of sharing on the service."
Between election day and Friday of this week, Twitter labeled around 34 percent of President Trump’s tweets and retweets as "disputed." Breitbart News has reported extensively on this, noting recently that 25 of President Trump’s posts across Twitter and Facebook were labeled or disputed within 24 hours.
Twitter’s head of legal and policy, Vijaya Gadde, wrote in a blog post: "These enforcement actions remain part of our continued strategy to add context and limit the spread of misleading information about election processes around the world on Twitter."

[Chicago Tribune] Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer ...Her Excellency, the dictator of Michigan, 2020 Dem VP contender... took legal action Friday to shut down a pipeline that carries oil beneath a channel that links two of the Great Lakes.
Whitmer’s office notified the Canadian company that it was revoking an easement granted in 1953 to extend a roughly 4-mile section of the pipeline through the Straits of Mackinac. The revocation will take effect within 180 days, at which point the flow of oil must stop.
The Democratic governor’s legal counsel said in a letter to Enbridge that the revocation resulted from "a violation of the public trust doctrine" and "a longstanding, persistent pattern of noncompliance with easement conditions and the standard of due care."
"Enbridge has routinely refused to take action to protect our Great Lakes and the millions of Americans who depend on them for clean drinking water and good jobs," Whitmer said in a statement. "They have repeatedly violated the terms of the 1953 easement by ignoring structural problems that put our Great Lakes and our families at risk.
"Most importantly, Enbridge has imposed on the people of Michigan an unacceptable risk of a catastrophic oil spill in the Great Lakes that could devastate our economy and way of life. That’s why we’re taking action now, and why I will continue to hold accountable anyone who threatens our Great Lakes and fresh water."
Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel said she filed a lawsuit Friday to carry out Whitmer’s decision and shut down the line, saying the actions show that "Line 5 poses a great risk to our state, and it must be removed from our public waterways."
Enbridge did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The move escalates a multiyear battle over Line 5, which is part of Enbridge’s Lakehead network of pipelines that carries oil from western Canada to refineries in the U.S. and Ontario. The pipeline carries about 23 million gallons of oil and natural gas liquids daily between Superior, Wisconsin, and Sarnia, Ontario.
The company says the underwater segment is in good condition has never leaked. Environmental groups contend it’s vulnerable to a rupture that would devastate portions of Lake Huron and Lake Michigan.
Enbridge reached an agreement with then-Gov. Rick Snyder, a Republican, in 2018 to replace the underwater segment with a new pipe that would be housed in a tunnel to be drilled through bedrock beneath the Straits of Mackinac.
The company is seeking state and federal permits for the project, which is not affected by Whitmer’s shutdown order regarding the existing pipeline.

This is what happens when furriners try to deliver American political insight. Fake news

Generally speaking, furriners get their American news from American wire services, so this is probably taken from the Ay Pee feed — or possibly Reuters or Agence France Presse, which also have US-based reporters on salary.
g(r)omgoru, all Electoral College numbers are projections until officially certified, which will not happen until all the challenges, recounts, audits, and court cases are resolved. In the rare event that there is not a clear winner at that point, the Electoral College delegates will go through a round of horse trading before voting again. This is why the apparently losing side gets so annoyed when premature announcements of this sort are taken as gospel.
Check out the Epoch Times on the subject here. They have Trump v. Biden at 232 to 227 as of Thursday evening, with six states including Georgia still in process.
BEWARE OF FALSE / FAKE NEWS
The GA Hand re-count just started a day ago.
It is NOT, I repeat NOT planned to be finish counting until around Nov.19th and maybe announced later that day or Nov. 20th, 2020.

"Georgia’s manual recount began Friday morning as election workers reviewed the first of nearly 5 million ballots to confirm the outcome of the presidential race.
The recount started at 9 a.m. and will last until 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday. Joe Biden led Donald Trump by 14,000 votes as of Friday afternoon."

/\ The counting (such as it is) is not finished.
I am not hopeful.
President-elect Joe Biden has won 306 votes in the state-by-state Electoral College that decides who wins the White House, against 232 for Donald Trump, U.S. media projected on Friday.
Biden solidified his victory over Trump in the U.S. election with a victory in traditionally Republican-leaning Georgia, called in his favor by CNN, ABC and other networks.
Trump meanwhile claimed victory in North Carolina, CNN and NBC projected, putting his final tally at 232.
They got theirs from AFP, which is clearly more particular about how they frame this story than whoever Israel National News consults.
[American Truth Today] For the past week or so, we’ve been hearing about how electronic machines belonging to Dominion Voting Services, a Canadian company with a headquarters in Denver, may have been programmed to ’switch votes’ from President Donald Trump to Democratic rival Joe Biden.
On Sunday, Sidney Powell, who joined the Trump campaign’s legal team, hinted to Fox Business Network’s Maria Bartiromo that she and others were hearing about "substantial problems with Dominion system."
Then, out of the blue on Thursday, an avalanche of new information regarding potential fraud involving those systems came crashing down on the news cycle.
First, from President Trump himself, who cited One America News’ Chanel Rion when he tweeted, "REPORT: DOMINION DELETED 2.7 MILLION TRUMP VOTES NATIONWIDE. DATA ANALYSIS FINDS 221,000 PENNSYLVANIA VOTES SWITCHED FROM PRESIDENT TRUMP TO BIDEN. 941,000 TRUMP VOTES DELETED. STATES USING DOMINION VOTING SYSTEMS SWITCHED 435,000 VOTES FROM TRUMP TO BIDEN."
Wow. If that’s accurate, that literally changes the outcome of several battleground states and, of course, not in Biden’s favor.
The president’s tweet came after campaign and personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani noted that whistleblowers from Dominion were set to come forward and reveal alleged chicanery involving changing of votes (complete with photographs).
"Coleman has the community people and he’s got the Dominion people," Giuliani told Steve Bannon’s "War Room" podcast. "And they were the ones who were the actual, not poll watchers, the actual observers who were excluded, who were lied to, two of whom stayed behind after all the Republicans had left out and they’re the ones who got the evidence of the 100,000 votes coming in. And they have some photographs also."
[Breitbart] A top aide to former Vice President Joe Biden's transition team once helped steer $3 million in taxpayer dollars to a Hunter Biden-linked venture capital firm.
Last week, Bloomberg reported that Don Graves, a high-ranking executive at Key Bank, has been tasked to advise Biden on financial regulation issues during the transition process. Graves, who worked for the former vice president during the Obama administration, has been a long time fixture in the Biden family orbit.
As Peter Schweizer, a senior contributor at Breitbart News and the president of the Government Accountability Institute, revealed in Profiles in Corruption, that relationship benefited Hunter Biden's business interests on at least one occasion.
In December 2013, Hunter Biden, along with his long-time business associate Devon Archer, invested in a Hawaii-focused venture capital fund called mbloom. The investment, which was meant to provide seed capital for technology startups, was the result of a public-private partnership between Biden's firm, Rosemont Seneca Technology (RST) Partners, and the state of Hawaii.
As part of the agreement, RST would provide five million for the fund, with the Hawaii Strategic Development Corporation (HSDC) matching the same amount.
Little-known at the time, however, was that more than half of HSDC's contribution, nearly $3 million, came from the Treasury Department's State Small Business Credit Initiative. The program, which expenses more than $1.5 billion to state economic development agencies, fell under the purview of then-Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Treasury Don Graves.
Complicating matters is that while Graves was overseeing the Small Business Credit Initiative, he was also informally advising Biden on economic and domestic policy as the executive director of the president's Council on Jobs and Competitiveness. That role took on a more official form shortly after mbloom received its contribution from HSDC, with Graves leaving the treasury department and joining the vice president's office.
Since then, the two men's personal and professional lives have continued to intertwine. Graves, now the head of corporate responsibility and community relations at KeyBank, has not only donated to Biden's 2020 campaign, but has also taken an active role in the former vice president's philanthropic pursuits.
Graves' success in leveraging his relationship with the Biden family sharply contrasts with that of taxpayers in the state of Hawaii.
Within months of HSDC inking the mbloom deal with Hunter Biden's firm, the fund was embroiled in scandal. Most notably, two of the companies that first received capital from mbloom were owned by individuals, Arben Kryeziu and Nick Bicanic, tasked with managing the fund.
The best, most sure-fire investment advice for the next four years is to watch which companies put Hunter Biden on their board of directors or hire him as a "consultant." Invest everything you own in them.

She apparently will keep running until the voters make the right choice.
[BREITBART] Glamour magazine, reports that Democrat Stacey Abrams ...sour grapes lo-o-o-o-o-ser (Loser! Loser! Loser!) of the 2018 Georgia governor's race. Now she wants to be somebody's vice president so she can sour grape about that too... will run for the Georgia governorship in 2022, a race she lost in 2018 to then Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp (R).Abrams never conceded to Kemp in that contest but is reportedly willing to try once more.
The Glamour article’s title and subtitle reveal the author is not reporting on but advocating for Abrams and celebrating President Donald Trump ...dictatorial for repealing some (but not all) of the diktats of his predecessor, misogynistic because he likes pretty girls, homophobic because he doesn't think gender bending should be mandatory, truly a man for all seasons...... ’s defeat ahead of any official declaration of the 46th president of the United States.
"Stacey Abrams reportedly plans to run for governor again in 2022, thank God," the headline reads.
"Sources say that Abrams — a lawyer and voting rights activist credited in part for Donald Trump’s defeat — could make a second run for governor of Georgia in 2022," the subhead reads.
[DAILYCALLER] The New York Times
...which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize... unaccepted The News Agency that Dare Not be Named’ call in a New Jersey congressional race Thursday in which the incumbent Democrat has seen his lead steadily decline over the course of the past week.
The race between incumbent Democratic Rep. Tom Malinowski and Republican Thomas Kean Jr. for New Jersey’s 7th congressional district has tightened by more than 20,000 votes since Nov. 3, according to New Jersey Globe editor David Wildstein. While The New York Times automatically accepts most of the election projections made by The News Agency that Dare Not be Named, it sometimes differs if it disagrees, a spokesperson said.
"For most House races, we automatically accept the race calls made by The News Agency that Dare Not be Named," Times spokesperson Danielle Rhoades Ha told The Daily Caller News Foundation in an email. "However, Switzerland makes more than cheese... we sometimes take a more cautious approach, particularly given the complexity of the voting in this pandemic year."
"We believe the A.P.’s call in this race may have been premature, so we have unaccepted it for now and will continue to monitor results," she continued.

[BIZPACREVIEW] South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem slammed the "ridiculous message" from former President Barack Obama My friends, we live in the greatest nation in the history of the world. I hope you'll join with me as we try to change it... ’s forthcoming memoir. The Republican leader called out Obama’s hypocrisy over the "possibility of America" and his insulting blame-game in the soon-to-be-released memoir, "A Promised Land." Noem gave the Democratic two-term president a reality check on Thursday about his own administration and the mess he left for his successor.
"I’m not yet ready to abandon the possibility of America," Obama said in the book which was excerpted by The Atlantic.
He explained that he wrote the 768-page memoir, due for release Nov. 17, "for young people — as an invitation to bring about, through hard work, determination, and a big dose of imagination, an America that finally aligns with all that is best in us." His smug lack of self-awareness sparked a scathing rebuke from Noem.
"What a ridiculous message," the GOP governor fired back on Twitter.
"Obama had 8 years, including 2 with full control of Congress. He sent our jobs to China, left our healthcare system in disarray, our foreign policy in shambles & our people divided," Noem added. "Instead of blaming Trump, Obama should consider what led to 2016."

[Chicago Tribune] Three voters in northeastern Wisconsin have filed a federal lawsuit seeking to exclude Nov. 3 election ballots in Milwaukee, Dane and Menominee counties, which helped deliver the state to President-elect Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. Poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids.... .The plaintiffs allege — without evidence — that absentee voting is rife with widespread fraud and that votes in those counties should not be included in the state’s final election certification, which would give Wisconsin to President Donald Trump ...His ancestors didn't own any slaves... The lawsuit, filed Thursday, alleges voters in the three counties may have bypassed state law requiring voters to provide a photo ID by declaring themselves "indefinitely confined" due to the coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague) ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... pandemic. The suit also takes issue with clerks' ability to take corrective actions to remedy errors related to witness’s addresses on absentee ballots, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported.
"Election workers, overwhelmed by the sudden flood of mailed ballots, have less ability to carefully review them to screen out fraudulent ones, creating a substantial risk that fraudulent votes will be counted and vote-dilution disenfranchisement will occur," the lawsuit says.
The lawsuit is one of several being brought on behalf of Trump in an effort to change the outcome of the presidential election.

Unfortunately likely to fail because the judges appear to be tossing them for "lack of standing".
Need to then immediately refile to PROSECUTE fraud due to 14th amendment (equal protection) violations. It will not overturn the election this time, but might set precedent in time for new lawsuits next election cycle.
